Therefore, the short message classification display method and the short message classification display device provided by the disclosure can perform semantic analysis on the received short messages based on a semantic understanding technology in an artificial intelligence technology, so as to perform type division on the short messages.
The technical solution of the embodiment of the present disclosure is explained in detail below:
the embodiment of the example provides a short message classified display method. The short message classification display method may be applied to the server 105, and may also be applied to one or more of the terminal devices 101, 102, and 103, which is not particularly limited in this exemplary embodiment. Referring to fig. 3, the method for displaying classified short messages may include the following steps S310 to S340:
s310, receiving a target short message;
s320, performing semantic analysis on the target short message to obtain an analysis result of the target short message;
s330, matching the analysis result of the target short message with the feature tags of each short message category to determine the target short message category to which the target short message belongs;
step S340, extracting a plurality of fields in the target short message as information to be displayed based on the display mode of the target short message category, and displaying the information to be displayed.
The short message classification display method and the short message classification display device can perform semantic analysis on the received short messages based on a semantic understanding technology in an artificial intelligence technology, match the semantic analysis result with the feature tags of each short message category, determine the short message category to which the short message belongs, extract key information according to the display mode of the short message category, and display the key information to a user. The short message display method and the short message display device can accurately classify the short messages and display the short messages in various modes according to the characteristics of the types of the short messages, so that a user can conveniently and quickly check the short messages, the reading efficiency is improved, and the time is saved.
FIG. 4 is a diagram schematically illustrating the effect of various steps of processing a cartoon image according to the short message classification display method in one embodiment of the present disclosure; fig. 5-18 schematically show a flowchart of classified display of a verification code type short message, an express information type short message, a financial information type short message, a special offer type short message, and a service notification type short message, respectively, and a schematic diagram of displaying various types of short messages on a client according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
The above steps of the present exemplary embodiment are explained in more detail below with reference to fig. 4 to 18.
In step S310, a target short message is received.
In this exemplary embodiment, the method may first determine whether the target short message belongs to a service provider short message or a private short message. If the target short message is judged to belong to the private short message, the short message can be directly displayed on a private short message display page of the client without entering the flow of semantic analysis and short message classification, so that a user can quickly view the private short message and can not miss important information.
The private short messages can include short messages from friends in the address list, short messages from contacts who have a call or a short message connection with the mobile phone number bound by the client, and short messages of contacts classified into the private short messages by user definition.
Specifically, the method may first provide a private short signal code library, where the mobile phone number sources in the private short signal code library may include friends in the address list, contacts that have communicated or contacted with the mobile phone number bound to the client, and mobile phone numbers that are self-defined by the user and are included in the private short signal code library. Furthermore, all short messages sent by mobile phone numbers in the private short signal code library can be set to be used as private short messages and displayed on a private short message display page of the client, so that a user can quickly check the private short messages and important information cannot be missed.
Then, in this exemplary embodiment, referring to fig. 4, in step S410, a target short message is received first; in step S420, matching the source number of the target short message with a private short signal code library; in step S430, determining whether the target short message is a private short message, that is, matching the source number of the target short message with a number in a private short signal code library, if the matching is successful, determining that the target short message is the private short message, and entering step S431 to directly display the target short message; if the matching fails, the target short message is not a private short message; the process advances to step S440.
In step S320, semantic analysis is performed on the target short message to obtain an analysis result of the target short message.
In this exemplary embodiment, after determining that the target short message is not a private short message, the processing of the target short message enters a classification process. In the classification process, firstly, the received short messages can be subjected to semantic analysis based on the artificial intelligence semantic understanding technology, so that the types of the short messages can be classified subsequently.
In detail, referring to step S440 in fig. 4, in this example embodiment, the target short message may be subjected to semantic analysis to obtain one or more feature tags in the target short message. For example, the feature tag of the verification code type short message may include "verification code", "123456 (verification code number)", etc.; the feature labels of the express delivery information short messages can include 'certain express delivery', 'package', '123456789 (express delivery order number)' and the like; the feature labels of the financial information short messages can comprise 'a certain bank', 'a certain store', 'a certain flagship store', 'card swiping', 'consumption', 'salary', 'income', '12.00 yuan (consumption amount)' and the like.
