The embodiment provides a control method of an ultrasonic cleaning device, wherein a control unit of the ultrasonic cleaning device is in communication connection with a main control device of a washing machine, the control unit transmits ultrasonic cleaning information of clothes to the main control device, the main control device controls the ultrasonic cleaning device to act and/or obtains a corresponding washing program of the washing machine according to the ultrasonic cleaning information, and/or the control unit is in communication connection with an intelligent terminal, the intelligent terminal controls the ultrasonic cleaning device to act, and the control unit transmits the ultrasonic cleaning information to the intelligent terminal.
The control unit inside the ultrasonic cleaning device can support the adjustment of various washing modes and parameters (exceeding the content selectable or adjustable by the control interface itself), and can store the processing procedure and/or the result of the machine. The control unit of the ultrasonic cleaning device in the embodiment is in communication with the intelligent terminal and/or the main control device of the washing machine, cleaning information of the ultrasonic cleaning device can be transmitted to the intelligent terminal and/or the main control device of the washing machine, and a user can control the ultrasonic cleaning device to work through the intelligent terminal and/or the main control device of the washing machine. Therefore, the user can start or stop the ultrasonic cleaning device at any time and any place, can set or adjust the washing parameters/programs of the ultrasonic cleaning device at any time and any place, and can set or adjust the washing parameters/programs of the ultrasonic cleaning device on the washing machine so as to control the ultrasonic cleaning device. Thus, richer functions can be realized, better experience is brought to the user, and better real-time interaction is realized.
In addition, the main control device of the washing machine can communicate with the ultrasonic cleaning device, and the main control device of the washing machine can adjust parameters or programs for overall washing according to the washing information of the ultrasonic cleaning device for local washing, so that the washing function can be more effectively completed, and the washing effect is improved.
The intelligent terminal can be a mobile phone, a notebook computer, a tablet computer and the like. The user can select washing parameters and programs at the intelligent terminal, and after confirmation, the intelligent terminal sends an operation instruction to the ultrasonic cleaning device for execution. And the ultrasonic cleaning device is linked with the washing machine, and the washing machine adjusts and obtains a corresponding cleaning program of the clothes on the washing machine according to the received ultrasonic cleaning information of the local cleaning. The washing program can be stored or displayed for a user to fetch or select, and can also be automatically executed after the time is set, so that the time for placing clothes in the washing machine is reserved for the user, the intellectualization is realized, the time of the user is saved, and the intellectualization level is enhanced.
Preferably, the corresponding washing program on the washing machine comprises: a washing process and/or a rinsing process and/or a dehydrating process and/or a drying process.
According to a further scheme, the main control device of the intelligent terminal and/or the washing machine is provided with ultrasonic cleaning parameters/programs suitable for the ultrasonic cleaning device, and after the user selects, the main control device of the intelligent terminal and/or the washing machine transmits the ultrasonic cleaning parameters/programs to the control unit according to operation instructions of the user to control the ultrasonic cleaning device to execute the corresponding ultrasonic cleaning parameters/programs.

According to different clothes information and/or clothes stain information, the intelligent terminal and/or the washing machine can give proper clothes treatment suggestions, so that various washing procedures can be performed, and the intelligent terminal and/or the washing machine are more suitable for different clothes and stains, thereby achieving more ideal treatment effects.
The intelligent terminal and/or the washing machine can be directly provided with an identification device or an identification module, and clothes information and/or clothes stain information of the to-be-washed objects can be automatically identified in a scanning mode or the like; or the user can input the clothes information and/or clothes stain information obtained according to the clothes label or the self judgment to the intelligent terminal and/or the washing machine. In any way, the intelligent terminal and/or the washing machine can obtain clothes information and/or clothes stain information, so that corresponding and proper ultrasonic cleaning parameters/programs and/or clothes treating agent information are obtained through preset logic analysis according to the clothes information, and the next step of manually or automatically starting to execute cleaning work is facilitated.
Preferably, the clothes information comprises clothes type and/or clothes material, and the clothes stain information comprises pollutant type and/or stain area and/or stain duration.
The clothing material comprises wool, cotton, terylene, silk and other materials. The clothes type includes underwear, T-shirt, wind coat, down coat, etc. The pollutant includes rust, oil stain, lacquer stain, blood stain, milk stain, etc.
Further, the ultrasonic cleaning parameters include: ultrasonic vibration intensity and/or ultrasonic vibration frequency and/or vibration time and/or ultrasonic washing time and/or washing temperature adopted in ultrasonic washing;
the laundry treatment agent information includes: the type of laundry treatment agent and/or the additive amount of the laundry treatment agent.
Ultrasonic cleaning parameters/procedures include parameters of the wash, such as the frequency, amplitude, power of the ultrasonic vibrations, the time or interval of the ultrasonic vibrations, the temperature of the wash liquid, etc., as well as procedures formed by combinations of these parameters. The information of the clothes treating agent comprises the type of the treating agent, metering, throwing time and the like.
Different ultrasonic vibration intensities can be obtained by adjusting the amplitude and/or power of the ultrasonic vibration. The scheme can realize different cleaning intensities by adjusting the power and/or the amplitude of the ultrasonic generator; the washing procedure can be better adapted to different stains (e.g., stain particle size), and/or laundry materials by adjusting the frequency of the ultrasonic waves.
In the scheme, the ultrasonic vibration can adopt a continuous vibration mode or a vibration mode with a certain interval time. Specifically, the ultrasonic vibration may be continued for 5min or 1min at intervals of 10s, and then a plurality of cycles are performed. The ultrasonic washing time is the total time for ultrasonic washing. The cleaning temperature is the temperature of the cleaning liquid, and can be normal-temperature tap water for cleaning or a heating mode for improving the cleaning effect.

