Abstract
The invention discloses a yak fermented feed and a preparation method thereof, wherein the yak fermented feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 15-25 parts of wild cherries, 10-20 parts of highland barley, 5-15 parts of wheat bran, 2-6 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 1-3 parts of urea and 0.5-1.5 parts of microbial fermentation material. During fermentation, the highland barley, the wheat bran and the astragalus are firstly crushed, and the powder is added into the wild cherry and stirred uniformly to obtain a fermentation medium; then adding the microbial fermentation material into a fermentation medium, and adding water to control the water content of the mixture to be 15-25%; and fermenting the mixture at 30-40 ℃ for 4-6 days, adding urea, and continuing to perform closed fermentation for 2-4 days to obtain the fermented feed. The fermented feed obtained by the method has good taste and high nutrient content, can effectively relieve the problem of feed shortage in plateau areas in winter, can reduce the morbidity of yaks in winter, and ensures the economic benefit of breeders.
