一种高强度空气过滤纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将纤维材料与水混合后在疏解器中充分疏解稀释得基层纤维悬浮液,再将悬浮液成型抽吸后得基层成型湿纸;将碳纳米材料加入表面活性剂溶液,超声分散,得碳纳米材料分散液;将所述碳纳米材料分散液和粘合剂混合后,加入水配置混合稀释液;将成型湿纸浸泡在混合稀释液中,保持30~40min后,取出抽吸,干燥,然后施胶烘干即得空气过滤纸。本发明克服了现有技术的不足,通过含碳纳米材料的空气过滤纸过滤效率高、过滤阻力低、不仅能过滤颗粒污染物,还能去除空气中的化学污染物、病毒;并通过在电流及高压的作用下,使原纸表面形成多孔膜,从而能够增加空气过滤纸的阻燃效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气过滤纸的制备技术领域,具体涉及一种高强度空气过滤纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
空气中除含有氧气、氢气外,还含有灰尘、沙土、细菌等其他有害物质,在某些特殊环境要求下需要对空气过滤,以达到过滤空气的目的。空气过滤纸是其中常用的空气过滤材料。
而目前所使用的空气过滤纸为一层传统的植物纤维过滤纸层构成,在用于空气的过滤过程中,由于结构上的缺陷存在着以下缺点:由于纸介的厚度限制,所过滤的颗粒悬浮物很容易塞满介质,使得其有效的过滤时间较短;并且目前市场上所用的空气过滤纸在潮环境中容易滋生真菌,会造成受保护的环境在长期高压风量穿过保护层,进入受保护的环境,造成环境污染。另外,由于受潮环境容易让滤料受潮,强度下降,造成空气过滤纸的使用寿命大大降低。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种高强度空气过滤纸及其制备方法,克服了现有技术的不足,通过含碳纳米材料的空气过滤纸过滤效率高、过滤阻力低、不仅能过滤颗粒污染物,还能去除空气中的化学污染物、病毒;并通过在电流及高压的作用下,使原纸表面形成多孔膜,从而能够增加空气过滤纸的阻燃效果。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种高强度空气过滤纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备基层纸,将纤维材料与水混合后在疏解器中充分疏解,再用水稀释至质量浓度为0.01-2%, 得基层纤维悬浮液,然后将悬浮液送至成型器成型,抽吸后得基层成型湿纸;
(2)制备碳纳米材料分散液,将碳纳米材料加入质量浓度为0.05-5wt%表面活性剂溶液中,超声分散,得碳纳米材料分散液;
(3)制备混合稀释液,将所述碳纳米材料分散液和粘合剂混合后,加入水配置成所含所述碳纳米材料分散液和粘合剂的质量百分总量为0.5~5%的混合稀释液;
(4)得到空气过滤纸,将步骤(1)所得到的成型湿纸浸泡在步骤(3)所得的混合稀释液中,浸泡温度为70~75℃,浸渍40~50min,取出进行通电加压,电压为60~70V,压力为1.6~2.0MPa,保持30~40min后,取出抽吸,干燥,然后施胶烘干即得空气过滤纸。
优选地,所述步骤(1)中的纤维材料为碳纤维、玻璃纤维和涤纶纤维的混合材料;
优选地,所述步骤(2)中的碳纳米材料为碳纳米管和/或碳纳米纤维;所述碳纳米材料的尺寸为直径为1-300nm,长度为0.5-100μm;
优选地,所述步骤(2)中的表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述步骤(3)中的粘合剂为为聚氨酯粘合剂、丙烯酸树脂粘合剂、酚醛树脂粘合剂中的一种或几种。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种空气过滤纸。
优选地,包括主过滤层和增强层,所述增强层复合在主过滤层的上下两面。
优选地,所述主过滤层和增强层均为S形。
本发明提供了一种高强度空气过滤纸及其制备方法。具备以下有益效果:通过含碳纳米材料的空气过滤纸过滤效率高、过滤阻力低、不仅能过滤颗粒污染物,还能去除空气中的化学污染物、病毒;并通过在电流及高压的作用下,使原纸表面形成多孔膜,从而能够增加空气过滤纸的阻燃效果;所得产品可满足不同功能需求,应用于空气过滤纸领域,空气阻力小、过滤效率高,并且具有优异的抗菌性能。

实施例一
一种高强度空气过滤纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备基层纸,将玻璃纤维材料与水混合后在疏解器中充分疏解,再用水稀释至质量浓度为0.01-2%, 得基层纤维悬浮液,然后将悬浮液送至成型器成型,抽吸后得基层成型湿纸;
(2)制备碳纳米材料分散液,将直径为50~100nm的碳纳米管加入质量浓度为0.05wt%表面活性剂溶液中,超声分散,得碳纳米材料分散液;
(3)制备混合稀释液,将所述碳纳米材料分散液和粘合剂混合后,加入水配置成所含所述碳纳米材料分散液和粘合剂的质量百分总量为0.5%的混合稀释液;
(4)得到空气过滤纸,将步骤(1)所得到的成型湿纸浸泡在步骤(3)所得的混合稀释液中,浸泡温度为75℃,浸渍50min,取出进行通电加压,电压为70V,压力为2.0MPa,保持40min后,取出抽吸,干燥,然后施胶烘干即得空气过滤纸。
