Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of veterinary drugs, in particular to a preparation method and application of a Chinese herbal medicine preparation for treating live pig viral enteritis.
Background
Live pigs, i.e. live pigs, are collectively referred to as non-slaughtered domestic pigs, excluding boar pigs. Pigs, omnivorous animals. Pigs generally refer to livestock. The pig is the end of the twelve animals, also known as the helminth. Mammals have fat bodies, short limbs and long noses and mouths. The raw pork can be eaten, the skin can be used for making leather, the body and limbs are short, the nature is warm and domesticated, the adaptability is strong, the raw pork is easy to raise, the propagation is fast, and the raw pork has black, white, dark reddish brown or black and white flowers and other colors. The pigs can be bred in 5-12 months after birth, and the gestation period is about 4 months. The average life span of pigs was 20 years.
The pig often has viral enteritis in the breeding process, and the viral enteritis of the pig is diseases which mainly comprise pig's coronavirus and rotavirus and appear in the symptoms of diarrhea. Is an acute and highly contagious disease. Their clinical manifestations are watery stool, vomiting and dehydration. The disease is mainly developed in spring and winter. After infection of the suckling piglet, the death rate is 100 percent. After the fattening pigs are infected, the death rate is not high, so that the immunity of the organism is reduced, the growth is influenced, and great economic loss is brought to the pig raising industry. The traditional prevention and treatment scheme is to use antibiotics, chemical synthetic drugs, vitamins, trace elements, hormones and vaccines, the vaccines are used for preventing and treating diseases but not for treating diseases, a large amount of antibiotics are used as a new stress source to damage immune functions, reduce immune stress response, accelerate destruction of the immune system of the pigs, weaken the disease resistance and easily infect various diseases. At present, most of the additives used in the market are antibiotics, chemical synthetic drugs, vitamins, trace elements, hormones and the like, so that the aim of preventing and treating diseases is not achieved, drug residues are easily formed in pig products to influence the body health of people, and other diseases are easily induced to cause great economic loss to the pig industry. In the market, the existing medicines for preventing and treating porcine viral enteritis are few, have side effects and slow curative effect, and often cannot play a role in preventing and treating porcine viral enteritis.

Clinical pharmacodynamic tests of the invention are carried out in a certain pig farm from the beginning of 2 months in 2019 to the end of 4 months in 2019, and the effective rate of the invention for curing piglets with acute viral gastroenteritis and other symptoms in the whole experiment period reaches more than 70%.
180 piglets with the symptoms of the acute viral gastroenteritis of the piglets are selected and randomly divided into 6 groups, namely 1 group for conventional treatment and 5 groups for the experiment of the invention, and each group in each embodiment has basically consistent feeding and management water average. The invention is added into the conventional feed of the pigs of the experimental group according to the proportion of 2 percent. In the conventional treatment group, the medicament is molinidine hydrochloride tablets, and the dosage is carried out according to the use instruction. The results are as follows:
