本发明公开了一种马拉色菌抑制剂,体外抑菌试验结果表明,草石蚕提取物对马拉色菌具有明显的抑制效果,是一种优良的马拉色菌抑制剂,可用于治疗花斑癣、毛囊炎、脂溢性皮炎等皮肤疾病,也可被开发成抗头皮屑的日化用品或化妆品,具有广泛的应用潜力,由于来源于天然植物,因此也具有很高的安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种马拉色菌抑制剂。
背景技术
草石蚕(Stachys sieboldii Miq.)为唇形科、水苏属、多年生草本植物,因其地下茎形似蚕蛹或螺丝,因此又称螺丝菜、宝塔菜、甘露子、地蚕等。草石蚕药用部位为根茎,在《本草纲目》、《陆川本草》中均有记载,它味甘,性平,具有解表清肺、祛风除湿、清热解毒等功效,常用于风热感冒、虚劳咳嗽、黄疸、淋证、疮毒肿痛等治疗。
马拉色菌是皮肤表面的常驻菌,也是花斑癣、毛囊炎的病原菌,与脂溢性皮炎等发病有关,目前已有大量的科研成果证实马拉色菌在头皮的过度增生是导致头皮脂溢性皮炎(头皮屑)的重要原因。因此,在抗头皮屑的日化用品和化妆品中,人们将目光主要集中在抗马拉色菌活性药物的研发,如酮康唑、氯咪巴唑、吡硫鎓锌是公认有效的几种抗马拉色菌和治疗头皮屑药物,但是这些药物刺激性较大,长期使用还会产生耐药性。目前,人们已经发现了许多天然植物具有抗真菌活性,与化学药物相比,这些天然植物具有更好的安全性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种草石蚕提取物抑制马拉色菌的新用途,以及提供一种马拉色菌抑制剂。
体外抑菌试验结果表明:草石蚕提取物对马拉色菌具有明显的抑制效果,其中醇提取物的抑制作用大于水提取物,70%乙醇提取物的抑制作用最强。
以上结果表明:草石蚕提取物是一种优良的马拉色菌抑制剂,可用于治疗花斑癣、毛囊炎、脂溢性皮炎等皮肤疾病,也可被开发成抗头皮屑的日化用品或化妆品,具有广泛的应用潜力,由于来源于天然植物,因此也具有很高的安全性。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明进行详细地说明。
实施例1
取草石蚕,加水煎煮提取两次,每次2小时,收集提取液,浓缩后干燥,粉碎成细粉,得到草石蚕水提取物。
实施例2
取草石蚕,分别用体积浓度为50%、70%、90%的乙醇回流提取两次,每次2小时,收集提取液,浓缩后干燥,粉碎成细粉,得到三种草石蚕醇提取物。
实施例3
1)将草石蚕水提取物、醇提取物分别用无菌水溶解,制成固含量为0.05g/ml的待测药液;
2)将购买得到的糠秕马拉色菌进行活化培养,用无菌水配置成浓度为107cfu/ml的菌悬液;
3)将橄榄油培养基倾注于平板,冷却凝固后取马拉色菌菌悬液500μl于培养基中,均匀涂布后干燥15min;
4)在培养皿上方摆放3个牛津杯,3个牛津杯中注入同一种待测药液,作为三个平行,以无菌水为阴性对照,吡硫鎓锌(ZPT)为阳性对照。
5)将培养皿放入37℃培养箱恒温培养48小时,然后取出,观察是否出现抑菌圈并用游标卡尺测量直径。
结果发现,阴性对照无抑菌圈形成,4种待测药液和阳性对照均有抑菌圈形成,抑菌圈直径见下表。

注:以上结果均为三个平行的平均值。
以上结果表明:草石蚕提取物均对马拉色菌具有明显的抑制效果,其中醇提取物的抑制作用大于水提取物,70%醇提取物的抑制活性最强。
