一种具有园林植物蚧虫防害作用的有机覆盖物
技术领域
本发明涉及园林绿化技术领域,具体涉及一种具有病虫防害作用的有机覆盖物。
背景技术
城市园林植物由于人为活动干扰,使得植物抗性下降,难以建立稳定平衡的抗病能力,病虫害十分易于发生。城市园林植物种类数量繁多、配置多变,病虫种类、结构和数量也大幅增加。目前,蛀干害虫、五小害虫、枝干病害是城市园林的主要病虫害种类,其中,蚧虫类是最主要的虫害之一。
在我国危害园林植物的蚧虫约600余种,分布范围广泛,危害树种超过上百种。蚧虫虫体小,常群聚于枝、叶、果上,可发现黄白色、灰白色、棕褐色以及其他颜色的圆形或椭圆形小突起,乍看似植物的疣瘤或粘沾的分泌物和污染物,拨动脱落可发现其内潜藏小虫,由于外面有一层自身分泌的蜡质层介壳,故常叫介壳虫。成虫、若虫的口器***花卉叶、枝组织中吸取汁液,造成枝叶枯萎畸形、邹缩等症状,并诱发煤污病,为害甚大。
目前防止蚧虫的方法主要以化学防治为主,采用针对蚧虫的化学杀虫剂对树体定期进行喷施,如“蚧必治”,但化学防治效果持续时间短,用量难以把控,需要长期喷洒,容易造成使用过量导致药剂积累,对生态环境和生态健康产生危害。
有机覆盖物是一种新兴的覆盖材料,具有良好的防尘、装饰效果,具有改善土壤功能和促进植被生长的作用,在绿化工程中具有越来越广泛的应用。有机覆盖物的来源广泛,碎石、无纺布、塑料、树皮、叶片、秸秆等均可以作为有机覆盖物的原料组成。目前有机覆盖物的功能研究主要集中于对土壤水分及温度的影响,在其他功能性研究方面较少,尤其针对于具有特定应用环境或条件的研究极为有限。普通的有机覆盖物不具有防治病虫的作用,并且某些有机覆盖物由于营养成分过剩,反而更加容易滋生病虫害,成为病虫害积累发生的温床。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有园林植物蚧虫防害作用的有机覆盖物,具有显著的降低蚧虫虫害发生和治理作用。
本发明具有园林植物蚧虫防害作用的有机覆盖物,以重量计,原料包括木制废弃物60-80份、硅藻土20-35份、银杏叶7-10份、槐树叶7-10份、豆粕10-15份、聚丙烯酸超吸水纤维15-18份、复合杀虫调节剂0.015-0.05份,其中,所述复合杀虫调节剂包括氯代噻唑类杀虫剂、苦皮藤素、盐酸吗啉胍和芸苔素内酯。
所述木制废弃物包括废弃树干、树枝、树皮等,树木种类可选自杨树、松树、杉树、梧桐、柳树等,不做特别限制。木制废弃物被加工为长宽分别在3-15cm,厚度在1-3cm之间的颗粒。木制材料作为覆盖物能够为土壤提供良好的透气保温和保湿作用;木材内部具有丰富的孔道,能够为复合杀虫调节剂的稳定附着提供空间,本发明中将盐酸吗啉胍和芸苔素内酯附着于木制废弃物上,有利于其长期稳定的缓释释放,避免短期内相关成分在土壤和植物中的过度积累;木材分解缓慢,在覆盖物结构中很长一段时间内长期稳定,又能够随着时间极缓慢分解释放本身养分,是有机覆盖物的保护能够长期持续发挥作用的因素之一。
硅藻土良好的吸附性能,其特殊的多孔构造能够在土壤中起到良好的保湿和疏松土质的作用,同时,本发明中将氯代噻唑类杀虫剂和苦皮藤素附着于硅藻土的多孔结构内,能够长期持续稳定地释放两种杀虫剂药剂,使植物根系持续吸收杀虫剂获得持久的抗病虫害能力,并且有效防止杀虫剂在土壤中的过度积累。硅藻土相对于木制废弃物的孔隙结构更加宽阔,而结构更加稳固不易分解,用于负载两种杀伤力更强的杀虫剂能够使缓释过程更加平稳,受环境影响的波动性小。
