本发明涉及密封技术领域,公开了一种免倒角密封结构,包括内管、外管、套管和密封圈,外管可拆卸地套设在内管上,且外管的内壁与内管的外壁之间形成一个可供套管***的插槽,内管的外壁上设有可供密封圈放置的密封槽;密封圈包括主体,主体上设有唇口;密封槽包括第一密封槽和第二密封槽,且第一密封槽的槽深小于第二密封槽的槽深,唇口的底部与第一密封槽的槽底贴合,且唇口在非压缩状态下的厚度大于第一密封槽的槽深,唇口在非压缩状态下的宽度小于第一密封槽的槽宽,主体的底部与第二密封槽的槽底贴合,主体在非压缩状态下的厚度小于或等于第二密封槽的槽深。采用本发明具有密封性好、安装方便、安全可靠和成本低的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及密封技术领域,特别是涉及一种免倒角密封结构。
背景技术
在管道行业中,管件之间需要能够实现快速拆装和方便维修,同时还要具有较好的密封性能,目前,管用接头的密封结构普遍使用O型圈进行密封,如钳压式结构,螺母卡套式结构以及直插式结构中常常采用均O型圈进行密封,但采用这种方式密封时,管件接头在安装前需要对管材端口进行整圆倒角,工序复杂,安装烦琐,费时费力,成本高,且不能剪斜管材,否则***管材时极易将密封圈挤坏或将密封圈推出密封槽,使密封圈的密封性失效,密封效果差;此外,若安装工人忘记对管材端口进行整圆倒角,使密封性达不到使用需求,会导致高压流体泄漏,从而造成损失。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种密封性好、安装方便、安全可靠和成本低的免倒角密封结构。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种免倒角密封结构,包括内管、外管、套管和密封圈,所述外管可拆卸地套设在所述内管上,且所述外管的内壁与所述内管的外壁之间形成一个可供所述套管***的插槽,所述内管的外壁上设有可供所述密封圈放置的密封槽;所述密封圈包括主体,所述主体上设有唇口;所述密封槽包括第一密封槽和第二密封槽,所述第一密封槽和所述第二密封槽呈阶梯状,且所述第一密封槽的槽深小于所述第二密封槽的槽深,所述唇口的底部与所述第一密封槽的槽底贴合,且所述唇口在非压缩状态下的厚度大于所述第一密封槽的槽深,所述唇口在非压缩状态下的宽度小于所述第一密封槽的槽宽,所述主体的底部与所述第二密封槽的槽底贴合,所述主体在非压缩状态下的厚度小于或等于所述第二密封槽的槽深。

本发明实施例一种免倒角密封结构与现有技术相比,其有益效果在于:
装配时,先将密封圈套入内管使得密封圈放置在密封槽内,再将外管套设在内管上,最后将套管***插槽中,由于主体在非压缩状态下的厚度小于或等于第二密封槽的槽深,使得套管能流畅地套设在密封圈上,套管不需要倒角也能顺利地套在密封圈上,不会将密封圈从密封槽内挤出,有效保护了密封圈,安全可靠,且成本低,还能快速装配,装配方便;同时,唇口在非压缩状态下的厚度大于第一密封槽的槽深,使得密封圈与套管和密封槽均为密封连接,密封效果好;此外,当高压流体自主体朝唇口方向进入内管与套管的间隙时,高压流体将密封圈向内挤压,使所述主体紧贴在所述第二密封槽靠近第一密封槽的槽壁上,此时,所述唇口在套管和高压流体的挤压作用下其两侧唇面分别与所述套管的内壁和第一密封槽的槽底紧密贴合;当高压流体自唇口朝主体方向进入内管与套管的间隙时,高压流体将密封圈向外挤压,使所述主体紧贴在所述第二密封槽远离第一密封槽的槽壁上,此时,所述唇口在套管和高压流体的挤压作用下其两侧唇面分别与所述套管的内壁和第一密封槽的槽底紧密贴合,因此,使得无论高压流体从哪个方向进入内管与套管的间隙,密封圈都能紧密地与密封槽和套管贴合,实现密封连接,能有效地防止高压流体渗入,密封性好。

装配时,先将密封圈4套入内管1使得密封圈4放置在密封槽6内,再将外管2套设在内管1上,最后将套管3***在插槽5中,由于主体7在非压缩状态下的厚度小于或等于第二密封槽10的槽深,使得套管3能流畅地套设在密封圈4上,使套管3不需要倒角也能顺利地套入,不会将密封圈4从密封槽6内挤出,有效保护了密封圈4,安全可靠,且成本低,还能快速装配,装配方便;同时,唇口8在非压缩状态下的厚度大于第一密封槽9的槽深,使得密封圈4与套管3和密封槽6密封连接,密封效果好;此外,如图2中所示,箭头指示方向为高压流体流动方向,当高压流体自主体7朝唇口8方向进入内管1与套管3的间隙时,高压流体将密封圈4向内挤压,使所述主体7紧贴在所述第二密封槽10靠近第一密封槽9的槽壁上,此时,所述唇口8在套管3和高压流体的挤压作用下其两侧唇面分别与所述套管3的内壁和第一密封槽9的槽底紧密贴合;如图3中所示,箭头指示方向为高压流体流动方向,当高压流体自唇口8朝主体7方向进入内管1与套管3的间隙时,高压流体将密封圈4向外挤压,使所述主体7紧贴在所述第二密封槽10远离第一密封槽9的槽壁上,此时,所述唇口8在套管3和高压流体的挤压作用下其两侧唇面分别与所述套管3的内壁和第一密封槽9的槽底紧密贴合,使得无论高压流体从哪个方向进入内管1与套管3的间隙,密封圈4都能紧密地与密封槽6和套管3贴合,实现密封连接,能有效地防止高压流体渗入,密封性好。
示例性的,所述主体7在非压缩状态下的宽度小于所述第二密封槽10的槽宽,便于将密封圈4套入密封槽6内,方便安装和定位。
示例性的,所述密封圈4的材质为弹性材料,具体的,密封圈4的材质为橡胶,使得密封圈4能在高压流体的作用下挤压变形,提高密封圈4与密封槽6和套管3的贴合强度,提高密封性能。
