Description

Organic covering with garden plant coccid pest control effect
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of landscaping, in particular to an organic covering with disease and pest control effects.
Background
Due to the interference of artificial activities, the resistance of the plants is reduced, stable and balanced disease resistance is difficult to establish, and diseases and insect pests are easy to occur. The urban garden plants are various in number and configuration, and the types, structures and number of pests are greatly increased. At present, trunk borers, five small insects and branch diseases are main pest species of urban gardens, wherein scale insects are one of the most main pest species.
The scale insect which harms garden plants in China is about more than 600, the distribution range is wide, and the tree species are more than hundreds of species. The scale insects are small in size, often gather on branches, leaves and fruits, can find out yellowish white, grey white, brown and other colors of round or oval small bulges, look like warts of plants or adhered secretions and pollutants at first glance, can find out the hidden small insects in the scale insects by stirring and falling off, and are often called scale insects because the scale insects are provided with a wax layer scale secreted by the scale insects. The mouth organs of adults and nymphs are inserted into the flower leaves and branch tissues to suck juice, which causes symptoms of withering, deforming, wrinkling and the like of the branches and leaves and induces sooty mould, which is extremely harmful.
At present, the method for preventing the coccid mainly takes chemical prevention and control as a main method, and chemical insecticide aiming at the coccid is regularly sprayed on a tree body, such as 'coccid is treated', but the chemical prevention and control effect has short duration, the dosage is difficult to control, long-term spraying is needed, the medicament accumulation caused by excessive use is easy to cause damage to the ecological environment and the ecological health.
The organic covering is a new covering material, has good dustproof and decorative effects, has the functions of improving soil and promoting vegetation growth, and has increasingly wide application in greening engineering. The organic covering has wide sources, and broken stones, non-woven fabrics, plastics, barks, leaves, straws and the like can be used as raw materials of the organic covering. At present, the functional research of organic mulch is mainly focused on the influence on soil moisture and temperature, and is less in other functional research aspects, and especially the research aiming at specific application environment or condition is very limited. Common organic coverings do not have the effect of preventing and controlling diseases and pests, and certain organic coverings are easy to breed diseases and pests due to surplus nutrient components and become hotbeds for accumulation of the diseases and pests.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an organic covering with the garden plant scale insect pest prevention effect, and the organic covering has the obvious effects of reducing the occurrence and treatment of scale insect pests.
The organic covering with the garden plant scale insect pest prevention effect comprises, by weight, 60-80 parts of wood waste, 20-35 parts of diatomite, 7-10 parts of ginkgo leaves, 7-10 parts of locust tree leaves, 10-15 parts of soybean meal, 15-18 parts of polyacrylic acid super absorbent fibers and 0.015-0.05 part of a composite insecticidal regulator, wherein the composite insecticidal regulator comprises a chlorothiazole insecticide, celastrol, moroxydine hydrochloride and brassinolide.
The wood waste includes waste trunks, branches, barks, etc., and the tree species may be selected from poplar, pine, fir, phoenix tree, willow, etc., without particular limitation. The wooden waste is processed into granules with the length, the width and the thickness of 3-15cm and 1-3cm respectively. The wooden material as a covering can provide good air-permeable, heat-preserving and moisture-preserving effects for the soil; the wood has rich pore channels, and can provide space for stable attachment of the composite insecticidal regulator, and the moroxydine hydrochloride and the brassinolide are attached to the wooden waste, so that the long-term stable slow-release of the wood waste is facilitated, and excessive accumulation of related components in soil and plants in a short period is avoided; the wood is slowly decomposed and stable for a long time in the structure of the covering, and can be decomposed very slowly to release nutrients of the wood along with the time, so that the wood is one of the factors that the protection of the organic covering can continuously play a role for a long time.
The diatomite has good adsorption performance, the special porous structure of the diatomite can play a role in moisturizing and loosening soil in soil, and meanwhile, the chlorothiazole insecticide and the celastrus angulatus are attached to the porous structure of the diatomite, so that the two insecticide agents can be continuously and stably released for a long time, the plant root system can continuously absorb the insecticide to obtain lasting pest and disease resistance, and the excessive accumulation of the insecticide in the soil can be effectively prevented. The hole structure of diatomaceous earth for wooden discarded object is wider, and the structure is more firm difficult for decomposing for load two kinds of insecticides that the lethality is stronger can make the slow-release process more steady, and the volatility that receives the environmental impact is little.
