Abstract

本发明提供一种铝塑薄膜爽滑涂布液及其涂布工艺,该涂布液由离分子量有机硅氧烷、流平剂、有机硅树脂、有机溶剂和水组成。本发明铝塑薄膜爽滑涂布液,对尼龙膜具有显著的降低摩擦系数的良好效果,可使其动摩擦系数<0.30;也可用于降低聚丙烯薄膜的摩擦系数,使其动摩擦系数<0.30。所述涂布工艺为双面同时涂布,涂布顺序为先涂布聚丙烯薄膜面,再涂布聚酰胺薄膜面。该爽滑涂布液的涂布工艺简单,无需固化,可低温烘干,可有效提高生产效率节约经济成本。铝塑膜产品涂布该爽滑涂布液可提高冲深性能,同时保证在高温情况下其摩擦系数的稳定性。

Description

一种铝塑薄膜爽滑涂布液及其涂布工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及锂电池包装材料领域,特别涉及一种铝塑薄膜爽滑涂布液及其涂布工艺。
背景技术
目前锂离子电池技术日渐成熟,其广泛应用于3C电子产品、动力电池以及储能等领域,其中软包所用的铝塑膜产品用量也越来越大。为了提高铝塑膜的冲深性能,需要提高铝塑膜表面的摩擦系数。在专利CN105453299B中,将酰胺类爽滑剂采用内添加的方式,加入到密封层中。这种添加方式,若控制不好量,爽滑剂在表面过度析出,会在冲深模具的成型面产生白粉(爽滑剂堆积形成)。为了形成良好的冲深,需要定期将白粉的清除,这就会影响生产效率。在专利CN110041817A中,采用二氧化硅、有机硅树脂和异氰酸酯等助剂,形成爽滑涂层的方式,可有效降低摩擦系数,但其采用双组份结构,烘箱温度较高,经济成本较高。同时涂布爽滑液中所用异氰酸酯固化剂虽然是高温解封,但在常温下在缓慢的反应,所以其爽滑涂布液具有一定的时效性。日本特开2002-216713和日本特开2002-216714号公报提出了一种至少在基材层的表面进行涂布或喷雾脂肪酸酰胺系的增滑剂而成的外包装材料,这种方式量控制不好依然存在掉粉的风险,同时存在向膜内迁移的问题,随着时间的延长,摩擦系数会逐步上升,导致产品冲深性能变差。
发明内容
为解决背景技术中提到的问题,本发明提供了一种铝塑薄膜爽滑涂布液及其涂布工艺。
为实现本发明的目的,其采用的技术方案是:
一种铝塑薄膜爽滑涂布液,由有机硅氧烷、流平剂、有机硅树脂、有机溶剂和水组成。
进一步地,所述有机硅氧烷为高分子量有机硅氧烷,其分子量为100万-200万,其含量为0.05wt%-3.0wt%。
所述流平剂为聚醚改性硅氧烷,其含量为0.05wt%-2.0wt%。
所述有机硅树脂为硅-聚氨酯共聚物、硅-丙烯酸共聚物中的一种或任意几种组成,其含量为0.05wt%-5.0wt%。
所述有机溶剂为醇系溶剂或酯系溶剂中的一种或任意几种组成,其含量为80.0wt%-98.85wt%,进一步地优选低沸点的乙醇、异丙醇、乙酯中的一种或任意几种。
所述水为工业用蒸馏水,其含量为1.0wt%-10.0wt%。
所述涂布工艺为双面涂布,涂布顺序为先涂布聚丙烯薄膜面,在涂布聚酰胺薄膜面。涂布工艺为烘箱温度为40-85℃,生产速度为20-80m/min。涂布液的湿胶量为2-20g/m2
本发明提供的铝塑膜用爽滑涂布液,可以同时用于聚酰胺薄膜和聚丙烯薄膜。该爽滑涂布液,可以解决下游生产中的掉粉问题,同时解决了爽滑剂迁移的问题,保证了摩擦系数长期的稳定性。该涂布液对尼龙膜具有显著的降低摩擦系数的良好效果,可使其动摩擦系数<0.30;也可用于降低聚丙烯薄膜的摩擦系数,使其动摩擦系数<0.30。同时该爽滑涂布液不是反应型涂布液,可较长时间的存放,同时采用低温干燥,降低了生产成本。该爽滑涂布液的涂布工艺简单,无需固化,可低温烘干,可有效提高生产效率节约经济成本。铝塑膜产品涂布该爽滑涂布液可提高冲深性能,同时保证在高温情况下其摩擦系数的稳定性。