The semantic analysis may be based on a semantic understanding technology in an artificial intelligence technology, and performs semantic analysis on the received short message to obtain a feature tag of the short message.
In step S330, the analysis result of the target short message is matched with the feature tags of each short message category to determine the target short message category to which the target short message belongs.
In this example embodiment, in order to classify the received short messages, the cloud server may update the short message classification policy in real time, and issue the real-time updated short message classification policy to each terminal, so that the terminals can receive and perform matching.
In detail, the short message classification policy includes each short message category and a feature tag corresponding to each short message category. Referring to fig. 19, the text message classification strategy 1920 can be derived from artificial intelligence semantic analysis 1931, text message big data analysis 1932 and manual adjustment determinations 1933 and 1934.
The artificial intelligence semantic analysis 1931 can understand the natural semantics of the short message through machine learning of the content of the short message, so as to determine the feature tag of the short message and update the category of the short message through different tags.
The short message big data analysis 1932 can analyze the service provider corresponding to the short message number and the service range of the service provider through mass short message data, so as to update the short message category based on the property of the service provider. In addition, in some embodiments, some short message types that cannot be classified through the aforementioned artificial intelligence semantic analysis and short message big data analysis may be further included, so that classification may be performed through manual adjustment.
Manual adjustment may include two ways, manual entry 1933 and user feedback 1934. The manual entry is to determine and update the short message types through manual investigation so as to more comprehensively cover more short message types. The user feedback is that the user feeds back the short message which is not matched with the classification strategy through a feedback channel of the application terminal, or the user directly submits the suggested short message type, and the background manually determines the short message type of the fed back short message or screens and adopts the suggested short message type. Further, the determined added or changed short message categories are uploaded to a cloud server, so that the short message classification strategy is updated.
Therefore, the short message classification strategy can be perfected through various strategy sources, so that more accurate short message classification is provided, and the short message classification strategy is convenient for users to use.
Further, according to the above short message classification policy, referring to steps S461 to S465 in fig. 4, etc., each short message category in this exemplary embodiment may include a verification code category, an express delivery information category, a financial information category, a special offer category, and a service notification category. Wherein:
the feature tag of the short message of the verification code class may include but is not limited to: express facilitator feature tags, such as "facilitator"; the feature label of the verification code, such as "verification code", "123456", etc.
The feature tag of the express delivery information short message may include, but is not limited to: express service provider feature label "a certain express; characteristic labels of express delivery such as 'package' and 'express delivery'; the characteristic label of the courier note number "123456789".
The feature tags of the financial information short messages may include, but are not limited to: the characteristic label of the financial facilitator "certain bank"; the characteristic label of a merchant is 'a certain mall' and 'a certain flagship store'; the characteristic labels of income expenditure are 'card swiping', 'consumption', 'payroll' and 'income'; a feature tag of the balance data of "100.00 yuan", etc.
The feature tag of the special offer short message may include, but is not limited to: the characteristic label of a merchant is 'a certain mall' and 'a certain flagship store'; trade name and model characteristic label 'a certain model mobile phone/computer'; the characteristic labels of the price information are 'original price', 'special price', 'activity price' and the like.
The feature tag of the service notification short message may include, but is not limited to: the characteristic label of the service provider or part of the unit is ' a certain website ' XX music '; feature labels of business names "a certain business", "VIP member"; the feature labels of business transaction are 'open', 'due', 'transaction' and the like.
In addition, referring to step S467 in fig. 4, the short message types may be accurately classified according to the continuously updated classification policy to generate other short message types. For example, the type of the short message may further include an invitation class, such as invitation information, hotel meal ordering information, and the feature tags of the invitation class may include "wedding", "month full wine", "date", "XX hotel", "address", and the like.
In this step, the analysis result of the semantic analysis of the target short message may be matched with the feature tags of each short message category to determine the target short message category to which the target short message belongs. The feature labels of the target short messages obtained by performing semantic analysis on the target short messages are matched with the feature labels of each short message category in the classification strategy, and when the highest matching degree between the target short messages and one of the short message categories is found or the matching degree exceeds a certain threshold value, the target short messages can be determined to belong to the short message category.