银杏叶和槐树叶相对于其他树叶分别含有更加丰富的硼和钙,复合杀虫调节剂通过根部施用吸收,在树木发挥抗病抗虫过程中将刺激细胞增殖、提高细胞应激、增加细胞抗病毒因子表达,以适应植物的生长和应激,硼和钙元素的持续供应为细胞的健康增殖以及细胞因子顺利表达提供了保证,有效促进细胞壁完整形成。
豆粕中含有大量植物蛋白,为植物生长提供丰富的氨基酸和其他营养成分(氮等)。但豆粕难于分散,可能造成发酵过度使得土壤酸度局部突增或者局部恶臭,因此一方面需要控制豆粕加入量,另一方面与硅藻土混合有利于豆粕分散,同时,聚丙烯酸超吸水纤维有利于控制豆粕中的含水量,通过这些组成之间的相互作用有效控制了豆粕可能造成的不利影响。
聚丙烯酸超吸水纤维具有极强的吸水保水能力,并且不容易降解,能够长期稳定发挥作用,聚丙烯酸超吸水纤维能够有效调节土壤水分含量,并且也承担了对复合杀虫调节剂在释放过程中的一个缓冲作用,例如当环境中因降雨等特定原因造成一些复合杀虫调节剂释放过多时,聚丙烯酸超吸水纤维能够通过保水作用储存回收一部分复合杀虫调节剂。聚丙烯酸超吸水纤维可以被加工为长10-20cm的纤维束或纤维布。
所述复合杀虫调节剂中氯代噻唑类杀虫剂、苦皮藤素、盐酸吗啉胍和芸苔素内酯的质量比为(2-3):1:(0.2-0.3):(0.05-0.08)。以上四种药剂持续通过根系吸收,使得植物获得长期稳定的抗病抗虫能力。氯代噻唑类杀虫剂,如诺华公司的Thiamethoxam、农业兼商公司的AkD-1022等,该类杀虫剂对蚧虫在游杆、盘头、定叶、和定杆过程中均具有杀灭作用,但定杆期的作用最为显著,定杆前期由于根部吸收浓度以及内吸式为主的作用方式等原因,杀灭作用有待加强;除苦皮藤素自身的毒杀作用外,复配氯代噻唑类杀虫剂和苦皮藤素加强了对蚧虫在定杆前期的杀灭效果,苦皮藤素能够自游杆期就开始降低蚧虫幼虫神经活性,使幼虫活动迟缓,抵抗能力降低,并更易摄入更多的氯代噻唑类杀虫剂,从而有效提高了复合杀虫调节剂的整体杀虫效果。虫害传播、土壤病毒滋生、杀虫剂施用等原因均容易导致植物体抗性降低,在蚧虫防治时容易并发感染病毒,盐酸吗啉胍具有良好的植物病毒抑制作用,另外,盐酸吗啉胍能够协同氯代噻唑类杀虫剂具备良好的内吸渗透作用,促进二者在根系的吸收,从而使得作用效果大大提高。芸苔素内酯是一种高效植物生长调节剂,促进快速植物生长成熟,因此需要复配合理的营养阶梯成分,如上述银杏叶、槐树叶和豆粕;芸苔素内酯虽然杀毒杀菌作用不大,但能够通过促进植物对营养的吸收提高植物体的抗胁迫能力,在杀虫杀菌时快速修补植物损伤,粗壮根系、枝干和叶体,使在根系吸收的各成分及时充分运送至植物体各个位置。
本发明提供具有园林植物蚧虫防害作用的有机覆盖物的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(6)将木制废弃物、硅藻土、银杏叶、槐树叶、聚丙烯酸超吸水纤维分别干燥、粉碎、灭菌;
(7)将氯代噻唑类杀虫剂和苦皮藤素按计量比称重,然后按照1:(700-1000)的比例配置成稀释液,将硅藻土与稀释液混合均匀得到负载硅藻土;
(8)将盐酸吗啉胍和芸苔素内酯按计量比称重,然后按照1:(400-800)的比例配置成稀释液,将木制废弃物与稀释液混合均匀得到负载木制废弃物;
(9)将负载硅藻土、负载木制废弃物、银杏叶、槐树叶、聚丙烯酸超吸水纤维和豆粕混合后,调整含水率进行发酵,得到发酵产物;
(10)对发酵产物进行或不进行染色处理,得到目标产物有机覆盖物。
