Abstract

本发明公开一种背钻铝箔盖板,包括导电层,胶水层,木质纤维层,以及面层。因面层涂覆于木质纤维层上经过加热或光源照射后固化,再与胶水层及导电层挤压成型为板体;面层是由热固化树脂或光固化树脂的材料构成,使得绝缘层具有很强粘贴性能和表面较软,使钻孔时在背钻小钻针接触面层表面瞬间即粘稳住小钻针,使小钻针上的钻咀正垂直下钻,减少小钻针的偏斜或者打滑或断针,提高背钻小钻针的定位精确度。与此同时,由于木质纤维层是由以木质纤维材料为主要成分的纸张或牛皮纸构成。使得被背钻小钻针切削后产生切削粉末转化为粉尘极易被吸走,有利于携带钻孔时产生大量的热量,减少了钻孔时钻咀缠丝堵塞被钻孔,有利于提高被加工的孔位表面质量。

背钻铝箔盖板
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种用于背钻钻孔加工时所使用耗材方面的背钻铝箔盖板。
【背景技术】
随着社会信息化产业的不断发展及5G商用的大规模推广,伴随着数字信号传输的速度越来越快,频率越来越高。使得向PCB板的加工提出更高的要求。由于数字信号传输速度越来越快,必然导致对PCB板的高频电路的要求越来越高。然而,在现有技术中,通过传统背钻铝片板对所述PCB板进行背钻钻孔。所述的背钻铝片板是由铝片和冷冲板组成。由于所述的背钻铝片板中的冷冲板表面材质硬度比较高,很容易使得背钻钻针在接触铝片板表面瞬间产生偏斜或打滑的现象发生,导致背钻小钻针定位精度比较低。
【发明内容】
本发明的技术目的是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题,提供一种能够提高钻孔时背钻小钻针被加工孔的定位精度和孔位质量的的背钻铝箔盖板。
为了实现上述技术问题,本发明所提供一种背钻铝箔盖板,用于背钻钻孔时而使用盖板耗材方面,其包括导电层,胶水层,木质纤维层,以及面层;所述面层涂覆于木质纤维层上再经过加热或光源照射后固化,再与胶水层及导电层挤压成型为板体;所述板体包括导电层,以及设置于导电层上面的绝缘层;所述的绝缘层是由面层,木质纤维层以及胶水层依次从上而下顺序而构成;所述面层是由热固化树脂或光固化树脂的材料构成,而所述木质纤维层是由以木质纤维材料为主要成分的纸张或牛皮纸构成。
进一步限定,所述导电层是由铝箔或合金铝箔或铝箔纸或锡箔或合金锡箔或锡箔纸的导电材料构成。
进一步限定,所述胶水层是由水溶性或热固性树脂材料构成。
进一步限定,所述导电层的厚度为0.001毫米至0.2毫米之间,所述绝缘层的厚度为0.1毫米至0.6毫米。
进一步限定,所述导电层的厚度最佳参数为0.11毫米,所述的绝缘层的厚度最佳参数为0.2毫米。
进一步限定,所述热固化树脂或光固化树脂的主要成分含有聚乙二醇,聚氧化乙烯,聚丙二醇,聚乙烯醇,聚丙烯酸胺,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,羧甲基纤维素,以及聚醚脂
本发明的有益效果:因所述面层涂覆于木质纤维层上再经过加热或光源照射后固化,再与胶水层及导电层挤压成型为板体;所述板体包括导电层,以及设置于导电层上面的绝缘层。由于所述的绝缘层是由面层,木质纤维层以及胶水层依次从上而下顺序而构成;所述面层是由热固化树脂或光固化树脂的材料构成,使得置于导电层上的绝缘层具有很强粘贴性能和表面较软性能,使钻孔时在背钻小钻针接触面层表面瞬间即粘稳住小钻针,使小钻针上的钻咀能够正垂直下钻,减少小钻针的偏斜或者打滑或断针,提高背钻小钻针的定位精确度。与此同时,由于置于面层下面的所述木质纤维层是由以木质纤维材料为主要成分的纸张或牛皮纸构成。使得被背钻小钻针切削后产生切削粉末转化为粉尘极易被吸走,有利于携带钻孔时产生大量的热量,减少了钻孔时钻咀缠丝堵塞被钻孔,有利于提高被加工的孔位表面质量。另外,与现有技术中的传统背钻铝片板的结构相互比较,本发明还具有加工成本低功效。

