本发明公开了一种棉竹混纺制备抗菌保健袜的方法,该方法以棉纤维和竹纤维作为原料,分别进行预处理,并将处理后的竹纤维与棉纤维进行制纱,然后依次进行制条、梳织、编绕以及染色操作,后即得到抗菌袜面料,然后将得到的抗菌袜面料按照织袜工艺送入织袜机中进行后续处理,得到成品棉竹混纺制备抗菌保健袜。利用该方法制备抗菌保健袜耐磨、柔软、舒适,不易积尘和滋生细菌,适合于长期穿着。

背景技术
而随着生活水平的日益提高,现代人对身体健康越来越注重,在选择袜子这种贴身织物的时候会更加考虑到安全性。袜子属于纬编针织物的成形产品,其不但要求穿着舒适、透气,形状符合脚形,且为了保证舒适度,穿着过程中不致脱落或翻转,这就要求袜子面料具有较佳的弹性、透气性,同时还要具备良好的吸湿性和耐磨性,另外,由于许多人脚部患有脚病,如脚癣、脚气、汗脚或脚裂,不仅要求穿着方便,美观大方,还要求袜子具有杀菌除臭等辅助功能,为此产生了一些具有功能性的保健袜,但现有技术中的保健袜通常是通过浸泡功能性药物的方式来达到效果的,这一类保健袜通常不耐洗涤,洗涤几次后药力完全丧失,不能满足人们日常生活的耐久性需要。
而随纺织技术的进步,也有使用竹纤维制造类似功能性织物的技术,竹纤维作为一种纤维素纤维是由竹子制成竹浆加工而成的一种天然高聚物。竹纤维因其大分子的特殊结构,材质本身吸湿透气,且具有良好抑止细菌生长、吸附异味等保健功能,非常适合于制备袜子,用竹纤维织造的袜子具有光滑凉爽、透气、抗静电等特性,但是,缺点也较较为明显,其柔软舒适程度以及吸湿透气性能明显不如棉制品,而这些又是纺织品舒适性的根本保证。而由于技术瓶颈,迄今为止,业界未见有即能结合传统棉制品、化纤制品的特点,又能保持竹纤维产品优点的混合纤维加工工艺。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种棉竹混纺制备抗菌保健袜的方法,利用该方法制备的抗菌保健袜密度分布均匀、尺寸稳定性好,兼备弹性、透气性和舒适性,具有抗菌保健的效果,可用以解决上述背景中的技术缺陷。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种棉竹混纺制备抗菌保健袜的方法,以棉纤维和竹纤维作为原料,分别进行预处理,并将处理后的竹纤维与棉纤维进行制纱,然后依次进行制条、梳织、编绕以及染色操作,即可织造成袜子坯布,并以此袜子坯布作为原料进行保健袜的织造。
其具体制备步骤包括:
S1、选用市面上中级及以上品质的长绒棉原料,将所述长绒棉原料加改性剂进行温水浸泡处理,并在浸泡完成后进行梳棉,梳棉后将棉条再次进行温水浸泡处理,并在浸泡池中加入占温水质量8%~10%的抗静电剂、抗氧化剂以及柔软剂,控制抗静电剂、抗氧化剂以及柔软剂的加入质量比为1:1:1,进行浸泡处理8~12h。
S2、将经过步骤S1处理后的棉条利用罗拉施加张力处理,在施加张力的过程中,罗拉的数量为2~5根,罗拉隔距为10~14mm×20~26mm,施加的张力为3~5公斤。
S3、将竹纤维用过氧化氢进行浸泡处理,并将处理后的竹纤维进行高温高压处理,将处理后的竹纤维用纤维素酶和淀粉酶进行浸泡水解酶处理,处理后将浸泡后的竹纤维干燥至含水量低于15%。
S4、将处理后的棉纤维以及竹纤维两者绞拧成单股的竹棉混合纱线,控制竹纤维与棉纤维的质量比为1:2~1:3,再多次经过纺纱机后得到粗细度为18~30支的竹棉混纺精梳纱,加捻后通过螺旋卷筒加工成半成品;将半成品面料装笼,经热水水洗、酸洗后水洗至中性处理后,直接进行绞状烘干,即可进行染色处理,染色处理后再绞状烘干,烘干后即得到抗菌袜面料。
S5、将制得的抗菌袜面料按照织袜工艺送入织袜机中进行后续处理,得到成品棉竹混纺制备抗菌保健袜。
作为进一步限定,所述长绒棉原料优选采用新疆长绒棉、印度长绒棉或者是埃及长绒棉。
作为进一步限定,在步骤S1中加入的改性剂为阳离子改性剂,优选为 PECH、Prefix k、改性剂ZY中的一种。
作为进一步限定,在步骤S1中进行温水处理时温水的水温为40~50℃,浸泡时间为2~3h。
