Abstract
本发明提出一种糖树脂保温材料及其制备和回收再利用。所述糖树脂保温材料包括以下质量份的成分:糖树脂80~100份、交联剂0~8份、稳泡剂2~3份、催化剂1~2份、阻燃剂10~50份、液体阻燃剂10~20份、扩链剂0~3份、发泡剂0~6份、固化剂4~15份、水0~3份。本发明提出的糖树脂保温材料,以糖树脂为主要原料;糖树脂是一种无甲醛、可降解、可再生的碳水化合物,是热固型树脂;本发明生产的泡沫制品性能稳定,具有低VOC、生态环保的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种高效的保温材料及其制备和应用。
背景技术
保温材料一般是指导热系数小于或等于0.12的材料。作为节能降耗的主要功能性材料,保温材料广泛应用于建筑外墙、车辆装饰、制冷设施、船艇内饰等领域。保温材料包括无机保温材料和有机合成保温材料,无极的主要有玻璃棉、岩棉、膨胀珍珠岩、发泡水泥等,在用于工业设施或者车船内饰时,存在不易成型、加工复杂等缺陷;有机合成类材料包括聚苯板、聚氨酯、橡塑板等,通过挤出成型,可按照设备形状定型,使用和加工方便,但是有易燃、有排放污染等不足。市场上,用于合成有机材料的树脂主要为酚醛树脂,三聚氰胺甲醛树脂,脲醛树脂等,原料价格高并含甲醛等有毒气体,其生产条件不够环保;在其应用环境处于高温或遇到明火时会还释放有毒有害气体。聚氨酯是含氮聚合物材料,遇到明火时也会释放有毒有害气体,焚烧回收时须严格控制燃烧条件,以吸收有毒气体。
保温隔热材料按导热系数分为:绝热材料(导热系数λ<0.23W/m·k);保温材料(导热系数λ<0.14W/m·k);高效保温材料(导热系数λ≤0.05W/m·k)。有机合成类保温材料主要依赖于其泡沫多孔结构实现保温隔热的功能,而多孔结构又会导致材料强度的缺失。制备既具有高效的保温隔热功能、又具有好的机械性能的保温材料乃是本领域一直存在的技术难题。
采用环保的原料成分合成高效保温材料,可以填补市场空白,获得更好的应用效果。
发明内容
针对本领域存在的不足之处,本发明的目的是提出一种糖树脂保温材料。
本发明的第二个目的是提出所述糖树脂保温材料的制备方法。
本发明的第三个目的是提出所述糖树脂保温材料的回收再利用方法。
为实现本发明上述目的的技术方案为:
一种糖树脂保温材料,所述糖树脂保温材料包括以下质量份的成分:
糖树脂80~100份、交联剂0~8份、稳泡剂2~3份、催化剂1~2份、阻燃剂10~50份、液体阻燃剂10~20份、扩链剂0~3份、发泡剂0~6份、固化剂4~15份、水0~3份。
其中,所述糖树脂为葡萄糖为原料合成得到的,所述糖树脂羟值为250~280,分子量1800~2500,酸值≤3.0。
进一步地,所述交联剂为分子量为300~400的乙二胺聚醚四醇或聚丙二醇缩水甘油醚,所述催化剂为油酸钾。所述稳泡剂为硅油。所述催化剂为油酸钾。
交联剂是使糖树脂与其它助剂相容性更好,使混料及后续步骤易于操作。稳泡剂硅油优选适用于HCFC-141b、环戊烷、全水等发泡体系的广谱泡沫稳定剂,例如AK-8805或AK-158硅油。
其中,所述阻燃剂由固体阻燃剂0~35份和液体阻燃剂10~20份组成,所述固体阻燃剂为固体磷酸酯类阻燃剂、十溴二苯乙烷(TDE)、三氧化二锑、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐MCA、聚磷酸密胺盐(阻燃剂MPP)中的一种或多种、所述液体阻燃剂为磷酸三(2-氯乙基)酯(TCEP)、三氯丙基磷酸酯(TCPP)、有机磷阻燃剂DMMP中的一种或多种。
其中,所述扩链剂为醇类扩链剂,选自1,4一丁二醇(BDO)、1,6一己二醇、甘油、三羟甲基丙烷、二甘醇(DEG)、三甘醇、新戊二醇(NPG)、山梨醇、二乙氨基乙醇(DEAE)中的一种或两种。
