A full-automatic pointer press-fitting system and method based on pressure feedback relates to the technical field of instrument assembly. The invention aims to solve the problems of large pressure deviation and large pointer height deviation caused by a fixed height press fitting mode adopted by the existing instrument press fitting. In order to ensure the consistency of products, the invention comprehensively considers the pressure and the height of the pointer according to the principle that the actual pressure reacts on the height of the pointer in real time, and ensures that the pressure and the height of the pointer meet the control requirements.
