本发明公开了一种螺纹错牙式防松螺母,主要用于机械领域;它有互锁功能,制造、使用方便;它由螺母A、螺母B组成;其工作原理是:先将螺母B拧紧在螺栓上,再将螺母A的挤压部朝下拧在螺栓上,在螺母A拧紧的过程中,由于螺母A的挤压部的内螺纹段的牙距及牙形角与螺母B的外螺纹段的牙距及牙形角均不一样,螺母A的多条内螺纹段与螺母B的多条外螺纹段相互挤压咬合在一起,同时螺母A的下端顶紧工件,螺母A与螺母B实现互锁,同时螺母A的挤压部挤压螺母B的多个圆弧段,多个圆弧段的内螺纹B又挤压螺栓的外螺纹,将螺栓的外螺纹紧紧抱箍住,这样就大大增加了多个圆弧段的内螺纹B与螺栓的外螺纹的摩擦力,达到防松的目的。

本发明主要用于机械领域或者建筑领域固定构件使用,特别适用于固定经常振动的构件使用。
背景技术
目前已使用的或者已申请专利的防松螺母都不能互锁,最终螺母还是会与螺栓松开;有些螺母虽然有防松锁止功能,但需增加额外配件,制造、使用不方便。
发明内容
本发明解决了上述问题,它有互锁功能,拧紧后的螺母不会与螺栓松开,也不需要增加额外配件,制造、使用方便;它由螺母A(1)、螺母B(6)组成;螺母A(1)由螺身A(2),挤压部(3),多条内螺纹段(4)组成,螺身A(2)有内螺纹A(5),内螺纹A(5)与螺栓(11)的外螺纹相吻合,螺身A(2)的下端是挤压部(3),挤压部(3)是上小下大的圆锥环,圆锥环的内侧面有多条水平内螺纹段(4);螺母B(6)由螺身B(7)、外螺纹段(10)组成,螺身B(7)是上小下大的圆台形,中间有通孔,其通孔的内壁有内螺纹B(8),内螺纹B(8)与螺栓(11)的外螺纹相吻合,螺身B(7)的外侧面有多条水平外螺纹段(10),螺身B(7)加工有多个均匀分布的槽(9),槽(9)的开口向上,多个槽(9)将螺身B(7)分割成多个圆弧段(13),圆弧段(13)同样有多条水平外螺纹段(10),螺身B(7)的多个槽(9)的下部是整体的底部,螺母A(1)的挤压部(3)的内侧面的倾斜度比螺母B(6)的螺身B(7)外侧面的倾斜度大,螺母A(1)的多条内螺纹段(4)与螺母B(6)的多条外螺纹段(10)成一一对应的关系,内螺纹段(4)的牙距及牙形角与外螺纹段(10)的牙距及牙形角均不一样;所述防松螺母的工作原理是:先将螺母B(6)拧紧在螺栓(11)上并使螺母B(6)的下端压紧工件(12),其圆台形的小面朝上,再将螺母A(1)的挤压部(3)朝下拧在螺栓(11)上,在螺母A(1)拧紧的过程中,由于螺母A(1)的挤压部(3)的内螺纹段(4)的牙距及牙形角与螺母B(6)的外螺纹段(10)的牙距及牙形角均不一样,螺母A(1)的多条内螺纹段(4)与螺母B(6)的多条外螺纹段(10)相互挤压咬合在一起,同时螺母A(1)的下端顶紧工件(12),螺母B(6)完全抱裹在螺母A(1)的挤压部(3)内,螺母A(1)与螺母B(6)实现互锁,同时由于螺母A(1)的挤压部(3)的内侧面的倾斜度比螺母B(6)的螺身B(7)外侧的倾斜度大,螺母A(1)的挤压部(3)挤压螺母B(6)的多个圆弧段(13),多个圆弧段(13)的内螺纹B(8)又挤压螺栓(11)的外螺纹,将螺栓(11)的外螺纹紧紧抱箍住,这样就大大增加了多个圆弧段(13)的内螺纹B(8)与螺栓(11)的外螺纹的摩擦力,达到防松的目的;固定后的工件(12)在振动荷载作用下,螺母A(1)将先松动,螺母B(6)的多条外螺纹段(10)又约束着螺母A(1)的多条内螺纹段(4),阻止螺母A(1)松动,未松动的螺母A(1)又紧紧抱箍着螺母B(6),使螺母B(6)不松动,这种相互作用、相互制约就实现了防松的目的。