The main control device of the intelligent terminal and/or the washing machine recommends a clothes treatment mode, and the scheme for users to select specifically comprises the following two modes:
in the scheme 1, when a main control device of an intelligent terminal and/or a washing machine recommends ultrasonic cleaning parameters, displaying each recommended parameter or automatically combining the parameters to generate a corresponding washing program; the user manually selects recommended parameters or directly selects a washing program on the intelligent terminal and/or the washing machine; and then the intelligent terminal and/or the main control device of the washing machine control the ultrasonic cleaning device to act according to the instruction of the user.
For various parameters in the ultrasonic cleaning process, such as amplitude and/or power of ultrasonic vibration, ultrasonic vibration frequency, vibration time, ultrasonic cleaning time, cleaning temperature; the intelligent terminal and/or the main control device of the washing machine respectively recommend the intelligent terminal and/or the main control device of the washing machine, and a user can respectively set the parameters according to the recommended parameters to form a washing program. Or, the intelligent terminal and/or the main control device of the washing machine does not directly recommend parameters after analyzing and obtaining the parameters according to the clothes information and/or the clothes stain information, but further analyzes and combines the parameters to form at least one better washing program, and then recommends the washing program for a user to select. In this way, the user does not need to select parameters one by one, and directly selects a proper washing program, so that the steps are simplified and the time is saved.
Preferably, the user selects recommended parameters by pressing a button and/or touching or directly selects the washing program.
For a key-operated intelligent terminal and/or a main control device of the washing machine, a user can select recommended parameters or directly select a washing program through keys; for the intelligent terminal with a touch screen and/or a main control device of the washing machine, a user can select recommended parameters or directly select a washing program in a touch manner.
The scheme 2 is that after the main control device of the intelligent terminal and/or the washing machine obtains corresponding ultrasonic cleaning parameters/programs and/or clothes treating agent information according to the information, the corresponding ultrasonic cleaning parameters/programs and/or clothes treating agent information is automatically selected, and then a user is prompted to confirm;
preferably, after the user confirms, the intelligent terminal and/or the main control device of the washing machine control the ultrasonic cleaning device to execute corresponding actions.
In the scheme, the intelligent terminal and/or the main control device of the washing machine analyze and acquire proper washing parameters and/or washing programs, automatically select the washing parameters and/or washing programs, prompt a user to confirm, and the user only needs to press keys or touch to confirm. And after receiving the confirmation instruction of the user, the intelligent terminal and/or the main control device of the washing machine controls the ultrasonic cleaning device to execute corresponding parameters or washing programs. Therefore, the user does not need to select, only needs to confirm to start executing the program, saves the time of the user, and can achieve ideal washing and nursing effects for different clothes and different stains.
According to a further scheme, an identification device is arranged on the ultrasonic cleaning device, and clothes information and/or clothes stain information acquired by the identification device are transmitted to the control unit and are transmitted to the intelligent terminal and/or a main control device of the washing machine for storage for standby. Thus, the identified information can be immediately called for use, or can be stored for standby. Even if cleaning is performed without using an ultrasonic cleaning device, the information of the identification can be used when it is needed.
Preferably, the main control device of the washing machine analyzes and obtains the corresponding washing program according to the stored clothes information and/or clothes stain information. The clothes information and/or the clothes stain information identified by the identification device arranged on the ultrasonic cleaning device can be transmitted to the washing machine, the washing machine can obtain the corresponding washing program of the clothes on the washing machine, and the clothes can be directly cleaned on the washing machine without local cleaning.
According to a further scheme, the ultrasonic cleaning device is placed in close range with the matched washing machine and is communicated through a close range wireless transmission technology, and preferably, the ultrasonic cleaning device is communicated with the matched washing machine in a Bluetooth mode, an infrared mode and the like.
The ultrasonic cleaning device and the matched washing machine are in close-range interconnection (available under the condition of no network) in a wireless mode, and can be communicated and controlled. The control unit of the ultrasonic cleaning device transmits ultrasonic cleaning information to the washing machine, so that the washing machine can select a more appropriate washing program according to the information. The function can be realized by means of Bluetooth, infrared and the like in a more reliable and lower cost mode, and is applicable in partial cases without depending on a router and an external network.