作为进一步限定,在步骤S1中加入的所述抗静电剂为表面活性剂类抗静电剂;所述抗氧化剂为亚磷酸酯与尿酸的质量比1:2~1:3的混合物;所述柔软剂为非离子型柔软剂或者是两性季铵盐型柔软剂。
作为进一步限定,在步骤S3中所述竹纤维进行高温高压处理时,其处理温度为120~150℃,处理压力为2~2.4个大气压,处理时间为10~12h。
作为进一步限定,在步骤S3中进行酶处理过程中,按照20~30mg纤维素酶/g竹纤维,和15~20mg淀粉酶/g竹纤维的比例加入纤维素酶、淀粉酶搅拌均匀后调整体系pH=4.7~5.6、15~20℃的温度条件下反应48~72h。
作为进一步限定,在步骤S4中进行热水水洗时,热水水温为80~90℃,水洗时间为15~20min。
有益效果:本发明利用棉纤维以及竹纤维进行混纺来制备保健袜,其制备的保健袜柔韧、舒适、耐磨,同时具有较佳的抑菌性能,具有透湿、除螨、防臭的的功能特点,具有良好的保健效果。

在实施例一中,首先选用市面上中级以上品质的新疆长绒棉作为原料,进行精选,加改性剂PECH在50℃的温水中进行浸泡处理3h,浸泡完成后进行梳棉,梳棉后将棉条再次在50℃的温水进行温水浸泡处理,在温水中添加氟硅表面活性剂作为抗静电剂、亚磷酸酯与尿酸的质量比1:2的混合物作为抗氧化剂以及市售弱非离子型柔软剂作为柔软剂,其加入比例为1:1:1,其加入的量为温水质量的10%,处理时间为3小时。将处理后的棉条罗拉施加张力处理,在施加张力的过程中,罗拉的数量为3根,罗拉隔距为10mm×20mm,施加的张力为5公斤。
然后选用市售优质竹纤维用过氧化氢进行脱色浸泡处理,并将处理后的竹纤维进行高温高压处理,处理温度为120℃,处理压力为2个大气压,处理时间为12h,将处理后的竹纤维用纤维素酶和淀粉酶进行浸泡水解酶处理,酶处理过程中,按照26mg纤维素酶/g竹纤维,和18mg淀粉酶/g竹纤维的比例加入纤维素酶、淀粉酶搅拌均匀后调整体系pH=5.2,在18℃的温度条件下反应50h,处理后将浸泡后的竹纤维干燥至含水量为13%。
将处理后的棉纤维以及竹纤维两者绞拧成单股的竹棉混合纱线,控制竹纤维与棉纤维的质量比为1:2,再多次经过纺纱机后得到粗细度为20~24支的竹棉混纺精梳纱,加捻后通过螺旋卷筒加工成半成品;将半成品面料装笼,经热水水洗、酸洗后水洗至中性处理后,直接进行绞状烘干,进行染色处理后再绞状烘干,烘干后即得到抗菌袜面料。
将制得的抗菌袜面料按照织袜工艺送入织袜机中进行后续处理,得到成品棉竹混纺制备抗菌保健袜。
在实施例二中,首先选用市面上中级以上品质的埃及长绒棉作为原料,进行精选,加改性剂Prefix k在45℃的温水中进行浸泡处理2.5h,浸泡完成后进行梳棉,梳棉后将棉条再次在45℃的温水进行温水浸泡处理,在温水中添加氟硅表面活性剂作为抗静电剂、亚磷酸酯与尿酸的质量比1:3的混合物作为抗氧化剂以及市售弱非离子型柔软剂作为柔软剂,其加入比例为1:1:1,其加入的量为温水质量的9%,处理时间为10小时。将处理后的棉条罗拉施加张力处理,在施加张力的过程中,罗拉的数量为4根,罗拉隔距为12mm×22mm,施加的张力为4公斤。
然后选用市售优质竹纤维用过氧化氢进行脱色浸泡处理,并将处理后的竹纤维进行高温高压处理,处理温度为138℃,处理压力为2.2个大气压,处理时间为11h,将处理后的竹纤维用纤维素酶和淀粉酶进行浸泡水解酶处理,酶处理过程中,按照24mg纤维素酶/g竹纤维,和18mg淀粉酶/g竹纤维的比例加入纤维素酶、淀粉酶搅拌均匀后调整体系pH=5.4,在18℃的温度条件下反应64h,处理后将浸泡后的竹纤维干燥至含水量为9%。
将处理后的棉纤维以及竹纤维两者绞拧成单股的竹棉混合纱线,控制竹纤维与棉纤维的质量比为1:3,再多次经过纺纱机后得到粗细度为24~28支的竹棉混纺精梳纱,加捻后通过螺旋卷筒加工成半成品;将半成品面料装笼,经热水水洗、酸洗后水洗至中性处理后,直接进行绞状烘干,进行染色处理后再绞状烘干,烘干后即得到抗菌袜面料。
将制得的抗菌袜面料按照织袜工艺送入织袜机中进行后续处理,得到成品棉竹混纺制备抗菌保健袜。