保温泡沫材料的发泡剂通常可以选烷烃、或三氯氟甲烷(简称Freon11)或水发泡等。本发明选择了无卤素的成分,而且通过对产品性能的比较,相比于用水发泡,更优选发泡剂用环保的烷烃,对环境无任何破坏。
优选地,所述发泡剂为正戊烷、正己烷、正庚烷中的一种;和/或
所述固化剂为硫酸铵。
本发明的一种优选技术方案为,所述糖树脂保温材料包括以下质量份的成分:
糖树脂85份、交联剂6~8份、稳泡剂2~3份、催化剂1~2份、液体阻燃剂14~16份、扩链剂2~3份、发泡剂4~6份、固化剂12~15份。
本发明所述的糖树脂保温材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将糖树脂80~100份和交联剂0~8份加入到反应容器中温度升至55~65度,再将稳泡剂2~3份、催化剂1~2份同时加入到反应容器中搅拌10~20分钟,
2)将阻燃剂10~50份、液体阻燃剂10~20份、扩链剂0~3份、发泡剂0~6份、水0~3份加入到反应容器中搅拌8~15分钟,至温度降为20~25度即成为糖树脂组合料;
3)将糖树脂组合料和固化剂分别计量输入到生产线上,发泡、熟化、定型。
所述制备方法中,反应容器可以是本领域常规的带搅拌的反应罐、反应釜等;生产线为本领域常规的保温材料生产线。糖树脂组合料和固化剂经发泡、熟化、定型后,通常再进行切割和打包操作。
所述的糖树脂保温材料的回收再利用方法,将糖树脂保温材料回收后粉碎,在搅拌釜中加入乙二醇,温度升至65~85度搅拌1~3小时。
所得液体组合物用糖树脂调整浓度后,加入固化剂即可制得糖树脂保温材料。
其中,每100公斤乙二醇加入至60~80公斤回收的糖树脂保温材料;
按所得液体组合物20~30%的重量再加入糖树脂以调整浓度。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明提出的糖树脂保温材料,以糖树脂为主要原料;糖树脂是一种无甲醛、可降解、可再生的碳水化合物,是热固型树脂;本发明生产的泡沫制品性能稳定,具有低VOC、生态环保的特点。
本保温材料是一种无甲醛、无卤素、可循环再利用的泡沫保温材料,可带替传统的有毒性、比较昂贵的聚氨酯树脂、酚醛树脂、脲醛树脂、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂等。糖树脂生产的制品无毒、无味、无甲醛气体排放,价格低,可再生,是创造清新环境的新型材料。
本发明所述的糖树脂保温材料作为保温隔热材料,具有广泛的应用。可应用于建筑内墙保温、汽车装饰、冰箱冰柜、冷库保温夹层、船艇装饰、军工产品保湿隔热装饰等。
具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不应用来限制本发明的范围。实施例中,如无特别说明,所用手段均为本领域常规技术手段。
实施例中的份数,如无特别说明,均指质量份。所用比例均为质量比。
以下实施例中,所用糖树脂为淡黄色液体,羟值:260±10,粘度:3500士500,分子量:2000,酸值≤3.0。
本说明书实施例中,保温材料的检测执行标准GB/T 21558-2008建筑绝热用硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料。导热系数检测执行标准GB/T10294-2008,密度检测执行标准GB/T6343-2009,尺寸稳定性检测执行标准GB/T8811-2008,吸水率检测执行标准GB/T8810-2005。
实施例1:
本实施例公开一种糖树脂保温材料,包括以下质量份的成分:
糖树脂100份、稳泡剂2.5份(AK-8805硅油,南京美思德新材料有限公司产)、催化剂油酸钾1.5份(购自上海德音化学有限公司)、固体阻燃剂三氧化二锑35份、TCEP液体阻燃剂15份(青岛联美化工有限公司产)、固化剂硫酸铵4份、纯净水3份。
