That is, the operator may determine in advance different requirements of the promotion effect index, i.e. which aspect of the effect it is more important to, and may be biased when promoting again.
The strategy of the promotion effect index disclosed by the invention comprises numerical ranges of the promotion effect indexes or index combinations. As long as operators determine the index requirements of good popularization effects, the index requirements are stored in a platform (for example, in a database or a file) as strategies, and accurate re-popularization of the un-movable users can be automatically realized.

acquiring the change of real-time tag data in the user data in real time based on a kafka message queue system, and screening the user data of an inactive branch in real time according to the change of the real-time tag data by the kafka message queue system and storing the user data into a search engine or a data equipment cluster;
according to different requirements of the platform on the popularization effect indexes, product customization information is sent to users corresponding to the screened user data of the non-movable branch according to the arrangement and combination of different label data, and the popularization effect indexes are indexes obtained by statistics after the users are promoted.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the real-time tag and its tag value change in real-time, comprising: dynamic credit information, actual credit, location, face recognition information, authentication information and risk pricing.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the non-real time tag and its tag value do not change in real time, comprising: at least one of age, gender, and expiration information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the sending product customization information to the screened user of the inactive branch in real time is: and sending product customization information to the user of the inactive branch in real time through the wasehouse data warehouse.