在发明的实施例一以及实施例二的技术条件下制备的成品面料,有类似全棉的透气性和舒适感,面料平挺耐磨且不易滋生细菌。

Claims (10)

1.一种棉竹混纺制备抗菌保健袜的方法,其特征在于,以棉纤维和竹纤维作为原料,分别进行预处理,并将处理后的竹纤维与棉纤维进行制纱,然后依次进行制条、梳织、编绕以及染色操作,即可织造成袜子坯布,并以此袜子坯布作为原料进行保健袜的织造,具体制备步骤为:
S1、选用市面上中级及以上品质的长绒棉原料,将所述长绒棉原料加改性剂进行温水浸泡处理,并在浸泡完成后进行梳棉,梳棉后将棉条再次进行温水浸泡处理,并在浸泡池中加入占温水质量8%~10%的抗静电剂、抗氧化剂以及柔软剂,控制抗静电剂、抗氧化剂以及柔软剂的加入质量比为1:1:1,进行浸泡处理8~12h;
S2、将经过步骤S1处理后的棉条利用罗拉施加张力处理,在施加张力的过程中,罗拉的数量为2~5根,罗拉隔距为10~14mm×20~26mm,施加的张力为3~5公斤;
S3、将竹纤维用过氧化氢进行浸泡处理,并将处理后的竹纤维进行高温高压处理,将处理后的竹纤维用纤维素酶和淀粉酶进行浸泡水解酶处理,处理后将浸泡后的竹纤维干燥至含水量低于15%;
S4、将处理后的棉纤维以及竹纤维两者绞拧成单股的竹棉混合纱线,控制竹纤维与棉纤维的质量比为1:2~1:3,再多次经过纺纱机后得到粗细度为18~30支的竹棉混纺精梳纱,加捻后通过螺旋卷筒加工成半成品;将半成品面料装笼,经热水水洗、酸洗后水洗至中性处理后,直接进行绞状烘干,即可进行染色处理,染色处理后再绞状烘干,烘干后即得到抗菌袜面料;
S5、将制得的抗菌袜面料按照织袜工艺送入织袜机中进行后续处理,得到成品棉竹混纺制备抗菌保健袜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的棉竹混纺制备抗菌保健袜的方法,其特征在于,所述长绒棉原料为新疆长绒棉或者印度长绒棉或者埃及长绒棉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的棉竹混纺制备抗菌保健袜的方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中加入的所述改性剂为PECH、Prefix k、改性剂ZY中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的棉竹混纺制备抗菌保健袜的方法,其特征在于,在步骤S1中进行温水处理时水温为40~50℃,浸泡时间为2~3h。
5.根据权利要求1所述的棉竹混纺制备抗菌保健袜的方法,其特征在于,在步骤S1中加入的所述抗静电剂为表面活性剂类抗静电剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的棉竹混纺制备抗菌保健袜的方法,其特征在于,在步骤S1中加入的所述抗氧化剂为亚磷酸酯与尿酸的质量比1:2~1:3的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的棉竹混纺制备抗菌保健袜的方法,其特征在于,在步骤S1中加入的所述柔软剂为非离子型柔软剂或者是两性季铵盐型柔软剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的棉竹混纺制备抗菌保健袜的方法,其特征在于,在步骤S3中所述竹纤维进行高温高压处理时,其处理温度为120~150℃,处理压力为2~2.4个大气压,处理时间为10~12h。
9.根据权利要求1所述的棉竹混纺制备抗菌保健袜的方法,其特征在于,在步骤S3中进行酶处理过程中,按照20~30mg纤维素酶/g竹纤维,和15~20mg淀粉酶/g竹纤维的比例加入纤维素酶、淀粉酶搅拌均匀后调整体系pH=4.7~5.6、15~20℃的温度条件下反应48~72h。
10.根据权利要求1所述的棉竹混纺制备抗菌保健袜的方法,其特征在于,步骤S4中进行热水水洗时,热水水温为80~90℃,水洗时间为15~20min。
