Abstract

本发明提供一种保湿型空调换热器,包括纵向均布的竖向翅片、横向均布的横向翅片,以及换热盘管,所述竖向翅片与横向翅片交错拼合,构成沿气流方向贯通的格间。该空调换热器能够以较低的成本,使空调制冷时形成的冷凝水重新被吹回室内,以抑制室内水汽不断流失。

技术领域
本发明涉及暖通设备领域,特别地,涉及一种空调换热器。
背景技术
换热器是空调的重要组件之一,当换热器在制冷状态下,换热翅片处于低温状态,使经过的气流降温成为冷气流,而在气流降温时,气流中含有的部分水蒸气会冷凝于换热器中形成液态水,并沿着换热翅片向下滑落至接水槽,最终排出室外,由此造成室内水汽成分的不断降低,导致室内内环境趋于干燥,给人体健康带来一定影响。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种保湿型空调换热器,该空调换热器能够以较低的成本,使空调制冷时形成的冷凝水重新被吹回室内,以抑制室内水汽不断流失。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该保湿型空调换热器包括纵向均布的竖向翅片、横向均布的横向翅片,以及换热盘管,所述竖向翅片与横向翅片交错拼合,构成沿气流方向贯通的格间。
作为优选,所述格间内设有前后延伸的隔板,以将所述格间内的空间分隔为上气流通道与下气流通道;并且,所述上气流通道的前半段流通面积大于后半段的流通面积,而所述下气流通道的前半段流通面积小于后半段的流通面积;并且所述上气流通道、下气流通道的后半段所对应的所述隔板部分呈水平状,记作后半隔板,所述后半隔板表面开设有通气孔;进一步地,所述通气孔从前至后倾斜向上。由此,从上气流通道流入的空气,将在上气流通道的后半段被加速,而流入下气流通道的空气将在下气流通道的后半段被减速,从而使上气流通道的后半段中的气压低于下气流通道的后半段内的气压,使下气流通道的后半段内形成指向上气流通道的攀升气流,从而对所述格间内的冷凝水提供一个竖向力,使冷凝水体更易于脱离翅片表面而被吹入室内。更进一步,所述隔板的前半段和后半段之间由一段倾斜的波浪板构成,且隔板的后半段不与所述竖向翅片固定,以使气流吹过格间时,连续推动所述波浪板,使隔板的后半段连续抖动,易于将隔板后半段上的水体甩脱并吹入室内。
本发明的有益效果在于:该保湿型空调换热器在制冷状态下时,在竖向翅片和横向翅片表面形成的冷凝水被约束在格间中,只能随着气流被重新吹回室内,由此阻止室内水汽大量流失,防止室内长时间使用空调后过于干燥。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明:
实施例一:
如图1、图2所示的实施例一,该保湿型空调换热器包括纵向均布的竖向翅片1、横向均布的横向翅片2,以及换热盘管3,所述竖向翅片1与横向翅片2交错拼合,构成沿气流方向贯通的格间4。
另外,所述格间4内设有前后延伸的隔板5,以将所述格间4内的空间分隔为上气流通道41与下气流通道42;并且,所述上气流通道41的前半段流通面积大于后半段的流通面积,而所述下气流通道42的前半段流通面积小于后半段的流通面积;并且所述上气流通道41、下气流通道42的后半段所对应的所述隔板5部分呈水平状,记作后半隔板51,所述后半隔板51表面开设有通气孔52;进一步地,所述通气孔52从前至后倾斜向上。由此,从上气流通道41流入的空气,将在上气流通道41的后半段被加速,而流入下气流通道42的空气将在下气流通道42的后半段被减速,从而使上气流通道41的后半段中的气压低于下气流通道42的后半段内的气压,使下气流通道42的后半段内形成指向上气流通道41的攀升气流,从而对所述格间4内的冷凝水提供一个竖向力,使冷凝水体更易于脱离翅片表面而被吹入室内。
上述保湿型空调换热器在制冷状态下时,在竖向翅片1和横向翅片2表面形成的冷凝水被约束在格间4中,只能随着气流被重新吹回室内,由此阻止室内水汽大量流失,防止室内长时间使用空调后过于干燥。
实施例二:
如图3所示的实施例二,其与实施例一的区别在于,所述隔板5的前半段和后半段之间由一段倾斜的波浪板53构成,且隔板5的后半段不与所述竖向翅片1固定,以使气流吹过格间4时,连续推动所述波浪板53,使隔板5的后半段连续抖动,从而易于将隔板5后半段上的水体甩脱并吹入室内。

1.一种保湿型空调换热器,其特征在于:该换热器包括纵向均布的竖向翅片(1)、横向均布的横向翅片(2),以及换热盘管(3),所述竖向翅片(1)与横向翅片(2)交错拼合,构成沿气流方向贯通的格间(4);所述格间(4)内设有前后延伸的隔板(5),以将所述格间(4)内的空间分隔为上气流通道(41)与下气流通道(42);并且,所述上气流通道(41)的前半段流通面积大于后半段的流通面积,而所述下气流通道(42)的前半段流通面积小于后半段的流通面积;并且所述上气流通道(41)、下气流通道(42)的后半段所对应的所述隔板(5)部分呈水平状,记作后半隔板(51),所述后半隔板(51)表面开设有通气孔(52);所述通气孔(52)从前至后倾斜向上;所述隔板(5)的前半段和后半段之间由一段倾斜的波浪板(53)构成,且隔板(5)的后半段不与所述竖向翅片(1)固定。
