The first side 2111 and the second side 2112 may be perpendicular to each other, or may be inclined at a certain angle, and the first side 2111 and the second side 2112 are preferably perpendicular to each other in a preferred embodiment.
In addition, the L-shaped structure of the second clamping plate 211 can facilitate the separation of the stacked trays 1 from the tray 1 when the empty tray 1 is recovered. Specifically, when the recycling unit 30 comes to the first holding unit 20 to recycle the empty trays 1, the empty trays 1 are recycled to the recycling station one by one, so that it is involved in the need to separate the empty trays 1 stacked together. When the second moving unit 32 of the recovery assembly 30 ascends to hold the empty trays 1 stacked together on the first clamping assembly 20, the first clamping assembly 20 releases the empty trays 1, so that the second moving unit 32 can remove the empty tray 1, after the first clamping assembly 20 releases the empty tray 1, the second moving unit 32 holds all the empty trays 1 stacked together and descends while separating the empty trays 1 by the second clamp plate 211, the fourth cylinder 21 drives the second clamp plate 211 to approach the empty trays 1, the second edge 2112 of the second clamp plate 211 is inserted into the gap between the bottommost one empty tray 1 and the penultimate one empty tray 1 among the plurality of empty trays 1 stacked together, and the second moving unit 32 holds the bottommost one empty tray 1 and continues descending, the other empty trays 1 are held by the second clamping plates 211, and thus the separation of the empty trays 1 is achieved. And the tray recovery unit among the prior art does not have the mechanism with empty tray 1 separation, and holds empty tray 1 from empty tray 1 top among the prior art and retrieves, and tray 1 drops easily when adsorption pressure is unstable, influences the production progress. In addition, the existing tray recovery device is basically driven by a servo motor, so that the cost is high and the size is large.
Fig. 9 is a perspective view of another embodiment of the second clamping plate of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 9, the second edge 2112 of the second clamping plate 211 can be made into a plurality of small insertion plates formed at the edge of the first edge 2111, so as to save materials.
