Fresh water in the No. 2 water tank 2 enters a desalting unit 10 through a No. 2 water pump 9, and anions and cations in the water are removed through chemical reaction by utilizing anion and cation exchange resins. When the ion exchange resin is invalid, the ion exchange resin is regenerated by utilizing the chemical reversible reaction of the ion exchange resin and using acid and alkali solution to recover the activity of the ion exchange resin. The sewage discharged by the desalting unit is self-service water and is discharged to an industrial wastewater discharge pool 1 as industrial wastewater.
