The marine lifting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rotation restricting structure includes a rotation sleeve and a connecting structure, the main rod of the lifting frame is rotatably mounted in the rotation sleeve, one end of the connecting structure is fixedly connected with the rotation sleeve, and the other end of the connecting structure is used for being detachably and fixedly connected with the cargo hatch fence.
3. Marine hoisting device according to claim 2, wherein the connection structure is a connection lug, the connection lug being provided with a connection portion for releasable and fixed connection to a transition plate fixed to the cargo hatch coaming.

The marine lifting device according to claim 3, wherein the connecting portion is a first pin hole formed in the connecting lug plate, the transition plate is provided with a second pin hole, and the rotation restricting structure further comprises a limiting bolt correspondingly inserted into the first pin hole and the second pin hole.

The marine lifting device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the connecting lug plate has a triangular outer contour, the swivel sleeve is connected to a top corner portion of the connecting lug plate, two first pin holes are formed, and the two first pin holes are distributed on the connecting lug plate near two bottom corners.

The marine lifting device of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the support structure is a support arm fixed to the boom main bar, the support arm extending perpendicular to a plane in which the boom main bar and the boom upper arm are located, and a portion of the support arm on a side facing an overhanging direction of the boom upper arm constitutes the support portion for carrying the cargo.
7. The marine lifting device of claim 6, wherein the support arms are detachably connected with railings extending in a direction toward the side of the upper arm of the lifting frame, and fastening ropes for fastening cargo during transportation are connected between the railings.
8. The marine lifting device of claim 7, wherein the end of the support arm is provided with a short section extending in a direction of a side of the upper arm of the hanger, the rail is a hollow pipe body, and the rail is inserted into the short section.
9. The marine lifting device of claim 8, wherein the short section is provided with a radially extending insertion hole, the balustrade is correspondingly provided with a radially extending through hole, and a pin penetrating the insertion hole and the through hole is inserted between the short section and the balustrade.
10. The marine lifting device of claim 2, wherein the swivel sleeve is provided with a radially extending threaded hole, and the threaded hole is internally threaded with a locking bolt for tightening the main rod of the hanger.
