Abstract

本发明公开了一种PVC卫浴板切割装置,包括行架和能够移动地设置在所述行架上的切割单元,所述切割单元的移动方向包括横向和纵向,进而形成X、Z两个位移方向;所述行架上设置有能够沿着X方向移动的行走座。本发明的目的是提供一种PVC卫浴板切割装置,本发明利用两个不同半径的切割刀盘,对其进行切割,进而形成两种切割量,间接的降低了每个切割刀盘的切割深度,保证了切割效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及卫浴板加工技术领域,具体涉及一种PVC卫浴板切割装置。
背景技术
在建筑装修中,PVC板的使用已经非常广泛了,虽然其材质属于塑料,但其也具有一定的机械强度,因此在对其进行加工时,对其切割也不是很容易的事情,特别是遇到实心较厚的PVC板,其在切割时很难达到一次切割完成,若强行切割,很容易对pvc板产生破坏。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术不足,本发明的目的是提供一种PVC卫浴板切割装置,本发明利用两个不同半径的切割刀盘,对其进行切割,进而形成两种切割量,间接的降低了每个切割刀盘的切割深度,保证了切割效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明提供一种PVC卫浴板切割装置,包括行架和能够移动地设置在所述行架上的切割单元,所述切割单元的移动方向包括横向和纵向,进而形成X、Z两个位移方向;所述行架上设置有能够沿着X方向移动的行走座;
所述切割单元包括四连杆机构和设置在所述四连杆机构上的两个切割刀盘,两个所述切割刀盘的半径不同,所述四连杆机构上固定有滑块,所述滑块滑动设置在所述行走座上,并能够沿着Z方向在所述行走座上上下移动。
优选地,所述四连杆机构包括四个第一连杆和两个第二连杆,四个第一连杆两两一组,所述第二连杆位于一组内的两个第一连杆之间;四个所述第一连杆与两个所述第二连杆形成平行四边形结构;两组第一连杆之间设置有推动缸,所述推动缸的缸体与伸缩端均与第一连杆转动连接。
优选地,其中一组第一连杆上设置有两个切割架,所述切割架上设置有能够转动切割刀盘,所述切割架上还设置有用于驱动所述切割刀盘转动的第三电机。
优选地,所述行架的上部设置有用于驱动所述行走座移动的第一丝杠,所述行架上还设置有用于驱动所述第一丝杆转动的第一电机。
优选地,所述行走座上对称设置有两个能够转动第二丝杆,所述行走座上设置有用于驱动所述第二丝杠转动的第二电机;所述滑块与所述第二丝杠螺纹连接。
优选地,所述第二电机为步进电机。
优选地,所述行架的正下方设置有工作台。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明利用两个不同半径的切割刀盘,对其进行切割,进而形成两种切割量,间接的降低了每个切割刀盘的切割深度,保证了切割效果;同时利用四连杆机构保证两个切割刀盘在升降时的同步,保证切割面的统一,保证了两个切割刀盘在切割时的协同性,进而避免出现切割深度不均匀的问题。

实施例
如图1至图3所示,本发明提供了一种PVC卫浴板切割装置,包括行架1和能够移动地设置在所述行架1上的切割单元2,所述切割单元2的移动方向包括横向和纵向,进而形成X、Z两个位移方向(如图1所示);所述行架1上设置有能够沿着X方向移动的行走座3;
所述切割单元2包括四连杆机构21和设置在所述四连杆机构21上的两个切割刀盘221,两个所述切割刀盘221的半径不同,所述四连杆机构21上固定有滑块4,所述滑块4滑动设置在所述行走座3上,并能够沿着Z方向在所述行走座3上上下移动。
进一步的,所述四连杆机构21包括四个第一连杆211和两个第二连杆212,四个第一连杆211两两一组,所述第二连杆212位于一组内的两个第一连杆211之间,即同一组内的两个第一连杆211夹住第二连杆212;四个所述第一连杆211与两个所述第二连杆212形成平行四边形结构;两组第一连杆211之间设置有推动缸23(其可为液压缸),所述推动缸23的缸体与伸缩端均与第一连杆211转动连接;此外由于第一连杆与第二连杆转动连接,为了方便安装推动缸23,在每组内的两个第一连杆211之间设置有隔板24,推动缸23的缸体与伸缩端分别与隔板24转动连接。
进一步的,其中一组第一连杆上设置有两个切割架22,所述切割架22上设置有能够转动切割刀盘221,所述切割架22上还设置有用于驱动所述切割刀盘221转动的第三电机25;两个切割架22由四个安装板两两一组组成,如图2所示,两个安装板形成一个切割架22,安装板固定在第一连杆211上。
进一步的,所述行架1的上部设置有用于驱动所述行走座3移动的第一丝杠11,所述行架1上还设置有用于驱动所述第一丝杆11转动的第一电机12。
进一步的,所述行走座3上对称设置有两个能够转动第二丝杆31,所述行走座3上设置有用于驱动所述第二丝杠31转动的第二电机32;所述滑块4与所述第二丝杠31螺纹连接;所述第二电机32为步进电机。
进一步的,所述行架1的正下方设置有工作台5,用于放置PVC板。
使用时,将待切割的PVC板放置在工作台5上,然后通过第一电机12和第二电机32将切割单元2调整到切割位置,此时具有较大外径的切割刀盘221与PVC板之间的距离可保持在2-4cm之间,然后启动第三电机25,利用推动缸23的伸长,进而使得切割刀盘221下移对PVC板进行切割,最后通过行走座3的移动即可对PVC板进行切割;由于两个切割刀盘221的外径不同,因此在切割时,需要半径较小的切割刀盘221先进行切割,然后半径较大的切割刀盘221再进行切割,在整个切割过程中可进一步调整伸缩缸23,微调切割深度,进而提高了对较厚PVC板的切割效果。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (7)

1.一种PVC卫浴板切割装置,其特征在于,包括行架和能够移动地设置在所述行架上的切割单元,所述切割单元的移动方向包括横向和纵向,进而形成X、Z两个位移方向;所述行架上设置有能够沿着X方向移动的行走座;
所述切割单元包括四连杆机构和设置在所述四连杆机构上的两个切割刀盘,两个所述切割刀盘的半径不同,所述四连杆机构上固定有滑块,所述滑块滑动设置在所述行走座上,并能够沿着Z方向在所述行走座上上下移动。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种PVC卫浴板切割装置,其特征在于,所述四连杆机构包括四个第一连杆和两个第二连杆,四个第一连杆两两一组,所述第二连杆位于一组内的两个第一连杆之间;四个所述第一连杆与两个所述第二连杆形成平行四边形结构;两组第一连杆之间设置有推动缸,所述推动缸的缸体与伸缩端均与第一连杆转动连接。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种PVC卫浴板切割装置,其特征在于,其中一组第一连杆上设置有两个切割架,所述切割架上设置有能够转动切割刀盘,所述切割架上还设置有用于驱动所述切割刀盘转动的第三电机。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种PVC卫浴板切割装置,其特征在于,所述行架的上部设置有用于驱动所述行走座移动的第一丝杠,所述行架上还设置有用于驱动所述第一丝杆转动的第一电机。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种PVC卫浴板切割装置,其特征在于,所述行走座上对称设置有两个能够转动第二丝杆,所述行走座上设置有用于驱动所述第二丝杠转动的第二电机;所述滑块与所述第二丝杠螺纹连接。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种PVC卫浴板切割装置,其特征在于,所述第二电机为步进电机。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种PVC卫浴板切割装置,其特征在于,所述行架的正下方设置有工作台。
