Abstract

本发明公开了一种人造板纤维干燥尾气处理含污废水的处理方法。人造板纤维干燥尾气进入喷淋洗涤塔下部将粉尘和污染物去除,循环水由提升泵从塔上部进入逆向与尾气接触,经塔喷淋后的尾气再进入换热冷凝器中,产生冷凝水排入到水解池,经塔下部的循环水经过滤器进入循环水池,循环水池每天外排水经气浮池,气浮池的外排处理水和冷凝水到水解池;混合废水经水解池‑缺氧池‑MBR池处理,排出硝化液回流和水解池的排出水至缺氧池,硝化液回流输入至循环水池进行补充。本发明针对人造板生产过程中尾气净化废水污染难点,设置了在线循环水处理***及循环水排放旁路处理***,解决悬浮物累积和排放水中甲醛和有机物累积等问题。

Description

人造板纤维干燥尾气处理含污废水的处理方法
技术领域
本发明属于污水处理技术领域,涉及一种人造板纤维干燥尾气处理含污废水的处理方法,具体涉及一种污水的处理方法。
背景技术
人造板纤维干燥尾气是将热磨施胶后的木质纤维用热风干燥后产生的尾气。由于其尾气中含有大量有机物和甲醛等物质会造成尾气超标,因为其气量大浓度低,一般的处理方法不适用,常用的处理方法是采用湿法喷淋,基本能保证尾气达标排放。但是在处理过程中大量木纤维、有机物等污染物进入喷淋水中,还有生物质锅炉产生的热烟气中通常含有大量粉尘、盐分等,也会一起进入喷淋水中。最终造成喷淋循环水的悬浮物、盐分和有机物等污染物的累积,严重影响了干燥尾气的处理效果和设备的正常运行。
循环水中有机物浓度COD高达40000mg/L,甲醛为1000mg/L,氨氮为3000mg/L,TDS为40000-50000mg/L,硫酸根15000mg/L,属于新产生的难处理废水。由于循环水中盐分及其它有机物浓度较高,限制了该废水的处理工艺,反渗透膜法虽然能去除盐分,但是由于废水中TDS浓度较高,且其他杂质较多,超过了反渗透膜处理技术的范围,且废水中钙镁等硬度较高,造成膜结垢堵塞。另外,MVR技术通过蒸发浓缩废水,一方面蒸发冷凝水中含有大量污染物,同样存在后续处理问题,另一方面,由于废水中钙镁及有机物,造成浓缩过程大量结垢和发粘,造成蒸发过程无法进行。且高浓度TDS限制了直接生化,即使使用芬顿等预处理措施,后续由于高盐浓度也无法生化。高浓度硫酸根厌氧时产生硫化氢也容易造成微生物中毒。因此,现有技术中缺少了一种循环水的处理方法以便维持尾气处理的高效连续运行。
发明内容
为了解决背景技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的是克服对人造板生产过程中尾气净化废水污染处理的技术不足而提供了一种人造板纤维干燥尾气处理含污废水处理方法。
为达到以上目的,如图1所示,本发明采用的技术方案是:
a)人造板纤维干燥尾气进入喷淋洗涤塔的下部将大量粉尘和污染物去除,同时循环水由提升泵从喷淋洗涤塔的上部进入逆向与人造板纤维干燥尾气接触,使得循环水洗涤人造板纤维干燥尾气,经洗涤后循环水含有大量悬浮物、有机物、甲醛和盐分等;
b)经喷淋洗涤塔喷淋后的人造板纤维干燥尾气中含有饱和水分,再进入换热冷凝器中通过换热达到冷凝效果,冷凝温度从54-55℃降至48-50℃,经换热冷凝器冷凝后产生500-600t/d的冷凝水排入到水解池,并回收一部分热量,减少尾气外排污染物浓度,达标排放;
c)经喷淋洗涤塔下部输出的循环水经在线过滤器过滤初步去除100目以上大悬浮物后,在线过滤器是指全过滤,进入循环水池,循环水池每天外排20%-50%的水量作为外排水输入到气浮池,剩余排出50%-80%的水量作为循环水;
d)外排水经气浮池加药气浮处理,去除大量细小的悬浮物,药剂选为无氯混凝剂;
e)气浮池的外排处理水和冷凝水混合一起形成混合废水,输入到水解池进行水解处理,两者比例可达到1:10-1:15,混合废水TDS为3000-5000mg/L,在生化处理范围内;混合废水依次经水解池-缺氧池-MBR(膜生物反应器)池处理,MBR池排出的硝化液,硝化液的一部分回流和水解池的排出水一起输入至缺氧池,进行反硝化脱氮;硝化液的另一部分回流输入至循环水池进行补充,用于补充循环水蒸发减少量20-30t/d。
所述气浮池的药剂为PAM、聚合硫酸铝等,使用量为20-150mg/L。
所述的水解池为水解酸化池。
本发明针对悬浮物积累的问题,开发在线循环水处理***,采用悬浮物分离技术。将循环水中的大颗粒纤维得以去除,防止悬浮物堵塞喷淋塔中的喷淋头。通过水量平衡计算和水质参数检测,利用喷淋后尾气含有大量的饱和水分特点,通过换热冷凝器产生大量冷凝水,可将水分中携带的污染物去除,进一步减少了尾气中VOC等物质的排放,并利用冷凝水中不含盐分的特点,对循环水外排水进行分质处理后,与冷凝水合并混合,经物料平衡,使混合后废水盐分降低达到生化允许范围内,利用生化去除水中污染物,并部分回用补充蒸发的循环水。本发明,解决排放水中盐分、甲醛、有机物的累积问题,经***水量平衡计算和水质检测分析,采用物化处理技术联合生物处理技术手段,提高净化效率,实现废气和废水排放达到国家相关排放标准的目标。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供了一种人造板纤维干燥尾气处理含污废水处理***,它设置在线循环水处理***,对悬浮物累积采用悬浮物分离技术,满足尾气净化循环水的要求。为了平衡循环水量与排放水量,采用循环水排放旁路处理***,优选物化预处理与生物处理相结合的方法。
本发明与现有的尾气净化废水处理技术相比,它解决了在处理过程中悬浮物累积及排放水中盐分、甲醛、有机物的累积问题,提高净化效率,实现了废气和废水排放均达到国家相关标准。