一种铝塑薄膜爽滑涂布液,由有机硅氧烷、流平剂、有机硅树脂、有机溶剂和水组成。
所述有机硅氧烷为高分子量有机硅氧烷,其分子量为100万-200万,其含量为0.05wt%-3.0wt%。
所述流平剂为聚醚改性硅氧烷,其含量为0.05wt%-2.0wt%。
所述有机硅树脂为硅-聚氨酯共聚物、硅-丙烯酸共聚物中的一种或任意几种组成,其含量为0.05wt%-5.0wt%。
所述有机溶剂为醇系溶剂或酯系溶剂中的一种或任意几种组成,其含量为80.0wt%-98.85wt%,进一步地优选低沸点的乙醇、异丙醇、乙酯中的一种或任意几种。
所述水为工业用蒸馏水,其含量为1.0wt%-10.0wt%。
其工艺方法为:
本发明是对锂电池包装材料铝塑薄膜进行涂布的爽滑涂布液,所述铝塑薄膜由聚酰胺薄膜、铝箔和聚丙烯薄膜构成,所述爽滑涂布液的涂布工艺可以采用单面涂布的方式,也可以采用双面涂布的方式。为提高生产效率,本发明中采用双面涂布的方式,涂布工艺为:先涂布聚丙烯薄膜面,再涂布聚酰胺薄膜面,涂布液的湿胶量为2-20g/m2。再经烘箱于运行中烘烤,聚丙烯薄膜面烘箱温度设置为40-75℃;聚酰胺薄膜面烘箱温度设置为45-85℃,维持所述温度的生产速度为20-80m/min。
实施例1
冲涂布液由有机硅氧烷0.05wt%、流平剂0.05wt%、有机硅树脂0.05wt%、乙酯98.85%和水1.0wt%组成;生产速度50m/min,湿胶量20.0g/m2

冲涂布液由有机硅氧烷0.5wt%、流平剂0.1wt%、有机硅树脂0.1wt%、乙酯89.3%、乙醇5.0wt%和水5.0wt%组成;生产速度45m/min,湿胶量5.0g/m2

冲涂布液由有机硅氧烷0.5wt%、流平剂0.1wt%、有机硅树脂0.5wt%、乙醇88.9%和水10.0wt%组成;生产速度35m/min,湿胶量10.0g/m2

从表3中可以看出,涂布有机硅类和酰胺类爽滑剂,都会降低聚丙烯薄膜的热封强度,但满足>50N/15mm的使用要求。为了满足铝塑膜热封强度的要求,在涂布聚丙烯薄膜时要严格控制爽滑剂的上胶量。

1.一种铝塑薄膜爽滑涂布液,其特征在于:所述涂布液由有机硅氧烷、流平剂、有机硅树脂、有机溶剂和水组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝塑薄膜爽滑涂布液,其特征在于,所述有机硅氧烷为高分子量有机硅氧烷,其分子量为100万-200万,在所述涂布液中的含量为0.05wt%-3.0wt%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铝塑薄膜爽滑涂布液,其特征在于,所述流平剂为聚醚改性硅氧烷,在所述涂布液中的含量为0.05wt%-2.0wt%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的铝塑薄膜爽滑涂布液,其特征在于,所述有机硅树脂为硅-聚氨酯共聚物、硅-丙烯酸共聚物中的一种或任意几种组成,在所述涂布液中的含量为0.05wt%-5.0wt%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的铝塑薄膜爽滑涂布液,其特征在于,所述有机溶剂为醇系溶剂或酯系溶剂中的一种或任意几种组成,在所述涂布液中的含量为80.0wt%-98.85wt%。
6.根据权利要求5所述的铝塑薄膜爽滑涂布液,其特征在于,所述醇系溶剂或酯系溶剂优选低沸点的乙醇、异丙醇、乙酯中的一种或任意几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的铝塑薄膜爽滑涂布液,其特征在于,所述水为工业用蒸馏水,在所述涂布液中的含量为1.0wt%-10.0wt%。
8.一种铝塑薄膜爽滑涂布液的涂布工艺,对锂电池包装材料铝塑薄膜进行涂布,所述铝塑薄膜由聚酰胺薄膜、铝箔和聚丙烯薄膜构成,其特征在于,所述涂布工艺为双面涂布,涂布顺序为先涂布聚丙烯薄膜面,再涂布聚酰胺薄膜面;所述涂布液的湿胶量为2-20g/m2
9.根据权利要求8所述的铝塑薄膜爽滑涂布液,其特征在于,涂布后的铝塑薄膜经烘箱于运行中烘烤,聚丙烯薄膜面烘箱温度设置为40-75℃;聚酰胺薄膜面烘箱温度设置为45-85℃,维持所述温度的生产速度为20-80m/min。
