The water inlet stage is a water storage device, namely, the process that water in a water storage box enters a cleaning tank, the ultrasonic cleaning stage is a process that an ultrasonic generating device generates ultrasonic vibration to clean the laundry, and the process lasts for a certain time. The drainage stage is the process of draining the washing liquid in the washing tank into the waste water box, so that the whole washing process is completed.
For the ultrasonic cleaning device capable of automatically feeding water, whether the water storage device has insufficient water quantity can be judged by only detecting the liquid level; for the ultrasonic cleaning device with water inflow control, various conditions can be judged by detecting the liquid amount or detecting the liquid level and the liquid amount simultaneously.
In the stage of intaking, ultrasonic cleaning device real-time supervision washing tank liquid level's height and get into the liquid measure in the washing tank to cooperate the detection time to judge whether the liquid level in the washing tank satisfies the liquid level that the clothing was soaked, if do not satisfy then send suggestion or report to the police, thereby can guarantee abluent going on smoothly, reduce clothing and ultrasonic cleaning device wearing and tearing, improve the cleaning performance.
In a further scheme, in the water inlet stage of the ultrasonic cleaning device, if the liquid level and/or the liquid amount in the cleaning tank reach the set value in the set time, the ultrasonic cleaning stage is started, vibration cleaning is started, and if the liquid level and/or the liquid amount in the cleaning tank does not reach the set value, a user is prompted that the water amount in the water storage device is insufficient.
The ultrasonic cleaning device is started to start the cleaning process, and firstly, water in the water storage box enters the cleaning tank, namely, the water inlet stage. At this stage, the level of the liquid in the washing tank is monitored by timing and in real time and/or the amount of liquid entering the tank is detected to ensure that sufficient water/washing liquid has entered the tank to infiltrate the laundry. Through the set time, the liquid level and/or the liquid amount in the time period reaches the set value, if the set time is not exceeded and the set value is not reached, the lack of a water inlet source is indicated, the water storage device is indicated to have insufficient water amount, or an alarm is sent to remind a user that water is needed to be replenished. If the ultrasonic cleaning is achieved, the ultrasonic cleaning stage is directly carried out for cleaning.
Further, the liquid level and/or the liquid amount in the cleaning tank is detected in real time in the water inlet stage, if the liquid level and/or the liquid amount does not reach a set value, whether the set time is reached or not is judged, if the set time is not reached, water inlet is continued, and if the set time is reached or exceeded, a user is prompted that the water amount in the water storage device is insufficient.
In the water inlet stage, timing and detection of water level and/or liquid amount matching judgment are needed, if the water level is increased in a continuous water inlet mode within a set time, if the water level and/or liquid amount does not reach the set value of the liquid level and/or liquid amount yet beyond the set time, prompting or alarming is carried out. The set time can be specifically set according to the volume of the cleaning tank, the water inlet speed and the like, and the liquid level in the cleaning tank can reach the set value in the time when the water amount in the water supply box is sufficient. Therefore, the liquid level in the cleaning tank can be guaranteed to fully infiltrate clothes, false alarm can be avoided, and trouble is avoided for users.
Further, the water storage device of the ultrasonic cleaning device is communicated with the cleaning tank through a water inlet pipeline, a flow detection device is arranged on the water inlet pipeline, the flow detection device detects the liquid amount entering the cleaning tank, and if the detected liquid amount is still lower than a set value after reaching or exceeding a set time, a prompt or an alarm is given to prompt a user that the water amount in the water storage device is insufficient.
The water inlet pipeline can be further provided with a control valve for controlling the opening and closing of the water inlet pipeline, so that the water inlet of the cleaning tank is controlled. The flow detection means may be a flow meter which meters the amount of water/wash liquid entering the wash tank from the water storage means. If the detected quantity of the liquid entering the cleaning tank is smaller than the set value within a certain time, the water inlet source is small, and the water quantity in the water storage device is insufficient, a prompt or an alarm is sent, a user is reminded of timely adding water, and the liquid level in the cleaning tank can be guaranteed to fully infiltrate clothes.