其中,所述步骤(1)中,干燥温度为60-80℃。所述步骤(4)中,发酵的含水率在45%-55%,温度28℃-32℃,发酵6-7天,采用的发酵剂为枯草芽孢杆菌、绿色木霉、黑曲霉以质量比5:3:2混合而成。所述步骤(5)的染色处理可以采用市售的各类染色剂,采用现有常规染色手段进行,达到美观效果。
本发明提供的有机覆盖物通过复合杀虫调节剂的协同配置,以及其他组成在营养、吸附、交换、抗逆、等方面的协同配伍,能够在施用后有效提高植物的抗病虫害能力,尤其对于蚧虫的防害具有优良效果,作用持续时间长,避免了反复喷药的复杂操作,以及过度施药对环境和生态造成的不利影响。

具体实施方式
为了更好的理解本发明,下面结合具体附图对本发明进行详细描述。
一、实验实施
首先采用下述方法制备有机覆盖物。
将木制废弃物60-80、硅藻土20-35份、银杏叶7-10份、槐树叶7-10份、聚丙烯酸超吸水纤维15-18份分别在60-80℃下干燥,然后粉碎灭菌;灭菌方法可以采用常规的辐照灭菌、微波灭菌、或高温烘烤灭菌等手段。将氯代噻唑类杀虫剂和苦皮藤素按计量比称重,然后按照1:(700-1000)的比例配置成稀释液,将硅藻土与稀释液混合均匀得到负载硅藻土。将盐酸吗啉胍和芸苔素内酯按计量比称重,然后按照1:(400-800)的比例配置成稀释液,将木制废弃物与稀释液混合均匀得到负载木制废弃物。上述氯代噻唑类杀虫剂、苦皮藤素、盐酸吗啉胍和芸苔素内酯的质量比为(2-3):1:(0.2-0.3):(0.05-0.08),总量0.015-0.05份。将负载硅藻土、负载木制废弃物、银杏叶、槐树叶、聚丙烯酸超吸水纤维和豆粕混合后,调整含水率至45%-55%,28℃-32℃下发酵6-7天,发酵剂为枯草芽孢杆菌、绿色木霉、黑曲霉以质量比5:3:2混合而成。发酵完成后得到目标产物有机覆盖物。
以河北保定白蜡种植基地选取的一片两年生树龄的林地作为实验观察基地。该实验基地树木于2018年春发生有白蜡蚧危害,并于2018年7月初采用氧化乐果进行防害治理。将上述制备得到的有机覆盖物以约12cm的覆盖厚度覆盖于实验基地土壤之上,并设置未施加覆盖的空白区域。覆盖时间为2018年9月。
二、结果检测
2.1土壤含水量
采用水分速测仪对土壤含水量进行监测,于2018年11月-12月每隔10天分别选取5个采样点进行检测,检测深度为15-20cm。
图1是实验观察基地上采用本发明有机覆盖物的覆盖区与非覆盖区空白对照的土壤在含水量方面连续监测60天的平均值比对结果。可以看出,通过本案有机覆盖物的覆盖,土壤含水率的保有量相对于未覆盖的区域提高了约40%。
2.2土壤温度
土壤温度于2018年11月-12月每隔10天分别选取5个采样点进行检测,检测时间为采样当天中午12:00,检测深度为15-20cm。
图2是实验观察基地上采用本发明有机覆盖物的覆盖区与非覆盖区空白对照的土壤在温度方面连续监测60天的平均值比对结果。可以看出,通过本案有机覆盖物的覆盖,土壤温度相对于未覆盖的区域平均提高了约0.8℃。
2.3土壤养分
土壤养分于次年3月初进行采样对比检测,在试验观察基地上随机的覆盖区和未覆盖区分别随机选取10个采样点进行采样测量,采样点间隔不小于5m,检测深度为15-20cm。检测结果列于表1中。

由表1可以看出,有机覆盖物对土壤的各向营养成分均有所提高,尤其是对速效磷、速效氮和速效钾的提升明显,有利于促进植物的离子平衡,土壤中特别提升了钙和硼的元素含量,对促进植物抗病虫害以及细胞增殖、应激能力的提高提供了助力。
2.4对蚧虫的防治试验