【具体实施例】
请参考图1所示,下面结合实施例说明一种背钻铝箔盖板,用于加工柔板线路板(FPC)微小钻孔时而使用盖板耗材方面,其包括导电层1,胶水层2,木质纤维层3,以及面层4。
所述面层4是由热固化树脂或光固化树脂的材料构成,而所述木质纤维层3是由以木质纤维材料为主要成分的纸张或牛皮纸构成。所述导电层1是由铝箔或合金铝箔或铝箔纸或锡箔或合金锡箔或锡箔纸的导电材料构成。所述胶水层2是由水溶性或热固性树脂材料构成。所述导电层1的厚度为0.001毫米至0.2毫米之间,所述绝缘层的厚度为0.1毫米至0.6毫米。所述导电层1的厚度最佳参数为0.11毫米,所述的绝缘层的厚度最佳参数为0.2毫米。所述热固化树脂或光固化树脂的主要成分含有聚乙二醇,聚氧化乙烯,聚丙二醇,聚乙烯醇,聚丙烯酸胺,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,羧甲基纤维素,以及聚醚脂。
所述面层4涂覆于木质纤维层3上再经过加热或光源照射后固化,再与胶水层2及导电层1挤压成型为板体。所述板体包括导电层1,以及设置于导电层1上面的绝缘层;所述的绝缘层是由面层4,木质纤维层2以及胶水层2依次从上而下顺序而构成。
所述面层4是由热固化树脂或光固化树脂的材料构成,所述热固化树脂或光固化树脂的主要成分含有聚乙二醇,聚氧化乙烯,聚丙二醇,聚乙烯醇,聚丙烯酸胺,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,羧甲基纤维素,聚醚脂。采用多种水溶性树脂进行混合并添加助剂进行调配,经过涂覆烘烤而形成。使得面层4的硬度适宜,有利于提高钻针良好的导向作用,有利于提高被钻的孔位精度。面层4表面柔软的特性,使得小钻针的钻咀在下钻接触瞬间粘稳住小钻针,并且定位小钻针,减少钻针滑移,使得钻咀“正”“直”下钻,达到提高孔位精度、减少断针的目的。
所述木质纤维层3是由以木质纤维材料为主要成分的纸张或牛皮纸构成。使得被背钻小钻针切削后产生切削粉末转化为粉尘极易被吸走,有利于携带钻孔时产生大量的热量,减少了钻孔时钻咀缠丝堵塞被钻孔,有利于提高被加工的孔位表面质量。
所述胶水层2是由水溶性或热固性树脂材料构成。所述的水溶性树脂的熔点较低,一般为60度左右,散热性能好,可以减少钻针局部过热而产生的折损现象,提高了孔位精度。对小钻针有较好的润滑和导向作用,钻头不易磨损、孔位精确度高,孔壁质量较好,平均孔粗为7m左右,远低于行业标准(20m)。
所述面层4、木质纤维层3、胶水层2也称为绝缘层,其主要目的为避免钻针与导电层意外接触而导电产生错误信号,另外亦可提高背钻加工的精度、减少钻针缠丝与背钻孔塞孔等。
当钻咀下钻接触面层4时,钻咀接触面层4的瞬间稳住钻针,减少偏斜,被钻头切削后转化成粉尘被吸走。在此将切削转化粉尘被吸走的过程中同时,也将钻针表面的热量携带走了,降低了钻针的温度,有利于提高钻针的刚度,使得钻针不容易弯曲变形,有利于提高钻孔的孔壁精度和孔位精度。所述面层4、木纤维层3以及胶水层2构成的绝缘层,绝缘层在预热后会变成气态挥发,挥发过程中加快粉屑的排屑,从而减少了钻孔过程中的下钻阻力,提高小钻针的定位精度。与此同时,由于置于面层4下面的所述木质纤维层3是由以木质纤维材料为主要成分的纸张或牛皮纸构成。使得被背钻小钻针切削后产生切削粉末转化为粉尘极易被吸走,有利于携带钻孔时产生大量的热量,减少了钻孔时钻咀缠丝堵塞被钻孔,有利于提高被加工的孔位表面质量。另外,与现有技术中的传统背钻铝片板的结构相互比较,本发明还具有加工成本低功效。

1.一种背钻铝箔盖板,用于背钻钻孔时而使用盖板耗材方面,其包括导电层,胶水层,木质纤维层,以及面层;其特征在于:所述面层涂覆于木质纤维层上再经过加热或光源照射后固化,再与胶水层及导电层挤压成型为板体;所述板体包括导电层,以及设置于导电层上面的绝缘层;所述的绝缘层是由面层,木质纤维层以及胶水层依次从上而下顺序而构成;所述面层是由热固化树脂或光固化树脂的材料构成,而所述木质纤维层是由以木质纤维材料为主要成分的纸张或牛皮纸构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背钻铝箔盖板,其特征在于:所述导电层是由铝箔或合金铝箔或铝箔纸或锡箔或合金锡箔或锡箔纸的导电材料构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的背钻铝箔盖板,其特征在于:所述胶水层是由水溶性或热固性树脂材料构成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的背钻铝箔盖板,其特征在于:所述导电层的厚度为0.001毫米至0.2毫米之间,所述绝缘层的厚度为0.1毫米至0.6毫米。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的背钻铝箔盖板,其特征在于:所述导电层的厚度最佳参数为0.11毫米,所述的绝缘层的厚度最佳参数为0.2毫米。
6.根据权利要求1所述的背钻铝箔盖板,其特征在于:所述热固化树脂或光固化树脂的主要成分含有聚乙二醇,聚氧化乙烯,聚丙二醇,聚乙烯醇,聚丙烯酸胺,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,羧甲基纤维素,以及聚醚脂。