In a further scheme, in the water inlet stage, when the set time is reached or exceeded, the liquid quantity entering the cleaning tank and the liquid level in the cleaning tank, which are detected in real time, are respectively lower than the set value, and a user is prompted that the water quantity in the water storage device is insufficient.
In order to ensure the accuracy of judgment and avoid false alarm, in the scheme, in the water inlet stage, when the detected liquid amount and liquid level are lower than the set values, the water storage device is judged to be insufficient in water amount, and then a user is prompted.
Further, when the liquid level in the cleaning tank is lower than the set value when the liquid level in the cleaning tank reaches or exceeds the set value in the set time, judging that the cleaning tank leaks water, and simultaneously prompting or alarming;
or when the liquid amount entering the cleaning tank is detected to reach a set value in a set time, obtaining a theoretical liquid level in the cleaning tank according to the liquid amount entering the cleaning tank and the shape and volume analysis of the cleaning tank; if the actual liquid level of the cleaning tank monitored in real time is lower than the theoretical liquid level, judging that the cleaning tank leaks water, and simultaneously prompting or alarming.
The cleaning tank, the water storage device and the like of the ultrasonic cleaning device can be detachable. When the user installs the water tank, the water tank is possibly not installed in place, and water leakage and the like occur. In order to avoid water leakage caused by misoperation, the ultrasonic cleaning device of the scheme judges that the cleaning tank leaks water when the detected liquid amount entering the cleaning tank reaches a set value but the actual liquid level in the cleaning tank does not reach the set value, and reminds a user to check, so that the phenomenon that clothes cannot be soaked due to the fact that the liquid level in the cleaning tank cannot reach a preset value can be avoided, the influence of water leakage on the surrounding environment can be avoided, the cleaning effect is guaranteed, and the user experience can be improved.
Further, the control method further includes: after the liquid level in the water inlet stage reaches a set value, entering an ultrasonic cleaning stage, and monitoring the liquid level in the cleaning tank in real time in the ultrasonic cleaning stage; when the liquid level is lower than the set value in a period of time, the user is prompted that the water quantity in the water storage device is insufficient.
In this scheme, at ultrasonic cleaning stage, after clothing infiltration part liquid, ultrasonic cleaning stage real-time supervision washing tank liquid level ensures the cleaning process in, and the liquid level in the washing tank remains at the liquid level of predetermineeing all the time to guarantee the cleaning performance of clothing, avoid the liquid level to reduce the back, ultrasonic cleaning causes wearing and tearing to the clothing. When the liquid level is lower than the set value in a period of time, the fact that the liquid level is not supplemented due to insufficient water in the water storage device is judged, and then a prompt is sent to a user to timely supplement the water in the water storage box.
In a further specific scheme, in the ultrasonic cleaning stage, when the liquid level monitored in real time is lower than a set value, the liquid level is controlled to reach the set value by controlling water inflow; if the liquid level in the cleaning tank is detected to be lower than the set value in a period of time, prompting a user that the water quantity in the water storage device is insufficient.
When the liquid level monitored in real time is lower than a set value, the control device of the ultrasonic cleaning device firstly controls the control valve on the water inlet pipeline to be opened, the water inlet pipeline is used for feeding water into the cleaning tank, and the water inlet is stopped when the liquid level reaches a preset value. The water inlet is controlled to be opened and closed for a plurality of times, so that the liquid level in the cleaning tank is maintained at a set value in the ultrasonic cleaning stage. The ultrasonic cleaning device with automatic water inlet does not need to be controlled. When the liquid level in the cleaning tank is detected to be lower than the set value in a period of time, the user is prompted that the water quantity in the water storage device is insufficient.
The "preset value", "set time", "period of time" and the like described in this embodiment may be preset in the control device according to the model, size, washing program and the like of the ultrasonic cleaning device, or may be set by the user.
Further, in order to detect the drainage condition, the drainage abnormality is found in time, when the ultrasonic cleaning device drains water, the liquid level in the cleaning tank is monitored in real time, and if the liquid level in the cleaning tank is higher than a set value within a certain period of time after the water drainage, the drainage abnormality is judged, and meanwhile a prompt or an alarm is sent.