The ginkgo leaves and the locust leaves respectively contain more abundant boron and calcium, the compound insecticidal regulator is applied and absorbed by roots, cell proliferation is stimulated, cell stress is improved, and cell antiviral factor expression is increased in the process of exerting disease resistance and insect resistance of the trees so as to adapt to growth and stress of plants, the continuous supply of boron and calcium elements provides guarantee for healthy proliferation of cells and smooth expression of cell factors, and the complete formation of cell walls is effectively promoted.
The soybean meal contains a large amount of plant protein, and provides rich amino acid and other nutrient components (nitrogen and the like) for plant growth. However, the soybean meal is difficult to disperse, and excessive fermentation can cause local sudden increase of soil acidity or local stink, so that on one hand, the addition amount of the soybean meal needs to be controlled, on the other hand, the mixture of the soybean meal and the diatomite is favorable for dispersing the soybean meal, and meanwhile, the polyacrylic acid super-absorbent fiber is favorable for controlling the water content in the soybean meal, and the adverse effect possibly caused by the soybean meal is effectively controlled through the interaction among the components.
The polyacrylic acid super-absorbent fibers have extremely strong water absorption and retention capacity, are not easy to degrade and can stably play a role for a long time, the polyacrylic acid super-absorbent fibers can effectively adjust the water content of soil and also play a buffering role in the release process of the composite insecticidal regulator, for example, when some composite insecticidal regulators are excessively released due to specific reasons such as rainfall in the environment, the polyacrylic acid super-absorbent fibers can store and recover a part of the composite insecticidal regulator through the water retention function. The polyacrylic acid super absorbent fiber can be processed into fiber bundles or fiber cloth with the length of 10-20 cm.
The mass ratio of the chloro-thiazole insecticide, the celastrus angulatus, the moroxydine hydrochloride and the brassinolide in the composite insecticidal regulator is (2-3) to 1 (0.2-0.3): (0.05-0.08). The four medicaments are continuously absorbed through the root system, so that the plant can obtain long-term stable disease-resistant and insect-resistant capability. The chloro-thiazole insecticides, such as Thiamethoxam of Nowa company, AkD-1022 of agricultural and commercial company and the like, have killing effect on the scale insects in the processes of swimming, coiling, fixing leaves and fixing rods, but have the most obvious effect in the rod fixing period, and the killing effect needs to be enhanced in the early stage of the rod fixing due to the reasons of root absorption concentration, internal absorption type as main action modes and the like; besides the poisoning effect of the celastrus angulatus, the compounded chlorothiazole pesticides and celastrus angulatus enhance the killing effect on scale insects in the early stage of pole fixing, the celastrus angulatus can reduce the nervous activity of scale insects larvae from the pole moving stage, so that the larvae are slow in movement and low in resistance, more chlorothiazole pesticides are easy to take in, and the overall pest killing effect of the compound pesticide regulator is effectively improved. The resistance of plants is easily reduced due to insect pest propagation, soil virus breeding, pesticide application and the like, viruses are easily infected in the prevention and control of scale insects, the moroxydine hydrochloride has good plant virus inhibiting effect, and in addition, the moroxydine hydrochloride can cooperate with the chloro-thiazole pesticide to have good systemic osmosis effect to promote the absorption of the chloro-thiazole pesticide on the root system, so that the effect is greatly improved. Brassinolide is a high-efficiency plant growth regulator, promotes the rapid plant growth and maturity, so reasonable nutrition step components need to be compounded, such as the ginkgo leaves, the locust tree leaves and the bean pulp; although the brassinolide has little antivirus effect, the brassinolide can improve the stress resistance of a plant body by promoting the absorption of the plant to nutrition, quickly repair plant damage during disinsection and sterilization, and thicken a root system, a branch and a leaf body, so that each component absorbed by the root system can be fully conveyed to each position of the plant body in time.
The invention provides a preparation method of an organic covering with garden plant scale insect pest control effect, which comprises the following steps:
(6) drying wooden waste, diatomaceous earth, folium Ginkgo, folium Sophorae, and polyacrylic acid superabsorbent fiber, pulverizing, and sterilizing;

Weighing the chloro thiazole insecticide and the celastrus angulatus according to a metering ratio, and then, according to a weight ratio of 1: (700-1000) is prepared into diluent, and the diatomite is uniformly mixed with the diluent to obtain the loaded diatomite. Weighing moroxydine hydrochloride and brassinolide according to a metering ratio, and then mixing the raw materials in a proportion of 1: (400-800) preparing the dilution solution, and uniformly mixing the wooden waste and the dilution solution to obtain the loaded wooden waste. The mass ratio of the chloro-thiazole pesticide to the celastrus angulatus to the moroxydine hydrochloride to the brassinolide is (2-3) to 1 (0.2-0.3): (0.05-0.08), and the total amount is 0.015-0.05 part. Mixing the loaded diatomite, the loaded wood waste, the ginkgo leaves, the locust tree leaves, the polyacrylic acid super absorbent fibers and the soybean meal, adjusting the water content to 45-55%, fermenting for 6-7 days at 28-32 ℃, wherein the leavening agent is prepared by mixing bacillus subtilis, trichoderma viride and aspergillus niger in a mass ratio of 5:3: 2. And obtaining the target product organic covering after the fermentation is finished.
