Description

Oil-removing and anti-acne facial cleanser containing hemp extract and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of skin care products, and particularly relates to an oil-removing and anti-acne facial cleanser containing a hemp extract and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The face cleaning product belongs to the cleaning cosmetics and is used for cleaning, nourishing and protecting the facial skin of a human body. Among the products of cleansing cosmetics, the largest volume sold is currently the cleansing products. The face cleaning product has excellent skin cleaning and health care effects, and has the incomparable advantage of cleaning the skin by using the perfumed soap, so that the face cleaning product is popular with consumers. Soap-based facial cleansers are a large branch of facial cleansers.
In general, a cleansing product is an emulsion or cream product composed of an oil phase material, a water phase material, a partially free surfactant, a nutrient, and the like. The main components of the face cleaning product are oil phase raw materials, an emulsifier, a surfactant, a humectant, a nutrient, refined water, essence and the like. According to the principle of similarity and compatibility, oil-soluble grease dirt on the face is dissolved by means of oil phase substances during face washing; dissolving the water-soluble sweat stain on the face by the water phase. In addition, part of the free surfactant in the face cleaning product has five functions of wetting, dispersing, foaming, decontaminating, emulsifying and the like, and is the main active matter of the face cleaning. In the process of washing face, the oil phase substance and the water phase substance are cooperated to remove dirt, oil color, fat powder, residues of beauty cosmetics and the like. If the soft massage is added in the face washing process, the skin can absorb the nutrient and curative effect components, and the skin cleaning, nutrition and health care effects are better.
The facial cleansers on the market are divided into amino acid facial cleansers and soap base facial cleansers. The main surfactant used in the amino acid facial cleanser is amino acid surfactant, such as potassium cocoyl glycinate, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, sodium cocoyl glycinate, sodium lauroyl aspartate, etc. The product of the formula is soft in paste, easy to rub and wash and low in irritation. But the oil removal ability is not good, the washing is not easy, and the face is not fresh after washing. The other type is soap-based facial cleansing cream, and the product is structurally distinguished by a formula system and comprises the following five parts: fatty acid + base, polyhydric alcohol, emulsifier, surfactant, emollient and other additives. The fatty acid and the alkali form a skeleton of a cleansing cream system, and the product of the formula has strong cleaning power, is easy to wash, makes the skin feel fresh after washing, but has strong degreasing power and strong irritation, and is easy to generate allergy to sensitive skin.
The plant source antibacterial substance widely exists in the nature and is a lead source for creating the green bactericide. The antibacterial compounds in plants are mostly secondary metabolites of plants, and comprise alkaloids, flavonoids, proteins, organic acids, phenols and other compounds. The secondary metabolites of plants are over 400000. Finding bacteriostatic and bactericidal active substances from plants is one of the important ways for researching and developing green preservatives and bacteriostatic agents at present. China has abundant Chinese herbal plant resources, and most of plants used for researches on antibacterial and bacteriostatic activities are concentrated in more than 10 families of plants such as Compositae, Labiatae and Magnoliaceae. Many medicinal plants have antibacterial and bactericidal effects. However, at present, researches on bacteriostasis of Chinese herbal medicines are still not much.
The cannabis extract is a cannabinoids extracted from natural green plant industrial cannabis leaves. The main active component of the compound Cannabidiol (CBD) has super-strong antibacterial ability, has broad-spectrum bactericidal effect on various bacteria and viruses, can inhibit the growth of the bacteria, and can diminish inflammation and relieve pain on skin inflammation caused by the bacteria.
The patent CN110314106A discloses a facial cleanser containing water-soluble cannabidiol and a preparation method thereof, the amino acid facial cleanser is an amino acid facial cleanser, cannabidiol is included by a water-soluble packaging material, and the water solubility of the cannabidiol is increased, so that the addition amount is increased, and the product has multiple effects of better antibiosis, antiphlogosis, acne removal, soothing, antioxidation and the like. The patent CN110327255A discloses a facial cleanser containing cannabis sativa essential oil and a preparation method thereof, and the prepared facial cleanser has the moistening and moisturizing effects of cannabis sativa oil and the antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, acne-removing, soothing, antioxidant and other effects of cannabis sativa oil by compounding cannabis sativa diphenol and cannabis sativa oil. However, the two inventions belong to amino acid facial cleansers, and the facial cleanser can not achieve the effect of effectively removing oil from oily skin, and the oil blocks pores for a long time, so that the facial cleanser can not achieve a good effect on thoroughly removing acnes.

Aiming at the problems, the invention provides oil-removing and anti-acne facial cleanser containing a hemp extract and a preparation method thereof. The cleansing cream combines the advantages of soap base and amino acid cleansing cream, and can achieve excellent oil removing effect by compounding the soap base and the amino acid surfactant. And the amino acid surfactant reduces the degreasing property and the irritation of the soap base, so that the cleansing cream is milder. Meanwhile, due to the addition of the active ingredient hemp extract, the facial cleanser disclosed by the invention also has a good acne removing effect.
The oil-removing and anti-acne facial cleanser containing the hemp extract is mainly realized by the following technical scheme and comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
