According to the embodiment of the invention, the dispatching operation end and the sending operation end are respectively arranged on the two sides of the intelligent bin, so that a courier and a common user can respectively finish dispatching business and sending business at different operation ends, and can alternately perform when business at the two ends needs to be executed, thereby avoiding long-time waiting of business at one end due to excessive business at the other end, fully utilizing the goods taking mechanism, avoiding the existence of idle time, and greatly improving the use efficiency of the intelligent bin.

Fig. 4B is a block diagram of a structure of a dispatch device of an intelligent bin according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, which specifically includes: a dispatch instruction acquisition module 410, a dispatch storage execution module 420, and a dispatch message generation module 430.

1. A smart silo, comprising: the system comprises a dispatching and receiving operation end, a sending and taking operation end, an industrial personal computer, a goods taking mechanism, a goods shelf and a bin body; the bin body is respectively connected with the sending operation end and the sending operation end;
the dispatch operation terminal comprises: the first touch display screen and the sending port are arranged;
the first touch display screen is used for acquiring dispatching information;
the dispatching port is used for acquiring express mails to execute dispatching operation;
the operation end of registering includes: the second touch display screen and the sending port;
the second touch display screen is used for acquiring the mailing information;
the sending port is used for obtaining the express mail so as to execute sending operation;
the industrial personal computer is positioned in the bin body, is respectively connected with the first touch display screen, the sending closing port, the second touch display screen and the sending port, and is used for receiving sending and receiving information sent by the first touch display screen, receiving sending information sent by the second touch display screen, controlling a switch of the sending closing port and controlling a switch of the sending port;

after the express is obtained, closing a sending port, and controlling the goods taking mechanism to store the express on a goods shelf;
and generating a delivery success message according to the storage position of the express.

judging whether the goods taking mechanism is in a working state or not;
if the goods taking mechanism is in a working state, controlling the goods taking mechanism to move to a dispatching closing-in port after the goods taking mechanism finishes the current work;
and if the goods taking mechanism is in an idle state, controlling the goods taking mechanism to immediately move to a sending closing-in port.
7. A pickup method of an intelligent bin is characterized by comprising the following steps:
if the pickup instruction is acquired through the sending operation end, controlling the pickup mechanism to move to the designated position of the goods shelf and acquiring the target express;
controlling a goods taking mechanism bearing the target express to move to a goods taking port and opening the goods taking port;
and after the target express is taken away, closing the express taking port and generating an express taking success message.
8. The method according to claim 7, after acquiring the pickup instruction by the pickup operator, further comprising:
judging whether the goods taking mechanism is in a working state or not;
if the goods taking mechanism is in a working state, controlling the goods taking mechanism to move to a sending and taking port after the goods taking mechanism finishes the current work;
and if the goods taking mechanism is in an idle state, controlling the goods taking mechanism to move to a sending port.