In the drainage process, the ultrasonic cleaning device detects the liquid level in the cleaning tank, if the liquid level does not drop or drops less after draining for a certain time, the problem of unsmooth drainage exists, the abnormal drainage is judged, the user is reminded to check, and the smooth cleaning is ensured.
Preferably, in a certain time after draining, if the liquid level in the cleaning tank is lower than a set value, stopping draining;
in the preferred scheme, when the liquid level in the cleaning tank is detected to be empty, the water discharge is stopped, so that the water in the cleaning tank is ensured to be discharged cleanly, and the ultrasonic cleaning device is kept clean and dry when empty.
In order to wash the cleaning tank, when the liquid level in the cleaning tank is lower than a set value, the water draining is stopped, then water is fed for a certain time, and after water feeding is stopped, the water draining is performed until the cleaning tank is emptied.
In addition, the embodiment also provides an ultrasonic cleaning device, which comprises an ultrasonic generating device, a cleaning tank and a water storage device for providing water for the cleaning tank, wherein in the water inlet stage, the liquid level and/or the liquid quantity in the cleaning tank are detected, and if the detected liquid level and/or liquid quantity is lower than a set value, a prompt or an alarm is given.
In a specific scheme, because the volume of the cleaning tank of the ultrasonic cleaning device is smaller, the liquid level of the cleaning liquid required in the cleaning tank is lower, and in order to accurately detect the liquid level in the cleaning tank, a detection device can be arranged in the cleaning tank and used for detecting the liquid level in the tank or the water quantity in the tank.
The liquid level detection device can be arranged on the cleaning tank in the following ways:
scheme 1, adopt the traditional pressure type water level sensor, set up the sensor directly in the bottom of the cleaning tank, thus detect the liquid level or liquid amount in the cleaning tank;
scheme 2, set up the air chamber communicated with cleaning tank, connect to the sensor through the air pressure conduit; because the height of the cleaning tank of the ultrasonic cleaning device is smaller, the range of the height of the water level to be detected is smaller, and an electrode type sensor can be used for detecting the conductivity between two (or more) electrodes, so that different liquid level heights are correspondingly obtained;
In the scheme 3, a detection part area is arranged on the cleaning tank, a corresponding capacitor plate is arranged outside the cleaning tank shell in the area, different capacitance values are formed by water or air between the plates, different capacitance values are corresponding to different water level heights, and the liquid level height in the tank is corresponding to the capacitance values through calculation or measurement.
The ultrasonic cleaning device is provided with a plurality of washing programs or modes, and different programs or modes respectively correspond to different water level heights or water amounts. The user can select different water level heights or water volumes according to the size, thickness and water absorption rate of the articles to be washed.
Because the water storage box of the cleaning device has smaller capacity, the user is often required to add the washing liquid, and normal use is affected if the washing liquid is not added in time. The ultrasonic cleaning device adopts the control method of one or the combination of a plurality of schemes to send out prompt alarms, thereby ensuring the normal cleaning.
Example III
As shown in fig. 3, the present embodiment provides a control method of an ultrasonic cleaning apparatus, the control method including: the ultrasonic cleaning device detects whether the drainage condition is met before drainage, drainage is carried out if the drainage condition is met, and prompting or alarming is carried out if the drainage condition is not met.
The ultrasonic cleaning device of this embodiment does not rely on single time sequence, but has realized automated control through detection and control, and ultrasonic cleaning device detects drainage condition before the drainage earlier, just drains after satisfying, can avoid leaking the phenomenon when the drainage that causes because of improper operation etc to guarantee going on smoothly of cleaning process, avoid damaging surrounding environment, promote user experience.
The cleaning process of the ultrasonic cleaning device at least comprises a water inlet stage, an ultrasonic cleaning stage and a water draining stage. The water inlet stage is a water storage device, namely, the process that water in a water storage box enters a cleaning tank, the ultrasonic cleaning stage is a process that an ultrasonic generating device generates ultrasonic vibration to clean the laundry, and the process lasts for a certain time. The drainage stage is the process of draining the washing liquid in the washing tank into the waste water box, so that the whole washing process is completed.