The ultrasonic cleaning device is also provided with an information acquisition device for acquiring clothes information and/or clothes dirt information, and the information acquisition device can identify the clothes information and the clothes dirt information in a scanning mode and the like and transmit the clothes information and the clothes dirt information to a control device of the ultrasonic cleaning device.
The ultrasonic cleaning device of the present embodiment adopts the control method of one or more combination schemes in the second embodiment.

The control method of the ultrasonic cleaning device is characterized in that the ultrasonic cleaning device comprises an ultrasonic generating device capable of generating ultrasonic waves and a cleaning tank for containing cleaning liquid, the ultrasonic generating device is positioned above the cleaning tank, and the ultrasonic vibration end of the ultrasonic generating device faces the cleaning tank; the ultrasonic generating device stretches into the cleaning tank, and the height of the ultrasonic vibration end is lower than the height of the side wall of the cleaning tank; the clothes to be washed are placed between the ultrasonic generating device and the cleaning tank and are soaked by the cleaning liquid, and meanwhile, the upper surface of the clothes to be washed is contacted with the ultrasonic vibration end of the ultrasonic generating device;
the ultrasonic generating device moves relative to the cleaning tank, and the ultrasonic vibration end horizontally slides along the length direction of the cleaning tank;
the control unit of the ultrasonic cleaning device is in communication connection with the main control device of the washing machine, the control unit transmits ultrasonic cleaning information of clothes to the main control device, the main control device controls the ultrasonic cleaning device to act and/or obtains a corresponding washing program of the washing machine according to the ultrasonic cleaning information, and/or the control unit is in communication connection with the intelligent terminal, the intelligent terminal controls the ultrasonic cleaning device to act, and the control unit transmits the ultrasonic cleaning information to the intelligent terminal.

The control method of an ultrasonic cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the main control device of the washing machine obtains a corresponding cleaning program of the laundry on the washing machine according to the received ultrasonic cleaning information; the main control device stores and/or recommends displaying the corresponding cleaning program, or automatically executes the corresponding cleaning program after a set time.
3. The method of controlling an ultrasonic cleaning apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the corresponding cleaning program on the washing machine comprises: a washing process and/or a rinsing process and/or a dehydrating process and/or a drying process.

The control method of an ultrasonic cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the main control device of the intelligent terminal and/or the washing machine is provided with ultrasonic cleaning parameters/programs suitable for the ultrasonic cleaning device, and after the user selects, the main control device of the intelligent terminal and/or the washing machine transmits the ultrasonic cleaning parameters/programs to the control unit according to the operation instruction of the user, so as to control the ultrasonic cleaning device to execute the corresponding ultrasonic cleaning parameters/programs.

The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the intelligent terminal and/or the washing machine recognize laundry information and/or laundry stain information of the laundry, or receive the laundry information and/or the laundry stain information input by the user, and obtain corresponding ultrasonic cleaning parameters/procedures and/or laundry treatment agent information according to the information.

The control method of an ultrasonic cleaning device according to claim 7, wherein when the intelligent terminal and/or the main control device of the washing machine recommend parameters of ultrasonic cleaning, each recommended parameter is displayed, or the parameters are automatically combined to generate a corresponding washing program; the user manually selects recommended parameters or directly selects a washing program on the intelligent terminal and/or the washing machine; and then the intelligent terminal and/or the main control device of the washing machine control the ultrasonic cleaning device to act according to the instruction of the user.

The control method of an ultrasonic cleaning apparatus according to claim 7, wherein after the main control device of the intelligent terminal and/or the washing machine obtains the corresponding ultrasonic cleaning parameters/programs and/or the laundry treating agent information according to the information, the corresponding ultrasonic cleaning parameters/programs and/or the laundry treating agent information is automatically selected, and then the user is prompted to confirm.
10. The control method of an ultrasonic cleaning apparatus according to claim 9, wherein after the user confirms, the intelligent terminal and/or the main control device of the washing machine control the ultrasonic cleaning apparatus to perform the corresponding action.