A piece of forest land with the age of two-year-old trees selected from a Hebei Baoding white wax planting base is used as an experimental observation base. In the experimental base, the trees are damaged by Ericerus pela in 2018 spring, and are subjected to pest control by omethoate in 7 months in 2018. The organic mulch prepared above was covered over experimental base soil with a thickness of approximately 12cm, and a blank area where no mulch was applied was provided. The coverage time was 2018 and 9 months.
Secondly, result detection
2.1 soil moisture content
And (3) monitoring the water content of the soil by adopting a moisture rapid tester, and respectively selecting 5 sampling points every 10 days in 11-12 months in 2018, wherein the detection depth is 15-20 cm.
Figure 1 is a comparison of the average values of soil continuously monitored for 60 days in terms of moisture content using a covered versus a non-covered blank of organic mulch on an experimental observation basis. It can be seen that the amount of water content retained by the organic mulch is increased by about 40% relative to the area not covered by the organic mulch.
2.2 temperature of soil
And (3) respectively selecting 5 sampling points at intervals of 10 days every 11-12 months in 2018 for detecting the soil temperature, wherein the detection time is 12:00 at noon on the sampling day, and the detection depth is 15-20 cm.
Figure 2 is a comparison of the average values of soil on an experimental observation base continuously monitored for 60 days in terms of temperature for a covered area using the organic mulch of the invention versus a non-covered area blank. It can be seen that by covering with the present organic covering, the soil temperature is increased by about 0.8 ℃ on average relative to the uncovered area.
2.3 soil nutrient
Sampling, comparing and detecting soil nutrients at the beginning of 3 months in the next year, and randomly selecting 10 sampling points on a test observation base in random covered areas and uncovered areas respectively for sampling measurement, wherein the interval of the sampling points is not less than 5m, and the detection depth is 15-20 cm. The results of the tests are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1 soil nutrient comparison
Figure BDA0002273434140000041
As can be seen from Table 1, the organic mulch improves all the nutrient components of the soil, especially obviously improves the quick-acting phosphorus, the quick-acting nitrogen and the quick-acting potassium, is beneficial to promoting the ion balance of plants, particularly improves the element content of calcium and boron in the soil, and provides assistance for promoting the plant to resist diseases and insect pests and improving the cell proliferation and stress capability.
2.4 prevention and control test on scale insects
Respectively and randomly selecting 100 trees in the covered area and the uncovered area of the experiment base, selecting 3 young shoots as samples according to different directions for each tree, marking the samples, and investigating the population cardinality on the samples at the end of 4 months. After the investigation is finished, spraying 40% omethoate 1000 times diluent on the trees which are not covered, not spraying pesticide on the covered area, and investigating the residual number of live insects in the sample after pesticide application. And spraying the trees without covering areas with the 40% omethoate 1000 times diluent again at the beginning of 7 months, not spraying the pesticide on the covering areas, and then surveying the number of the remaining live insects in the samples again. The results of the examination are shown in Table 2.
TABLE 2 population comparison
Before medicine 4 month end Beginning of 7 months
Uncovered area 458 24 3
Coverage area 34 12 7
As can be seen from table 2, although omethoate has been used to treat the coccid in the previous year, a certain number of coccids are still active in the year of the year without covering the area, and the coccid is at risk of secondary outbreak of the coccid, and the pesticide spraying treatment needs to be continuously used for control treatment. The covering area has the long-term effect of the organic covering, so that the control effect can be realized in the early stage of the coccid nymphs, and the quantity of the coccid is controlled at a lower level in the end of 4 months. After the omethoate is applied at the end of 4 months, the number of the scale insects which are not covered is effectively controlled, and the number of the scale insects which are covered is further reduced, so that the organic covering continuously plays a role in killing insects. After the omethoate is applied again at the end of 7 months, the number of the scale insects in the covered area and the scale insects in the uncovered area are all reduced to one, which shows that the organic covering in the covered area can stably play a role in killing insects for a long time, and the pesticide effect is basically equivalent to the effect of spraying the omethoate for multiple times.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
