The inside of the mounting base 1 is provided with a microprocessor. The mounting base 1 is also internally provided with a monitor for monitoring the operation of the automatic adhesive tape attaching device. The working principle is as follows: sleeving an adhesive tape roll on an adhesive tape unwinding wheel, adsorbing and pulling the adhesive tape by the mechanical arm 13, driving the pressing block 14 to move by the first driving source 8 when the mechanical arm pulls the adhesive tape to move upwards, and pressing the pressing block 14 against an adhesive tape clamping hand to fix the adhesive tape on the adhesive tape clamping hand 6; the cutter 5 is connected to the second driving source 3. When the pressing block 14 abuts against the tape clamping hand 6, the tape reaches the cutter 5, the cutter 5 acts to cut the tape, the vacuum suction nozzle 24 at the bottom of the mechanical arm 13 realizes the adsorption of the tape, and the mechanical arm 13 moves downwards to attach the tape to a corresponding position.