The lower part of the cleaning tank of the ultrasonic cleaning device of the embodiment is provided with a waste water box for receiving waste water discharged from the cleaning tank. In order to facilitate drainage, the waste water box is detachably installed. Thus, there may be a problem in the disassembly and assembly process, affecting drainage. According to the scheme, the drainage condition is detected before drainage, drainage is performed after the condition is met, and the phenomenon of water leakage during drainage caused by improper operation and the like can be avoided.
Further, the ultrasonic cleaning device detecting whether the drainage condition is satisfied includes: detecting whether a waste water cassette for collecting waste water is installed in place and/or detecting whether the available volume in the waste water cassette is sufficient.
In order to ensure that the ultrasonic cleaning device is convenient to move and install, and is convenient for a user to operate, a waste water box for collecting waste water in the cleaning tank is arranged below the cleaning tank and is in a detachable mode, such as a drawing type, so that the user can conveniently take out and pour the waste water. Therefore, when the user is reloaded into the waste water tank, the phenomena of unavailability, inclination and the like can occur, and water leakage is caused during water drainage. Or the user forgets to pour the waste water in the waste water box, and when the waste water is discharged, the waste water is excessively overflowed, so that the device leaks water when the waste water is discharged.
In order to avoid the phenomenon, the ultrasonic cleaning device detects whether the wastewater box is installed in place before draining, and whether the available volume in the wastewater box is sufficient or not, so that the phenomena of water leakage, water overflow and the like are avoided, the smooth proceeding of the cleaning process is ensured, the surrounding environment is prevented from being damaged, and the user experience is improved.
Further, after ultrasonic cleaning is finished, the ultrasonic cleaning device detects whether the wastewater box is installed in place or not before draining, and if so, the ultrasonic cleaning device detects whether the available volume in the wastewater box is sufficient or not; if the waste water box is not installed in place, the user is prompted that the waste water box is not installed in place.
Before the drainage, detect whether the waste water box is installed in place earlier, can avoid the user to fall the back with waste water, forget to adorn the waste water box back, do not have the waste water box to connect waste water and the condition in the direct flow direction environment when causing the drainage, can in time send suggestion or alarm, remind the user to install the waste water box in place.
The manner of detecting whether the cartridge is in place may include, but is not limited to, the following:
the method comprises the following steps that 1, a position detection device is arranged on a wastewater box and/or a cleaning tank, when the wastewater box is installed in place, the position detection device is triggered, and sends an installation in-place signal to a control device of an ultrasonic cleaning device, and the control device further detects whether the volume in the wastewater box is sufficient or not; when the waste water box is not installed in place, the position detection device sends a signal to the control device, and the control device sends a prompt or an alarm to prompt a user that the waste water box is not installed in place.
Specifically, the position detection device comprises a detection end and a detected end, the detection end is arranged on the waste water box, the detected end is arranged in a cavity for installing the waste water box on the body of the ultrasonic cleaning device, and the waste water box is installed in place when the detection end and the detected end are close to each other and are located within a certain distance; when the ultrasonic cleaning device and the ultrasonic cleaning device are separated and located outside a certain distance, a signal is transmitted to a control unit of the ultrasonic cleaning device, and a prompt or an alarm is sent to remind a user that the ultrasonic cleaning device and the ultrasonic cleaning device are not installed in place.
In this scheme, the setting mode of position detection device can be:
(1) The top of the waste water box is provided with the protrusion, when the waste water box is installed in place, the protrusion is opposite to the switch arranged at the bottom of the cleaning tank on the upper part, and the switch is jacked up to be in a trigger state, so that the control device can judge that the waste water box is in the installed in place state based on the trigger signal. The projection is provided with a guiding slope in the direction of pushing in, so that the projection and the switch do not interfere during the process of pulling out and pushing in.
(2) The top of the waste water box is provided with a magnet, when the waste water box is installed in place, the magnet is opposite to the magnetic detection device (Hall sensor or reed switch) arranged at the bottom of the water tank and can trigger the detection device, so that the control device can judge that the waste water box is in the installed in place state based on the trigger signal.
