Raw materials: 20 parts of lily, 60 parts of fried Chinese yam, 20 parts of hawthorn, 24 parts of poria cocos, 10 parts of fried radish seed, 20 parts of lotus seed, 20 parts of fried coix seed, 12 parts of spina date seed, 10 parts of fried malt, 10 parts of longan pulp, 10 parts of Chinese date, 12 parts of mulberry, 1 part of longan pulp extract, 1 part of Chinese date extract and 1.2 parts of mulberry extract.

The color, smell and taste are evaluated, a scoring system (a percentage system) is adopted for scoring, and a stacking bar chart is drawn to analyze the scoring result.
As shown in fig. 2, the optimal decoction time corresponding to the highest stacking score was 10 minutes.
Example 6: investigation on combination ratio of extracts of spleen-invigorating, qi-tonifying and nerve-soothing paste
Raw materials: 20 parts of lily, 60 parts of fried Chinese yam, 20 parts of hawthorn, 24 parts of poria cocos, 10 parts of fried radish seed, 20 parts of lotus seed, 20 parts of fried coix seed, 12 parts of spina date seed, 10 parts of fried malt, 10 parts of longan pulp, 10 parts of Chinese date and 12 parts of mulberry.
(1) Weighing the raw material medicines and crushing the raw material medicines into 60 meshes;
(2) uniformly mixing the medicinal material powder in the step (1) with combined extract powder of Chinese date extract, longan extract and mulberry extract which are respectively 4 levels in the table 1;
(3) adding distilled water into the mixed powder in the step (2), and decocting with slow fire;
(4) adding 0.5% (w/v) of saccharin sodium and 5% (w/v) of lemon essence into the mixture cooked in the step (3), uniformly stirring, standing and cooling;
(5) and (4) when the mixture in the step (4) is cooled to room temperature, mixing the mixture with the gelatin which is heated to be just melted, uniformly stirring the mixture, placing the mixture in a refrigerator for refrigeration, taking out the mixture after shaping, and placing the mixture to room temperature to obtain the spleen-tonifying qi-tonifying and nerve-soothing paste. And comprehensively scoring and evaluating the finished product of the spleen-invigorating, qi-tonifying and nerve-soothing paste according to color, smell and taste (percent system).
Table 2 shows the results of orthogonal experiments on the combination ratios of the three extracts, table 3 shows the results of analysis of variance on the comprehensive scores of the combination ratios of the three extracts, and table 3 shows that the analysis of variance of the three extracts is significant, which indicates that the effects of the three extracts on the comprehensive scores are equivalent, and the optimal combination ratio of the three extracts is A1B1C1, namely 1 part of longan pulp extract, 1 part of jujube extract and 1.2 parts of mulberry extract, which is shown by combining the K-means of the 4 levels of the three extracts in table 2 with the comprehensive score.

Table 5 shows the results of orthogonal experiments on the combination ratios of the three flavoring agents, table 6 shows the results of analysis of variance on the comprehensive scores of the combination ratios of the three flavoring agents, and table 6 shows that the analysis of variance of lemon essence and gelatin in the three flavoring agents is significant, which indicates that the two flavoring agents have a greater influence on the comprehensive scores, and the optimal combination ratio of the three flavoring agents is A2B3C3, namely, 0.5% (w/v) of saccharin sodium, 5% (w/v) of lemon essence, and 7.5% (w/v) of gelatin, as shown by the combination of the K-means of the level 4 of the three flavoring agents in table 5 and the comprehensive score.