本实施例进一步提供该糖树脂保温材料的制备方法:
1)将糖树脂加入到搅拌罐中温度升至60度,再将稳泡剂、催化剂同时加入到搅拌罐中进行搅拌15分钟,
2)再将纯净水、固体阻燃剂和液体阻燃剂加入到搅拌罐中搅拌10分钟,至温度降为23度即成为糖树脂组合料,
3)将糖树脂组合料和固化剂分别用两台计量泵输入到生产线上,发泡、熟化、定型、切割、打包。
对本实施例得到的糖树脂保温材料进行测试,产品密度35公斤/立方米,压缩强度50kPa,导热系数0.038W/m·k,尺寸稳定性为5%,吸水率为11%。
本糖树脂保温材料的密度、导热系数基本符合保温材料的要求,防火性能达到B级难燃;但压缩强度不够大,材料吸水率高,作为设备内饰可以实现较好的保温隔热性能,而且环保无排放污染。
为了进一步提高材料的性能,发明人调整了配方。具有代表性的部分实验内容在以下实施例示出。
实施例2
本实施例公开一种糖树脂保温材料,包括以下质量份的成分:
糖树脂100份、交联剂聚醚403 5份、稳泡剂2.5份(AK-8805硅油)、催化剂油酸钾1.5份(购自上海德音化学有限公司)、固体阻燃剂三氧化二锑20份、TCEP液体阻燃剂15份(购自青岛联美化工有限公司)、固化剂硫酸铵4份、纯净水3份。
制备方法同实施例1,其中交联剂在步骤1)中和糖树脂一同加入。
对本实施例得到的糖树脂保温材料进行测试,产品密度37公斤/立方米,压缩强度70kPa,导热系数0.037W/m·k,尺寸稳定性为5%,吸水率为8%。防火性能为B1级。
实施例3
和实施例2一样的配方,只是不加入纯净水。制备方法和实施例2相同,产品的导热系数为0.027W/m·k。因此判断水是影响导热系数的主要因素。后续试验不再加入水。
实施例4
本实施例公开一种糖树脂保温材料,包括以下质量份的成分:
糖树脂100份、交联剂聚醚403 7份、稳泡剂2.5份(AK-8805硅油)、催化剂油酸钾1.5份(购自上海德音化学有限公司)、TCEP液体阻燃剂15份(购自青岛联美化工有限公司)、发泡剂正庚烷4份、固化剂硫酸铵4份。
制备方法为:
1)将糖树脂、交联剂加入到搅拌罐中温度升至60度,再将稳泡剂、催化剂同时加入到罐中进行搅拌15分钟,
2)将阻燃剂、发泡剂加入到罐中搅拌10分钟,至温度降为23度即成为糖树脂组合料,
3)将糖树脂组合料和固化剂分别用两台计量泵输入到生产线上,发泡、熟化、定型、切割、打包。
对本实施例得到的糖树脂保温材料进行测试,产品密度38公斤/立方米,压缩强度70kPa,导热系数0.027W/m·k,尺寸稳定性为3%,吸水率为4%。防火性能达到B1级难燃。
实施例5
本实施例公开一种糖树脂保温材料,包括以下质量份的成分:
糖树脂:85份,交联剂聚醚403:7份,稳泡剂AK-8805硅油:3份,催化剂油酸钾:1.5份,TCEP液体阻燃剂:15份,扩链剂二甘醇(购自山东享鑫化工有限公司):3份,发泡剂正庚烷:5份,固化剂硫酸铵:13份。
制备方法为:
1)将糖树脂、交联剂、加入到搅拌罐中温度升至60度,再将稳泡剂、催化剂同时加入到罐中进行搅拌15分钟,
2)将阻燃剂、扩链剂、发泡剂加入到罐中搅拌10分钟,至温度降为23度即成为糖树脂组合料,
3)将糖树脂组合料和固化剂分别用两台计量泵输入到生产线上,发泡、熟化、定型、切割、打包。
对本实施例得到的糖树脂保温材料进行测试,产品密度38公斤/立方米,压缩强度80kPa,导热系数0.026W/m·k,尺寸稳定性为3%,吸水率为3%。防火性能达到B1级难燃。
本保温材料产品可广泛用于建筑内墙保温、汽车装饰、冰箱冰柜、冷库保温夹层、船艇装饰、军工产品保湿隔热装饰等,无毒无公害、是环保节能新型产品。
实施例6保温材料的再循环利用
实施例5的产品,回收后粉碎,在搅拌釜中加入乙二醇,其配比是每100公斤乙二醇混合70公斤回收的糖树脂保温材料。