Further scheme, ultrasonic cleaning device be provided with the drainage button, drainage button and waste water box cooperation setting, when waste water box installation is not in place, the user can't press the drainage button, ultrasonic cleaning device sends the suggestion simultaneously, reminds the user waste water box installation not in place.
This scheme is interlocked with the installation of washing tank with the drainage button, only can carry out the drainage when the waste water box is installed in place, otherwise can't carry out the drainage, suggestion user simultaneously.
Further, the ultrasonic cleaning device detects the liquid level in the waste water box, if the liquid level is not higher than a preset value, the volume is judged to be sufficient, water is discharged, and if the liquid level is higher than the preset value, a user is prompted to clean the waste water in the waste water box.
The waste water box can be provided with a device for detecting the liquid level, such as a liquid level sensor, and before draining, the liquid level in the waste water box is detected, and one of the drainage conditions is met if the liquid level is not higher than a preset value so as to ensure that enough space is reserved for containing waste water.
Further, the ultrasonic cleaning device detects the liquid level in the waste water box, obtains the residual volume of the waste water box, compares the residual volume with the liquid amount in the cleaning tank, judges that the volume is sufficient if the residual volume of the waste water box is larger than the liquid amount in the cleaning tank, discharges water, and prompts a user to clean the waste water in the waste water box if the residual volume of the waste water box is smaller than the liquid amount in the cleaning tank.
Through detecting the liquid level in the waste water box, with the water yield contrast in the washing tank, judge whether remaining available volume is sufficient in the waste water box to can guarantee that waste water can all get into in the waste water box and not overflow, avoid influencing the surrounding environment.
Further, an insufficient volume alarm device is arranged in the waste water box, and is triggered when the liquid level in the waste water box reaches or exceeds a set value and transmits a signal to a control device, and the control device gives an alarm or prompts to prompt a user to clear waste water in the waste water box.
The specific scheme is that a floater is arranged in the waste water box, the height of the floater rises when the liquid level rises, under the condition of being installed in place, when the internal volume of the waste water box is insufficient, the floater rises and triggers a detection device arranged at the bottom of the cleaning tank, and the detection device feeds back a signal of 'the insufficient volume of the waste water box' to the control device. When the volume of the waste water box is detected to be insufficient, the control device reminds a user of cleaning waste water.
When the waste water box is installed in place and the available volume in the waste water box is sufficient, and both conditions are met, the instruction of pressing the drainage key by the user is effective, and the cleaning tank drains to the waste water box. When the ultrasonic cleaning device drains water, the liquid level in the cleaning tank is monitored in real time, and when the liquid level in the cleaning tank is lower than a set value, the water drainage is stopped.
In the preferred scheme, when the liquid level in the cleaning tank is detected to be empty, the water discharge is stopped, so that the water in the cleaning tank is ensured to be discharged cleanly, and the ultrasonic cleaning device is kept clean and dry when empty.
Alternatively, a drain time T sufficient to drain the water in the cleaning tank may be set, the drain time is started, and the drain is stopped after the time period T elapses.
During the draining process, the user is not allowed to draw out the waste water box, otherwise, the draining is interrupted; and after the drainage is finished, a prompt tone is sent out to remind a user of the end of drainage.
Preferably, the ultrasonic cleaning device is provided with a locking structure, and when the wastewater box is detected to be installed in place, the locking structure is controlled to be locked, and after the water discharge is finished, the locking structure is controlled to be unlocked.
In order to wash the cleaning tank, when the liquid level in the cleaning tank is lower than a set value, the water draining is stopped, then water is fed for a certain time, and after water feeding is stopped, the water draining is performed until the cleaning tank is emptied.
In addition, this embodiment also provides an ultrasonic cleaning device, including washing tank and the waste water box that is arranged in collecting the waste water in the washing tank, ultrasonic cleaning device detects before the drainage whether satisfies drainage condition earlier, if satisfy then drain, if not satisfy then carry out suggestion or report to the police.
The ultrasonic cleaning device has a control method of one or a combination of several schemes.
