When the label feeding device works, the label folded material 100 output from the placing box 20 passes through the guide wheels of the first guide wheel group 30 and then passes through the gap between the limiting idler wheel 80 and the adsorption plane; the vacuum chamber of the box body 41 is vacuumized by a vacuum pump, and the material belt of the label folded material 100 is fixed on an adsorption plane in an adsorption mode; after the label tearing mechanism tears off the labels on the material belt, the adsorption fixing device 40 releases adsorption on the material belt, the winding motor 70 drives the winding wheel 71 to rotate, and the material belt winds on the winding wheel 71 after passing through each guide wheel of the second guide wheel set 50; meanwhile, the label to be torn off on the material belt moves forwards along with the material belt.
