Abstract
The invention relates to a treatment system for boiler makeup water, which comprises an industrial wastewater discharge tank, a coagulation clarification tank, a coagulation medicine storage and feeding device, a No. 1 water tank, a filter, an electric adsorption device, a No. 2 water tank and a desalting unit. The coagulating and clarifying tank is connected to No. 1 water tank, and No. 1 water tank is connected to the filter through No. 1 water pump, and the clear water export of filter is connected to No. 2 water tanks through the electric adsorption equipment, and No. 2 water tanks are connected to the desalination unit through No. 2 water pumps. The detection instrument comprises a conductivity meter, a temperature control instrument, a water inlet and outlet flow meter, a water inlet and outlet pressure gauge, a voltmeter and a current detection meter. The system is provided with a control unit, the control unit is in communication connection with an electric device of a No. 1 water pump, a No. 2 water pump, a backwashing water pump, an air compressor, an electric adsorption device and a regeneration device, a coagulation medicine storage and feeding device, a detection instrument and control valves of pipelines, and the treatment process of boiler makeup water is automatically controlled.
The treatment system of the boiler make-up water of the invention utilizes the treatment process of 'coagulation clarification → filtration → electric adsorption device → desalination' to cancel the self-cleaning filter, ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis process, compared with the existing chemical water treatment of boiler make-up water, the treatment system has the advantages that ① cancels the expensive ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis and the auxiliary equipment thereof, greatly reduces the floor area and the equipment investment, ② reduces the chemical self-water utilization rate and the industrial wastewater production amount, is beneficial to environmental protection, ③ reduces the operation cost, ④ improves the automation degree of the water treatment.

The treatment system for boiler make-up water of the invention is shown in figure 1 and comprises an industrial wastewater discharge tank 1, a coagulation clarification tank 2, a coagulation medicine storage and feeding device 3, a No. 1 water tank 4, a filter 6, an electric adsorption device 7, a No. 2 water tank 8, a backwashing water pipeline, an air compressor 12, a backwashing water pump 13, a desalting unit 10 and a control unit. The coagulation medicine storage dosing device 3 is connected to the coagulation clarification tank 2, and the coagulation clarification tank 2 is connected to No. 1 water tank 4, and No. 1 water tank 4 is connected to the filter 6 through No. 1 water pump 5, and the clear water export of filter is connected to No. 2 water tank 8 through the electric adsorption equipment 7, and No. 2 water tank 8 is connected to desalination unit 10 through No. 2 water pump 9. The sewage discharge ports of the coagulation and clarification tank 2 and the desalting unit 10 are connected to the industrial wastewater discharge tank 1. The filter is provided with a blast port, a backwashing water inlet and a backwashing water outlet, the air compressor 12 is connected to the blast port of the filter, the backwashing water pipeline is connected to the backwashing water inlet of the filter through the backwashing water pump 13, and the backwashing water outlet of the filter is connected to the industrial wastewater discharge pool 1. The electric adsorption equipment 7 is provided with a backwash water outlet which is connected to the industrial wastewater discharge tank 1. The desalination unit comprises a storage and metering device for hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide and a regeneration device 11, wherein the regeneration device is connected to the desalination unit 10.
The electric adsorption device 7 is composed of a capacitance deionization adsorption module, a power supply device, a detection instrument, a controller and a pipe valve. The detection instrument comprises a conductivity meter, a temperature control instrument, a water inlet and outlet flow meter, a water inlet and outlet pressure gauge, a voltmeter and a current detection meter. The control unit is in communication connection with the No. 1 water pump 5, the No. 2 water pump 9, the backwashing water pump 13, the air compressor 12, the electrical equipment of the electric adsorption equipment 7, the electrical equipment of the regeneration equipment 11, the coagulation medicine storage and feeding equipment 3, the detection instrument and the control valves of all pipelines. The working process of the treatment system for boiler make-up water comprises the following steps: raw water enters a coagulation and clarification tank 2, a coagulant is added into the coagulation and clarification tank 2 through a coagulation and medicine storage dosing device 3 to remove most suspended matters and colloidal substances, and clarified effluent enters a No. 1 water tank 4. Clear water of the No. 1 water tank 4 is conveyed to a filter 6 through a No. 1 water pump 5, a small amount of residual fine suspended particles in water are further filtered, and effluent of the filter directly enters an electric adsorption device 7 for electric adsorption treatment. When the turbidity of the water discharged from the filter exceeds the standard, the filter is subjected to backwashing, the air compressor 12 and the backwashing water pump 13 are backwashing equipment of the filter, and the air is used for scrubbing and the water is used for backwashing. The drainage water of the filter backwashing and the positive washing drainage water is used as the self-service water and is discharged to the industrial wastewater discharge pool 1 as the industrial wastewater. The effluent of the electro-adsorption equipment enters a No. 2 water tank 8, and the backwashing water of the electro-adsorption equipment is discharged to an industrial wastewater discharge pool 1 as industrial wastewater. Fresh water in the No. 2 water tank 2 enters a desalting unit 10 through a No. 2 water pump 9, and anions and cations in the water are removed through chemical reaction by utilizing anion and cation exchange resins. When the ion exchange resin is invalid, the ion exchange resin is regenerated by utilizing the chemical reversible reaction of the ion exchange resin and using acid and alkali solution to recover the activity of the ion exchange resin. The sewage discharged by the desalting unit is self-service water and is discharged to an industrial wastewater discharge pool 1 as industrial wastewater.
The electro-adsorption equipment 7 is controlled by an automatic program to control inflow, outflow conductivity, adsorption time and electrode regeneration time, and control indexes are manually adjusted through a touch display screen, the operation of the electro-adsorption equipment is divided into three stages, namely ⑴ pre-washing stage, water samples to be treated are introduced into the electro-adsorption equipment for pre-washing, concentrated water remained in an adsorption module and a part of pipelines in the electrode regeneration stage is discharged by using raw water, ⑵ adsorption stage enters the adsorption stage after the short pre-washing is finished, a capacitor deionization adsorption module adsorbs ions in the raw water by using the surface of a charged electrode, salts in the raw water are enriched and concentrated on the surface of the electrode, namely the actual water receiving stage, ⑶ regeneration stage, the system automatically enters the electrode desorption regeneration stage after the adsorption set time is reached, and the system automatically shifts to the next period after the regeneration process is finished.
The invention is used for a treatment system of boiler make-up water, namely coagulation clarification → filtration → electric adsorption → desalination, and omits a self-cleaning filter, and complicated processes of ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis, and has the advantages that ⑴ shortens the process flow of chemical water treatment, eliminates expensive ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis and auxiliary equipment thereof, reduces the floor area by 20 percent, reduces the equipment and construction investment by 30 percent, reduces the chemical water utilization rate by 30 percent, reduces the industrial wastewater production by ⑵, reduces the chemical water utilization rate by 20 percent to 25 percent, eliminates the ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis and auxiliary equipment thereof by ⑶, reduces the maintenance workload of the equipment, reduces the labor intensity and the maintenance cost of operation and maintenance personnel, reduces the unit price of ⑷ demineralized water per ton by about 5 yuan, reduces the operation cost, and improves the automation degree of operation by ⑸.