具体实施方式
参见图1至图4,先将螺母B6拧紧在螺栓11上并使螺母B6的下端压紧工件12,其圆台形的小面朝上,再将螺母A1的挤压部3朝下拧在螺栓11上,在螺母A1拧紧的过程中,由于螺母A1的挤压部3的内螺纹段4的牙距及牙形角与螺母B6的外螺纹段10的牙距及牙形角均不一样,螺母A1的多条内螺纹段4与螺母B6的多条外螺纹段10相互挤压咬合在一起,同时螺母A1的下端顶紧工件12,螺母B6完全抱裹在螺母A1的挤压部3内,螺母A1与螺母B6实现互锁,同时由于螺母A1的挤压部3的内侧面的倾斜度比螺母B6的螺身B7外侧的倾斜度大,螺母A1的挤压部3挤压螺母B6的多个圆弧段13,多个圆弧段13的内螺纹B8又挤压螺栓11的外螺纹,将螺栓11的外螺纹紧紧抱箍住,这样就大大增加了多个圆弧段13的内螺纹B8与螺栓11的外螺纹的摩擦力,达到防松的目的;固定后的工件12在振动荷载作用下,螺母A1将先松动,螺母B6的多条外螺纹段10又约束着螺母A1的多条内螺纹段4,阻止螺母A1松动,未松动的螺母A1又紧紧抱箍着螺母B6,使螺母B6不松动,这种相互作用、相互制约就实现了防松的目的;需说明:在螺母A1的多条内螺纹段4与螺母B6的多条外螺纹段10相互挤压咬合的同时,螺母A1的挤压部3挤压螺母B6的多个圆弧段13,多个圆弧段13的内螺纹B8又挤压螺栓11的外螺纹,上述过程是同时进行的,直到螺母A1的下端顶紧工件12,上述过程才结束。

1.一种螺纹错牙式防松螺母,其特征是:它由螺母A(1)、螺母B(6)组成;螺母A(1)由螺身A(2),挤压部(3),多条内螺纹段(4)组成,螺身A(2)有内螺纹A(5),内螺纹A(5)与螺栓(11)的外螺纹相吻合,螺身A(2)的下端是挤压部(3),挤压部(3)是上小下大的圆锥环,圆锥环的内侧面有多条水平内螺纹段(4);螺母B(6)由螺身B(7)、外螺纹段(10)组成,螺身B(7)是上小下大的圆台形,中间有通孔,其通孔的内壁有内螺纹B(8),内螺纹B(8)与螺栓(11)的外螺纹相吻合,螺身B(7)的外侧面有多条水平外螺纹段(10),螺身B(7)加工有多个均匀分布的槽(9),槽(9)的开口向上,多个槽(9)将螺身B(7)分割成多个圆弧段(13),圆弧段(13)同样有多条水平外螺纹段(10),螺身B(7)的多个槽(9)的下部是整体的底部,螺母A(1)的挤压部(3)的内侧面的倾斜度比螺母B(6)的螺身B(7)外侧面的倾斜度大,螺母A(1)的多条内螺纹段(4)与螺母B(6)的多条外螺纹段(10)成一一对应的关系,内螺纹段(4)的牙距及牙形角与外螺纹段(10)的牙距及牙形角均不一样;所述防松螺母的工作原理是:先将螺母B(6)拧紧在螺栓(11)上并使螺母B(6)的下端压紧工件(12),其圆台形的小面朝上,再将螺母A(1)的挤压部(3)朝下拧在螺栓(11)上,在螺母A(1)拧紧的过程中,由于螺母A(1)的挤压部(3)的内螺纹段(4)的牙距及牙形角与螺母B(6)的外螺纹段(10)的牙距及牙形角均不一样,螺母A(1)的多条内螺纹段(4)与螺母B(6)的多条外螺纹段(10)相互挤压咬合在一起,同时螺母A(1)的下端顶紧工件(12),螺母B(6)完全抱裹在螺母A(1)的挤压部(3)内,螺母A(1)与螺母B(6)实现互锁,同时由于螺母A(1)的挤压部(3)的内侧面的倾斜度比螺母B(6)的螺身B(7)外侧的倾斜度大,螺母A(1)的挤压部(3)挤压螺母B(6)的多个圆弧段(13),多个圆弧段(13)的内螺纹B(8)又挤压螺栓(11)的外螺纹,将螺栓(11)的外螺纹紧紧抱箍住,这样就大大增加了多个圆弧段(13)的内螺纹B(8)与螺栓(11)的外螺纹的摩擦力,达到防松的目的;固定后的工件(12)在振动荷载作用下,螺母A(1)将先松动,螺母B(6)的多条外螺纹段(10)又约束着螺母A(1)的多条内螺纹段(4),阻止螺母A(1)松动,未松动的螺母A(1)又紧紧抱箍着螺母B(6),使螺母B(6)不松动,这种相互作用、相互制约就实现了防松的目的。