如图1所示,本发明具体实施采用一种人造板纤维干燥尾气处理含污废水的处理***,***包括换热冷凝器、喷淋洗涤塔、提升泵、过滤器、气浮池、水解池、缺氧池、MBR(膜生物反应器)池;喷淋洗涤塔的下端输入人造板纤维干燥尾气,喷淋洗涤塔上端输出和换热冷凝器的输入连接,喷淋洗涤塔的下端输出经过滤器输入到循环水池,循环水池的一端输出经提升泵输入到喷淋洗涤塔的上端输入,循环水池的另一端输出依次经气浮池、水解池、缺氧池后输入到MBR(膜生物反应器)池,换热冷凝器的输出口连接到水解池输入口,MBR(膜生物反应器)池的输出分别连接到循环水池和缺氧池的输入。
实施例
a)人造板纤维干燥尾气进入喷淋洗涤塔的下部将大量粉尘和污染物去除,同时循环水由提升泵从喷淋洗涤塔的上部进入逆向与人造板纤维干燥尾气接触,使得循环水洗涤人造板纤维干燥尾气,经洗涤后循环水含有大量悬浮物、有机物、甲醛和盐分等;
b)经喷淋洗涤塔喷淋后的人造板纤维干燥尾气中含有饱和水分,再进入换热冷凝器中通过换热达到冷凝效果,冷凝温度从54-55℃降至48-50℃,经换热冷凝器冷凝后产生500-600t/d的冷凝水排入到水解池,并回收一部分热量,减少尾气外排污染物浓度,达标排放;
c)经喷淋洗涤塔下部输出的循环水经在线过滤器过滤初步去除100目以上大悬浮物后,在线过滤器是指全过滤,进入循环水池,循环水池每天外排20%-50%的水量作为外排水输入到气浮池,剩余排出50%-80%的水量作为循环水;
d)外排水经气浮池加药气浮处理,去除大量细小的悬浮物,药剂选为无氯混凝剂,药剂为PAM、聚合硫酸铝等,使用量为20-150mg/L;
e)气浮池的外排处理水和冷凝水混合一起形成混合废水,输入到水解池进行水解处理,两者比例可达到1:10-1:15,混合废水TDS为3000-5000mg/L,在生化处理范围内;混合废水依次经水解池-缺氧池-MBR(膜生物反应器)池处理,MBR池排出的硝化液,硝化液的一部分回流和水解池的排出水一起输入至缺氧池,进行反硝化脱氮;硝化液的另一部分回流输入至循环水池进行补充,用于补充循环水蒸发减少量20-30t/d。
处理后废水可达《污水综合排放标准》一级标准后排放。
由此通过上述实施可见,本发明设置了在线循环水处理***及循环水排放旁路处理***,解决了悬浮物累积和排放水中甲醛和有机物累积等问题,解决了人造板生产过程中尾气净化废水污染的技术问题。

Claims (3)

1.一种人造板纤维干燥尾气处理含污废水的处理方法,其特征如下:
a)人造板纤维干燥尾气进入喷淋洗涤塔的下部将粉尘和污染物去除,同时循环水由提升泵从喷淋洗涤塔的上部进入逆向与人造板纤维干燥尾气接触,使得循环水洗涤人造板纤维干燥尾气,经洗涤后循环水含有悬浮物、有机物、甲醛和盐分等;
b)经喷淋洗涤塔喷淋后的人造板纤维干燥尾气再进入换热冷凝器中,冷凝温度从54-55℃降至48-50℃,经换热冷凝器冷凝后产生500-600t/d的冷凝水排入到水解池,并回收一部分热量,减少尾气外排污染物浓度,达标排放;
c)经喷淋洗涤塔下部输出的循环水经过滤器过滤初步去除100目以上大悬浮物后,进入循环水池,循环水池每天外排20%-50%的水量作为外排水输入到气浮池,剩余排出50%-80%的水量作为循环水;