温度升至65至85度搅拌2小时即可。
得到的是液态的树脂组合物(相比于新原料直接生产的糖树脂组合物,浓度比较低),按其25%的重量再加入糖树脂,加固化剂,即可成型为板材。
虽然,上文中已经本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种糖树脂保温材料,其特征在于,所述糖树脂保温材料包括以下质量份的成分:
糖树脂80~100份、交联剂0~8份、稳泡剂2~3份、催化剂1~2份、阻燃剂10~50份、液体阻燃剂10~20份、扩链剂0~3份、发泡剂0~6份、固化剂4~15份、水0~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的糖树脂保温材料,其特征在于,所述糖树脂为葡萄糖为原料合成得到的,所述糖树脂羟值为250~280,分子量1800~2500,酸值≤3.0。
3.根据权利要求1所述的糖树脂保温材料,其特征在于,所述交联剂为分子量为300~400的乙二胺聚醚四醇或聚丙二醇缩水甘油醚,所述稳泡剂为硅油;所述催化剂为油酸钾。
4.根据权利要求1所述的糖树脂保温材料,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂由固体阻燃剂0~35份和液体阻燃剂10~20份组成,所述固体阻燃剂为固体磷酸酯类阻燃剂、十溴二苯乙烷、三氧化二锑、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐、聚磷酸密胺盐的一种或多种,所述液体阻燃剂为磷酸三(2-氯乙基)酯、三氯丙基磷酸酯、有机磷阻燃剂DMMP中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的糖树脂保温材料,其特征在于,所述扩链剂为醇类扩链剂,选自1,4-丁二醇、1,6-己二醇、甘油、三羟甲基丙烷、二甘醇、三甘醇、新戊二醇、山梨醇、二乙氨基乙醇中的一种或两种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的糖树脂保温材料,其特征在于,所述发泡剂为正戊烷、正己烷、正庚烷中的一种;和/或
所述固化剂为硫酸铵。
7.根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的糖树脂保温材料,其特征在于,所述糖树脂保温材料包括以下质量份的成分:
糖树脂85份、交联剂6~8份、稳泡剂2~3份、催化剂1~2份、液体阻燃剂14~16份、扩链剂2~3份、发泡剂4~6份、固化剂12~15份。
8.权利要求1~7任一项所述的糖树脂保温材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将糖树脂80~100份和交联剂0~8份加入到反应容器中温度升至55~65度,再将稳泡剂2~3份、催化剂1~2份同时加入到反应容器中搅拌10~20分钟,
2)将阻燃剂10~50份、液体阻燃剂10~20份、扩链剂0~3份、发泡剂0~6份、水0~3份加入到反应容器中搅拌8~15分钟,至温度降为20~25度即成为糖树脂组合料;
3)将糖树脂组合料和固化剂分别计量输入到生产线上,发泡、熟化、定型。
9.权利要求1~7任一项所述的糖树脂保温材料的回收再利用方法,其特征在于,将糖树脂保温材料回收后粉碎,在搅拌釜中加入乙二醇,温度升至65~85度搅拌1~3小时,得到液体组合物;
所得液体组合物用糖树脂调整浓度后,加入固化剂即可制得糖树脂保温材料。
10.根据权利要求9所述的糖树脂保温材料的回收再利用方法,其特征在于,每100公斤乙二醇加入至60~80公斤回收的糖树脂保温材料;
按所得液体组合物20~30%的重量再加入糖树脂以调整浓度。
