人们穿着的服装或者其他纺织品,尤其是棉织物等天然纤维在受到折压或水洗后织物上易产生折痕或者褶皱,影响它的美观和整洁,必须经过熨烫后才能又回复其平整或挺括的外观。

发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种抗皱耐压布料生产方法,主要为解决布料抗皱性能和抗压性能,使用寿命短的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种抗皱耐压布料生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:准备材料,将需要用到的纱线进行整理;
S2:纺纱,将竹原纤维150份、丝光棉50份和麻纤维40份在浓度为10-15%的糖化酶和鲜酵母混合溶液中浸泡1-2h,溶液温度为30-50度,然后烘干;
S3:浆纱,用浆纱机将经纱周围粘附一层上浆剂,烘干后形成浆膜,使毛羽贴伏,纱线光滑而耐磨;
S4:并纱,用并轴机将浆好的纱线根据织物的总经根数并成所需的织轴;
S5:织造,通过织造机的配合运动,将纬纱与经纱交织在一起,形成工艺要求的织物,制成基布层;
S6:制作抗皱材料,将70份聚乙烯、45份聚丙烯、0.8份马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯、6份乙烯-丙烯共聚物、0.2份支化酰胺类成核剂和0.1份过氧化二叔丁基混合。
S7:涂覆,把制作的抗皱涂覆材料均匀的涂覆在布料上,然后烘干制成涂覆层。
S8:上胶,把热熔胶放置在热熔机上进行上胶工作,给基布层的另一面上胶层。
S9:压合,在胶层上复合表面层进行压合处理。
进一步的,所述S1中整理的过程中在室内进行,防止灰尘粘附在纱线上影响布料的效果。
在前述方案的基础上,所述S2纺纱时需要将一定根数的经纱按规定的长度,排列顺序,幅宽均匀,平行地卷绕在整经机的经轴上。

进一步的,所述抛光后的布料取出后用清水进行清洗,然后进行烘干。
在前述方案的基础上,所述S2中纺纱时加入金属纤维25份,金属纤维直径为15微米,一起纺纱,通过金属纤维的加入来提高布料的抗辐射性能。
作为本发明再进一步的方案,所述S5织造后,把10.3份水、3.9份乙二醛、1.8份丁香精油、3.5份聚丙二醇混合、0.3份亚磷酸三辛酯、1.2份四羟甲基氯化磷,2.6份甲酸,放在一个容器中搅拌均匀,至充分混合均匀,制得整理剂,然后将布料在含有整理剂的浸渍液中浸乳处理3小时,然后恒温烘干,提高布料的阻燃性能。

参照图1-3,一种抗皱耐压布料生产方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:准备材料,将需要用到的纱线进行整理;
S2:纺纱,将竹原纤维150份、丝光棉50份和麻纤维40份在浓度为10-15%的糖化酶和鲜酵母混合溶液中浸泡1-2h,溶液温度为30-50度,然后烘干;
S3:浆纱,用浆纱机将经纱周围粘附一层上浆剂,烘干后形成浆膜,使毛羽贴伏,纱线光滑而耐磨;
S4:并纱,用并轴机将浆好的纱线根据织物的总经根数并成所需的织轴;
S5:织造,通过织造机的配合运动,将纬纱与经纱交织在一起,形成工艺要求的织物,制成基布层2;

Claims (10)

1.一种抗皱耐压布料生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:准备材料,将需要用到的纱线进行整理;
S2:纺纱,将竹原纤维150份、丝光棉50份和麻纤维40份在浓度为10-15%的糖化酶和鲜酵母混合溶液中浸泡1-2h,溶液温度为30-50度,然后烘干;
S3:浆纱,用浆纱机将经纱周围粘附一层上浆剂,烘干后形成浆膜,使毛羽贴伏,纱线光滑而耐磨;
S4:并纱,用并轴机将浆好的纱线根据织物的总经根数并成所需的织轴;
S5:织造,通过织造机的配合运动,将纬纱与经纱交织在一起,形成工艺要求的织物,制成基布层(2);
S6:制作抗皱材料,将70份聚乙烯、45份聚丙烯、0.8份马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯、6份乙烯-丙烯共聚物、0.2份支化酰胺类成核剂和0.1份过氧化二叔丁基混合。
S7:涂覆,把制作的抗皱涂覆材料均匀的涂覆在布料上,然后烘干制成涂覆层(1)。
S8:上胶,把热熔胶放置在热熔机上进行上胶工作,给基布层的另一面上胶层(3)。
S9:压合,在胶层上复合表面层(4)进行压合处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗皱耐压布料生产方法,其特征在于:所述S1中整理的过程中在室内进行,防止灰尘粘附在纱线上影响布料的效果。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗皱耐压布料生产方法,其特征在于:所述S2纺纱时需要将一定根数的经纱按规定的长度,排列顺序,幅宽均匀,平行地卷绕在整经机的经轴上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗皱耐压布料生产方法,其特征在于:所述S3中上浆剂另一部分一定要浸透到纱层内部,促使纤维间相互粘连增加其抱合力,提高纱线的断裂强度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗皱耐压布料生产方法,其特征在于:所述S2中需要将竹原纤维、丝光棉、金属纤维和麻纤维利用喷水纺织机纺织成纱,且捻系数为324-400。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗皱耐压布料生产方法,其特征在于:所述S8中上胶后把布料放置在30℃室温,湿度﹥90%的环境中72小时,来提高上胶效果。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗皱耐压布料生产方法,其特征在于:所述将S5制得的布料在pH值为4.5-5.5的酸性溶液中进行酸性浸泡,然后加入浓度为0.4-1.8%的纤维素酶溶液,浸泡时间控制在45-55min,温度控制在40-58度,进行生物抛光,提高布料的美观性能。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种抗皱耐压布料生产方法,其特征在于:所述抛光后的布料取出后用清水进行清洗,然后进行烘干。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗皱耐压布料生产方法,其特征在于:所述S2中纺纱时加入金属纤维25份,金属纤维直径为15微米,一起纺纱,通过金属纤维的加入来提高布料的抗辐射性能。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗皱耐压布料生产方法,其特征在于:所述S5织造后,把10.3份水、3.9份乙二醛、1.8份丁香精油、3.5份聚丙二醇混合、0.3份亚磷酸三辛酯、1.2份四羟甲基氯化磷,2.6份甲酸,放在一个容器中搅拌均匀,至充分混合均匀,制得整理剂,然后将布料在含有整理剂的浸渍液中浸乳处理3小时,然后恒温烘干,提高布料的阻燃性能。
