5. And (3) test results:
(1) acute oral toxicity test: the maximum tolerance dose to female and male Kunming mice is more than 20.0mL/kg.bw, and the drug belongs to a nontoxic grade.

(3) And feeding the rats for 30 days by using 1.7mL/kg.bw, 3.3mL/kg.bw and 6.7mL/kg.bw of oral liquid 5-time concentrated solution with the kidney tonifying function, wherein the rats are gavaged for 30 days, animals grow and develop well in the experimental period, and the weight, the weight gain, the food utilization rate, the blood conventional index, the organ weight and the organ/weight ratio of each dose group are compared with those of a control group, so that no significant difference exists.
