S003: one end of a steel wire rope (7) is anchored on a first horizontal stay bar (5), and the other end of the steel wire rope (7) is fixed on a roller of a remote control motor (1) after being wound by a second pulley (9), a third pulley (10) and a first pulley (8);
S004, an operator starts a remote control switch and controls a remote control motor (1) to rotate forward, a steel wire rope (7) is straightened, and the operator lifts a drilling tool to enable the lower end of the drilling tool to lean against the steel wire rope (7) between a first horizontal stay bar (5) and a second pulley (9);
s005: an operator controls the remote control motor (1) to rotate reversely through the remote control switch, the steel wire rope (7) is loosened, and the drilling tool moves towards the wellhead direction under the action of the pendulum force of the drilling tool clock;
s006: when the drilling tool is required to be stretched to be conveyed to the gate ramp from the wellhead, an operator controls the remote control motor (1) to rotate forwards through the remote control switch, and tightens the steel wire rope (7), so that the drilling tool can be stably moved to the gate ramp.