Example IV
The present embodiment provides a control method of an ultrasonic cleaning apparatus including a control apparatus and an information acquisition apparatus, the control method including: the control device obtains a corresponding clothes treatment mode according to the clothes information and/or the clothes stain information obtained by the information obtaining device.
Because the information of the laundry that the user needs to wash and the laundry stains are different, a good effect is often not achieved by adopting a fixed or same washing program. The ultrasonic cleaning device cannot play the maximum role because the stubborn stains are more likely to be unable to be cleaned. In this embodiment, the ultrasonic cleaning device can obtain a proper clothes treatment mode by analyzing the obtained clothes information and/or clothes stain information, so that the available washing procedures are various, and the ultrasonic cleaning device is more suitable for different clothes and stains, thereby achieving a more ideal treatment effect.
Further, the clothes treatment mode obtained by the control device comprises: laundry treatment parameters and/or laundry treatment agent information corresponding to the laundry information and/or laundry stain information;
preferably, the clothes information comprises clothes type and/or clothes material, and the clothes stain information comprises pollutant type and/or stain area and/or stain duration.
The laundry treatment parameters include parameters of the washing such as frequency, amplitude, power of the ultrasonic vibration, time or interval of the ultrasonic vibration, temperature of the washing liquid, etc. The information of the clothes treating agent comprises the type of the treating agent, metering, throwing time and the like.
The clothing material comprises wool, cotton, terylene, silk and other materials. The clothes type includes underwear, T-shirt, wind coat, down coat, etc. The pollutant includes rust, oil stain, lacquer stain, blood stain, milk stain, etc.
Specifically, in a further aspect, the laundry treatment parameters obtained by the control device include, but are not limited to: ultrasonic vibration intensity and/or ultrasonic vibration frequency and/or ultrasonic washing time and/or washing temperature adopted in ultrasonic washing;
preferably, the intensity of the ultrasonic vibration includes the amplitude and/or power of the ultrasonic vibration.
The scheme can realize different cleaning strengths by adjusting the power/amplitude of the ultrasonic generator; the washing procedure can be better adapted to different stains (e.g., stain particle size), and/or laundry materials by adjusting the frequency of the ultrasonic waves.
In the scheme, the ultrasonic vibration can adopt a continuous vibration mode or a vibration mode with a certain interval time. Specifically, the ultrasonic vibration may be continued for 5min or 1min at intervals of 10s, and then a plurality of cycles are performed. The ultrasonic washing time is the total time for ultrasonic washing. The cleaning temperature is the temperature of the cleaning liquid, and can be normal-temperature tap water for cleaning or a heating mode for improving the cleaning effect.
The power and frequency of the ultrasonic cleaning device can be realized by adjusting the ultrasonic generators, or by arranging a plurality of groups of ultrasonic generators.
Further, the laundry treatment agent information obtained by the control device includes: the type of laundry treatment agent and/or the additive amount of the laundry treatment agent.
Preferably, the ultrasonic cleaning device displays the obtained information of the laundry treating agent and/or has a system for automatically feeding the laundry treating agent, and automatically feeding the corresponding laundry treating agent.
In this scheme, ultrasonic cleaning device recommends suitable clothing treatment agent and puts in dosage according to clothing information and/or clothing spot information, not only can strengthen the washing effect, can also avoid the blind purpose of user to select the extravagant phenomenon and the not ideal condition of washing effect that the clothing treatment agent and the addition lead to.
Further, the control method further includes: after the control device obtains the corresponding clothes treatment mode, corresponding clothes treatment parameters and/or clothes treatment agent information are recommended, or the corresponding clothes treatment mode is directly executed.
For convenience of users, the control device can adopt various modes for users to select when recommending clothes treatment modes; the manual adjustment of the user can be realized, and the flexibility is improved; the method can also automatically select, prompt the user to confirm, execute the program after waiting for confirmation, and save the time of the user. Or after the control device of the ultrasonic cleaning device obtains the corresponding clothes treatment mode, the control device automatically executes the ultrasonic cleaning, does not need the user to operate again, and saves more time and labor.