分别在实验基地覆盖区和未覆盖区各随机选取100棵树,每棵树按不同方位选取3枝新梢为样本并做好标记,4月末调查样本上的虫口基数。调查完成后,采用40%氧化乐果1000倍稀释液对未覆盖区的树木进行喷药,覆盖区不做喷药处理,药后调查样本内的剩余活虫数。待7月初再次采用40%氧化乐果1000倍稀释液对未覆盖区的树木进行喷药,覆盖区不做喷药处理,药后再次调查样本内的剩余活虫数。调查结果如表2所示。

由表2可以看出,虽然前一年已经采用氧化乐果对蚧虫进行了治理,但未覆盖区转年依然有一定数量的蚧虫活跃,有虫害二次爆发的风险,需要继续使用喷药处理进行防治处理。而覆盖区由于具有有机覆盖物的长期作用,能够在蚧虫若虫早期就起到防治作用,使蚧虫数量在4月末已经控制在较低水平。4月末氧化乐果施药后,未覆盖区的蚧虫数量得到有效控制,此时覆盖区蚧虫数量也进一步下降,说明有机覆盖物持续发挥杀虫作用。7月末氧化乐果再次施药后,覆盖区与未覆盖区的蚧虫数量均低至个位,说明覆盖区有机覆盖物能够长期稳定发挥杀虫作用,药效能够与氧化乐果多次喷药的效果基本相当。

Claims (6)

1.一种具有园林植物蚧虫防害作用的有机覆盖物,以重量计,原料包括木制废弃物60-80份、硅藻土20-35份、银杏叶7-10份、槐树叶7-10份、豆粕10-15份、聚丙烯酸超吸水纤维15-18份、复合杀虫调节剂0.015-0.05份,其中,所述复合杀虫调节剂包括氯代噻唑类杀虫剂、苦皮藤素、盐酸吗啉胍和芸苔素内酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的有机覆盖物,其特征在于,所述木制废弃物包括废弃树干、树枝、树皮,树木种类选自杨树、松树、杉树、梧桐、柳树;木制废弃物被加工为长宽分别在3-15cm,厚度在1-3cm之间的颗粒。
3.根据权利要求1所述的有机覆盖物,其特征在于,所述聚丙烯酸超吸水纤维被加工为长10-20cm的纤维束或纤维布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的有机覆盖物,其特征在于,所述复合杀虫调节剂中氯代噻唑类杀虫剂、苦皮藤素、盐酸吗啉胍和芸苔素内酯的质量比为(2-3):1:(0.2-0.3):(0.05-0.08);所述氯代噻唑类杀虫剂和苦皮藤素被负载于硅藻土上,所述盐酸吗啉胍和芸苔素内酯被负载于木制废弃物上。
5.权利要求1-4任一项所述具有园林植物蚧虫防害作用的有机覆盖物的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)将木制废弃物、硅藻土、银杏叶、槐树叶、聚丙烯酸超吸水纤维分别干燥、粉碎、灭菌;
(2)将氯代噻唑类杀虫剂和苦皮藤素按计量比称重,然后按照1:(700-1000)的比例配置成稀释液,将硅藻土与稀释液混合均匀得到负载硅藻土;
(3)将盐酸吗啉胍和芸苔素内酯按计量比称重,然后按照1:(400-800)的比例配置成稀释液,将木制废弃物与稀释液混合均匀得到负载木制废弃物;
(4)将负载硅藻土、负载木制废弃物、银杏叶、槐树叶、聚丙烯酸超吸水纤维和豆粕混合后,调整含水率进行发酵,得到发酵产物;
(5)对发酵产物进行或不进行染色处理,得到目标产物有机覆盖物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述步骤(1)中,干燥温度为60-80℃;
所述步骤(4)中,发酵的含水率在45%-55%,温度28℃-32℃,发酵6-7天,采用的发酵剂为枯草芽孢杆菌、绿色木霉、黑曲霉以质量比5:3:2混合而成。