过滤性能如下:
在≥0.3μm颗粒,5.33cm/s的风速条件下,过滤效率为99.998%,空气阻力为 466Pa。
实施例二
一种高强度空气过滤纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备基层纸,将碳纤维材料与水混合后在疏解器中充分疏解,再用水稀释至质量浓度为1%, 得基层纤维悬浮液,然后将悬浮液送至成型器成型,抽吸后得基层成型湿纸;
(2)制备碳纳米材料分散液,将最大直径为300nm的碳纳米纤维加入质量浓度为0.05wt%表面活性剂溶液中,超声分散,得碳纳米材料分散液;
(3)制备混合稀释液,将所述碳纳米材料分散液和粘合剂混合后,加入水配置成所含所述碳纳米材料分散液和粘合剂的质量百分总量为2%的混合稀释液;
(4)得到空气过滤纸,将步骤(1)所得到的成型湿纸浸泡在步骤(3)所得的混合稀释液中,浸泡温度为72℃,浸渍25min,取出进行通电加压,电压为65V,压力为1.8MPa,保持35min后,取出抽吸,干燥,然后施胶烘干即得空气过滤纸。
过滤性能如下:
在≥0.3μm颗粒,5.33cm/s的风速条件下,过滤效率为99.98%,空气阻力为330Pa。
实施例三
一种高强度空气过滤纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备基层纸,将纤维材料与水混合后在疏解器中充分疏解,再用水稀释至质量浓度为1%, 得基层纤维悬浮液,然后将悬浮液送至成型器成型,抽吸后得基层成型湿纸;
(2)制备碳纳米材料分散液,将最大直径为300nm的碳纳米纤维加入质量浓度为5wt%表面活性剂溶液中,超声分散,得碳纳米材料分散液;
(3)制备混合稀释液,将所述碳纳米材料分散液和粘合剂混合后,加入水配置成所含所述碳纳米材料分散液和粘合剂的质量百分总量为5%的混合稀释液;
(4)得到空气过滤纸,将步骤(1)所得到的成型湿纸浸泡在步骤(3)所得的混合稀释液中,浸泡温度为70℃,浸渍40min,取出进行通电加压,电压为60V,压力为1.6MPa,保持30min后,取出抽吸,干燥,然后施胶烘干即得空气过滤纸。
过滤性能如下:
在≥0.3μm颗粒,5.33cm/s的风速条件下,过滤效率为96%,空气阻力为210Pa。
本发明还提供一种空气过滤纸,包括主过滤层1和增强层2,所述增强层2复合在主过滤层1的上下两面;所述主过滤层1和增强层2均为S形。通过增强层2复合在主过滤层1的上下两面,可使复合后的滤纸达到1.67KN/m以上的抗张强度;并通过将主过滤层1和增强层2设置为S形,从而在使用时,增加了过滤面积,继而提高了过滤速度和容尘的体积。

1.一种高强度空气过滤纸的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
制备基层纸,将纤维材料与水混合后在疏解器中充分疏解,再用水稀释至质量浓度为0.01-2%, 得基层纤维悬浮液,然后将悬浮液送至成型器成型,抽吸后得基层成型湿纸;
(2)制备碳纳米材料分散液,将碳纳米材料加入质量浓度为0.05-5wt%表面活性剂溶液中,超声分散,得碳纳米材料分散液;
(3)制备混合稀释液,将所述碳纳米材料分散液和粘合剂混合后,加入水配置成所含所述碳纳米材料分散液和粘合剂的质量百分总量为0.5~5%的混合稀释液;
(4)得到空气过滤纸,将步骤(1)所得到的成型湿纸浸泡在步骤(3)所得的混合稀释液中,浸泡温度为70~75℃,浸渍40~50min,取出进行通电加压,电压为60~70V,压力为1.6~2.0MPa,保持30~40min后,取出抽吸,干燥,然后施胶烘干即得空气过滤纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气过滤纸的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中的纤维材料为碳纤维、玻璃纤维和涤纶纤维的混合材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的空气过滤纸的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中的碳纳米材料为碳纳米管和/或碳纳米纤维;所述碳纳米材料的尺寸为直径为1-300nm,长度为0.5-100μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的空气过滤纸的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中的表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的空气过滤纸的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中的粘合剂为为聚氨酯粘合剂、丙烯酸树脂粘合剂、酚醛树脂粘合剂中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述所述制备方法得到的空气过滤纸。
7.根据权利要求6所述的空气过滤纸,其特征在于:包括主过滤层(1)和增强层(2),所述增强层(2)复合在主过滤层(1)的上下两面。
8.根据权利要求7所述的空气过滤纸,其特征在于:所述主过滤层(1)和增强层(2)均为S形。
