The invention has low cost and low dust removing cost, can effectively prevent dew spots and has simple dust removing.

Principle of operation
When the dust remover starts to work, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the rotary duplex valve 13 is in a horizontal position, dust-containing gas enters the bag chamber 8 from the waste gas inlet 7 through the ash bucket 3, air flow enters the filter bag 6 reversely hung in the bag chamber 8 from bottom to top, the dust is filtered by the filter bag 6, the dust is adsorbed on the inner surface of the filter bag 6, and clean gas flows through the filter bag 6 to the clean gas outlet 15 and is discharged under the action of the fan 14 and is exhausted to the rotary duplex valve 13. When the dust on the inner surface of the filter bag 6 is continuously increased to cause the resistance of the equipment to rise to a set value, a time relay (or a micro differential pressure controller) outputs a signal, the program controller starts to work, the rotary duplex valves 13 are controlled to rotate to an inclined limit position one by one, the circulating clean gas blows and cleans the filter bag 6 through the nozzle, the filter bag 6 is suddenly expanded, and under the action of reverse airflow, the dust attached to the inner surface of the filter bag 6 quickly breaks away from the filter bag 6, enters the dust hopper 3 and is discharged through the dust discharge valve 1. After the blowing and dust removal of all the filter bags 6 are finished, the dust remover enters the next working state.
According to the invention, on the basis of the structure of the original bag type dust collector, the internal structure of the bag chamber is changed, the filter bag 6 is inversely hung in the bag chamber 8 by using the filter bag hanging rod 9, the lower opening of the filter bag 6 is sleeved on the bag opening ring 14, and the anchor ear 5 is tightened and fixed on the pattern plate 4; compressed air is not utilized any more in the design, purified air filtered by the bag chamber is recycled, the fan 14 is installed at the purified air outlet 15, and the purified air is conveyed to the rotary duplex valve 13 through the blowback air pipe 11, so that the compressed air is replaced for blowing and cleaning the filter bag.
This design is through the cyclic utilization to the exhaust net gas after filtering, realizes the jetting deashing process, has saved compressed air's cost on the one hand, and on the other hand purifies back gaseous blowback and can avoid cold air to get into the dust remover, arouses the dewfall spot.
