The fermentation period is 5-7 days, ventilation is needed during fermentation, oxygen is kept sufficient, and water can be supplemented timely according to the fermentation condition during the fermentation process.
(IV) dyeing and autoclaving
After the fermentation is finished, adding the fermentation product into a dyeing mixer, adding a dye, dyeing to obtain organic coverings with various colors, fully mixing and stirring uniformly, dyeing the surface of the fermentation product into the color of the dye, and conveying the color to a feed inlet of a high-temperature sterilization drying line by a conveying belt to perform drying and sterilization treatment.
