Abstract

本发明涉及一种石墨烯改性的防弹复合无纬布及其制备方法。该防弹复合材料通过石墨烯对胶粘剂树脂的改性,采用化学改性、物理共混改性等手段,改善石墨烯与水溶性树脂的相容性,利用石墨烯优异的性能,改善制备的无纬布防弹复合防弹性能,从而改善制备的防弹材料性能,达到减轻材料的重量,提高防护效率。

一种石墨烯改性的防弹复合无纬布及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属个体防护与特种装备领域,涉及一种石墨烯改性的防弹复合无纬布及其制备方法。
背景技术
根据市场反馈,越来越多的客户对防弹产品的面密度提出了更高的要求,且要求产品具备一定的舒适性及稳定性。尤其是国外客户,轻量化需求日益增长。以芳纶防弹材料为例,目前,国内GA-3级防弹芯片面密度在7.98kg/m2左右,即使抵御NIJ IIIA级别的防弹衣也仅能降至5.88kg/m2左右,因此急需对现有产品进行轻量化研究。
据专业调研结果,中航工业某研究所采用石墨烯制备的超轻柔性防弹衣(PE),其面密度仅为5kg/m2左右,在行业内学术会议上引起强烈关注。石墨烯被誉为最薄最硬的“未来材料”,其发展前景令人神往。而随着国内外客户对“高档防弹衣”需求的日益增长,石墨烯将成为防弹产品改性材料应用中,最炙手可热的材料之一。据报道,它不仅可以制备出超坚韧的防弹衣,甚至还能开发制造出薄如纸片的超轻型飞机材料。因而,采用石墨烯改性防弹材料,符合发展趋势,更能满足市场对于高档防弹产品的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供石墨烯改性的防弹复合无纬布及其制备方法,主要赋予防弹材料更加优异的防弹性能,降低防弹复合材料的重量,提升制备防弹装备的轻量化水平。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:首先制备石墨烯改性树脂胶粘剂,即通过对石墨烯改性及树脂黏度改善,制备改性石墨烯胶液。本发明的无纬布是通过纤维丝与胶粘剂复合,通过展丝,可获无纬布,即纤维通过改性的石墨烯树脂,经展丝、上胶、干燥过程制得无纬布。
所述的石墨烯改性的防弹复合无纬布,采用的树脂基体为水性聚氨酯、丙烯酸酯、聚异戊二烯乳胶中的两种或两种以上树脂以一定配比制得的树脂体系。
所述的石墨烯改性的防弹复合无纬布,其中石墨烯采用间硝基胺磺酸钠作为制备石墨烯水分散液进行改性。
所述的石墨烯改性的防弹复合无纬布,其中改性石墨烯树脂在40℃~80℃条件下,超声分散0.5h~2h,二苯胺磺酸钠占树脂质量分数2%~10%,石墨烯占树脂质量分数0.2%~5%。
所述的石墨烯改性的防弹复合无纬布,其中高性能纤维为芳纶纤维或高强高模聚乙烯纤维。
所述的石墨烯改性的防弹复合无纬布,采用石墨烯改性的树脂和高性能纤维制备的防弹复合无纬布,以多层物理叠合或多层模压制备防弹复合材料,无纬布层数为20-80层。
具体实施方式
下述实施例采用的纤维丝以及胶粘剂的原料,具体厂家以及规格如下:
纤维丝:芳纶纤维,荷兰阿克苏公司,牌号Twaron-2000,线密度1680dtex,纤维直径9~12gm;高强高模聚乙烯纤维,T80,山东爱地高分析材料有限公司。
胶粘剂:水性聚氨酯,拜耳公司;丙烯酸酯,广西四元新型材料有限公司;聚异戊二烯树脂,濮阳林氏化学新材料股份公司;
水性增稠剂:聚酰胺固化剂,牌号C-2,中联邦精细化工有限公司;
实施例1
本实施例防刺服的制造步骤为:
本发明的实施例及说明用于解释本发明,并不作为对本发明的不当限定。
实施例1
以水性聚氨酯、丙烯酸酯按1∶1配比为基体树脂,树脂中加入树脂质量分数2%间硝基胺磺酸钠,将0.2%石墨烯缓慢加入间硝基胺磺酸钠改性的树脂共混体系中,在40℃条件下,超声分散0.5h,将芳纶纤维经过改性的树脂共混体系,经展丝、上胶、干燥过程制得无纬布,并以34层物理叠合,得到防弹复合材料。对本实施例制造得到的防弹复合材料进行防弹性能测试,按照公安部GA141-2010《警用防弹衣》标准3级进行测试。上述测试结果具体见表1。
实施例2
将实施例1中纤维改成高强高模聚乙烯纤维,层数改成30层,其他不变,上述测试结果具体见表1。
实施例3
将实施例1中基体树脂改为水性聚氨酯、聚异戊二烯,树脂中加入树脂质量分数5%间硝基胺磺酸钠,上述测试结果具体见表1。
实施例4
将实施例3中石墨烯含量改为0.5%,在60℃条件下,超声分散1h,其他不变,上述测试结果具体见表1。
实施例5
将实施例4中34层物理叠合复合材料改为34层模压复合板,其他不变,上述测试结果具体见表1。
对比例1
以水性聚氨酯、丙烯酸酯按1∶1配比为基体树脂,将芳纶纤维经过改性的树脂共混体系,经展丝、上胶、干燥过程制得无纬布,并以34层物理叠合,得到防弹复合材料。
上述测试结果如表1所示。

Claims (8)

1.一种石墨烯改性的防弹复合无纬布,包括石墨烯改性的树脂和高性能纤维,将纤维通过改性的树脂,经展丝、上胶、干燥过程制得无纬布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯改性的防弹复合无纬布,其特征在于采用的树脂基体为水性聚氨酯、丙烯酸酯、聚异戊二烯乳胶中的两种或两种以上树脂以一定配比制得的树脂体系。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯改性的防弹复合无纬布,其特征在于石墨烯采用间硝基胺磺酸钠作为制备石墨烯水分散液进行改性。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯改性的防弹复合材料,其特征在于改性石墨烯树脂在40℃~80℃条件下,超声分散0.5h~2h,间硝基胺磺酸钠占树脂质量分数2%~10%,石墨烯占树脂质量分数0.2%~5%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯改性的防弹复合无纬布,其特征在于改性石墨烯树脂,采用水性增稠剂占树脂质量分数0.2‰~1‰。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯改性的防弹复合无纬布,其特征在于,高性能纤维为芳纶纤维或高强高模聚乙烯纤维。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯改性的防弹复合无纬布,其特征在于,采用石墨烯改性的树脂和高性能纤维制备的防弹复合无纬布,以多层物理叠合或多层模压制备防弹复合材料。
8.根据权利要求1或7所述的石墨烯改性的防弹复合无纬布,其特征在于,制备的防弹复合材料层数为20~80层。