The control device of the ultrasonic cleaning device recommends a clothes treatment mode, and the scheme for users to select specifically comprises the following two modes:
In the scheme 1, when the control device recommends clothes treatment parameters, displaying each recommended parameter or automatically combining the parameters to generate a corresponding washing program; the user autonomously selects the recommended parameters manually or directly selects the washing course.
For various parameters in the washing process, such as amplitude and/or power of ultrasonic vibration, ultrasonic vibration frequency, vibration time, ultrasonic washing time, washing temperature; the control device respectively recommends, and the user can respectively set each parameter according to the recommended parameters to form a washing program. Or, the control device does not directly recommend parameters after analyzing and obtaining each parameter according to the clothes information and/or clothes stain information, but further analyzes and combines the parameters to form at least one better washing program, and then recommends the washing program for a user to select. In this way, the user does not need to select parameters one by one, and directly selects a proper washing program, so that the steps are simplified and the time is saved.
Preferably, the user selects recommended parameters or directly selects the washing program by means of a key and/or knob and/or touch.

preferably, the control device automatically recommends and displays the proper parameters or washing programs, prompts the user to confirm, and executes the corresponding parameters or washing programs after the user confirms.

Further, the identification device identifies the clothes information and/or clothes stain information for a plurality of times, and the control device analyzes the identified information by adopting a collection to obtain or recommend parameters or washing programs.
And the clothes information and/or clothes stain information are identified for multiple times, so that the obtained information is more accurate, the deviation is reduced, the analysis is more facilitated to obtain the washing parameters or programs suitable for the clothes, and the cleaning and nursing effects are improved.
Preferably, the information that the identifying means identifies a plurality of times within a certain time is effective information.
The method comprises the steps of identifying clothes information and/or clothes stain information for a plurality of times within a preset time by presetting the time, adopting a collection to the identified information, judging the identified information to be a plurality of points of one piece of clothes, and then comprehensively analyzing to obtain more accurate and applicable washing parameters or programs. The information which is recognized for many times within the preset time is effective information, and the recognition after the time is exceeded is not recorded in the analysis range. The number of times of recognition in the preset time is enough to accurately judge the clothes information and the clothes stain information, and excessive times have no beneficial effect on the result and waste time.
Further, if the ultrasonic cleaning device does not start the cleaning program within a certain period of time after the identification, the ultrasonic cleaning device automatically cleans the identified information and/or prompts the user to manually clean the identified information.
After the clothes information is identified, the clothes information is not started in a set time, the identified information is automatically cleared, and/or a user is prompted to manually clear the identified information, so that excessive information storage can be avoided, and normal identification of the information is ensured.
Preferably, the ultrasonic cleaning device is provided with a cleaning key, and the user cleans the identified information by selecting the cleaning key. For the ultrasonic cleaning device controlled by the keys, the keys for cleaning the identification information can be arranged, or the cleaning structure can be arranged on the touch screen. After the user sees the prompt, the user selects the clear key to clear the information, or does not select to clear the information as required, but retains the information for use.

the ultrasonic generating device moves relative to the cleaning tank, and the ultrasonic vibration end horizontally slides along the length direction of the cleaning tank;
the control method comprises a water inlet stage, an ultrasonic cleaning stage and a water discharge stage,
after the liquid level in the water inlet stage reaches a set value, entering an ultrasonic cleaning stage, and monitoring the liquid level in the cleaning tank in real time in the ultrasonic cleaning stage; when the liquid level monitored in real time is lower than the set value, the liquid level is controlled to reach the set value by controlling water inflow; if the liquid level in the cleaning tank is detected to be lower than the set value in a period of time, prompting a user that the water quantity in the water storage device is insufficient;
The ultrasonic cleaning device detects whether satisfy drainage condition before the drainage, if satisfy then drain, if not satisfy then carry out suggestion or report to the police, include: after the ultrasonic cleaning is finished, the ultrasonic cleaning device detects whether the wastewater box is installed in place or not before draining, and if so, the ultrasonic cleaning device detects whether the available volume in the wastewater box is sufficient or not; draining water if the available volume is sufficient, and prompting or alarming if the available volume is insufficient or the installation is not in place;
when the liquid level in the cleaning tank is lower than the set value during drainage, the drainage is stopped,