For example: the content of the target short message received by the terminal is ' the national intellectual property office ' your verification code is 1234, the valid time of the verification code is 30 minutes, and the verification code is not required to be informed to other people and the application is confirmed to be operated by the user '! "then, through semantic analysis of the short message, a plurality of feature labels obtained are: "national intellectual property office", "verification code", "1234" and the like. And matching the analysis result with the feature tags of the short message categories in the classification strategy, and determining that the short message belongs to the short message of the verification code category if the matching degree with the short message of the verification code category is the highest.
For another example: the terminal receives the target short message, wherein the content of the target short message is that the XX express reaches the east express supermarket of the XX cell by 1-1-1234, the business hour is 09:00-20:00 earlier, and the terminal contacts the telephone: 12344556677. "then, through semantic analysis of the short message, the obtained multiple labels are: "express," "reach," "1-1-1234 (pick-up code)," etc. And matching the analysis result with the feature tags of the short message categories in the classification strategy, finding that the matching degree with the express short message is the highest, and determining that the short message belongs to the express short message.
In addition, according to the above short message classification policy, referring to step S466 in fig. 4, the short message category in this example embodiment may further include a nuisance short message category. The harassment short message can include advertising promotion, house property intermediary, suspected fraud, insurance, and the like.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when determining the harassment short message classification policy from the classification policy sources, it is considered that the harassment short messages are rich in types, large in content span range, and more in cross with other types of short messages. Therefore, the conditions of poor customer experience and the like caused by the fact that harassing short messages are not classified into other types or important short messages are classified into harassing short messages are avoided. The exemplary embodiment can focus on the analysis of the big short message data, that is, a sender corresponding to the short message code of the harassing short message and the service range of the short message sent by the sender can be analyzed based on massive short message data, so that when the harassing short message is determined, the number is classified into the number library of the harassing short message. In this exemplary embodiment, after receiving the target short message and performing semantic analysis on the short message, when the target short message is determined to be a suspected harassment short message, the short message source number of the target short message is preferentially extracted to match with the number in the harassment short signal code library, so as to determine whether the short message source number belongs to the harassment short message, thereby improving matching efficiency.
In addition, the dividing strategy of the harassing messages can be determined through manual adjustment, namely, through manual entry and user feedback, when suspected harassing messages are found in the background, whether the messages are harassing messages or not is determined through a manual confirmation mode, and after the messages are determined to be harassing messages, the short message codes of the received messages are classified into a number library of the harassing messages.
Further, when the target short message category is determined to be a harassing short message category, referring to step S476 in fig. 4, the target short message is directly placed in the short message recycle bin without being placed in a classified display page for display, so as to avoid affecting the user.
In step S340, based on the display mode of the target short message category, extracting a plurality of fields in the target short message as information to be displayed, and displaying the information to be displayed.
The display mode can be different corresponding to different types of short messages. Referring to steps S471-S475, S477 in fig. 4, the displaying manner may include displaying the name of the service provider in the short message and the important information (the verification code, the mobile phone number, the number of the delivery slip, the time, the location, etc.) in the short message.
In addition, some types of short messages may also include information that the user may need to further query, such as querying a courier order number; information may also be included that the user may need further action, such as copying the authentication code. Therefore, an extension function key or an extension function entry can be respectively arranged corresponding to at least one feature tag in each short message category, so that a user can use the information quickly or obtain the extension information of the information, and the operation of the user is further facilitated.
The extended function entry may be configured to access the association information to the extended function entry when the target short message has the association information. For example, when the category of the target short message is an express delivery information category, the historical logistics state of the express delivery can be queried according to the express delivery information in the target short message, and the historical logistics state of the express delivery is accessed to the extended function entry. For another example, when the target short message is a financial information type, the balance data in all the short messages within the preset time range can be extracted to generate a bill, and the bill is accessed to the extended function entry.
Next, referring to fig. 4 to fig. 18, the types of the short messages and the display modes of the types of the short messages are described in detail with reference to the specific embodiments.
