Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and therefore are only examples, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.
As shown in fig. 1 to 11, the comprehensive greening maintenance vehicle comprises a trimming device 57, a ground collecting device 58 and a storing device; the ground collecting device 58 comprises a sweeping disc 30 mechanism and a collecting mechanism, the sweeping disc 30 mechanism comprises an avoiding component which can automatically return after self-adaptive swing is carried out to avoid the obstacle, and a positioning component which drives the avoiding component to lift in a buffering mode is further installed on the avoiding component.
The storing device comprises a box body 1, a floating air duct 55 is slidably mounted on the box body 1, and a discharging port 41 of the floating air duct 55 is obliquely and upwards arranged.
The material storage device further comprises a discharge door 7 hinged to the box body 1, a telescopic piece which overturns along with the discharge door 7 is hinged to the box body 1, and the telescopic piece is used for controlling the opening and closing of the discharge door 7 through sliding.
The collecting mechanism comprises an adsorption box body 39, and a baffle 44 for controlling the opening area of the adsorption box body 39 is hinged to the upper edge of the feeding hole of the adsorption box body 39.
The trimming device 57 and the ground collection device 58 are jointly fitted with a centrifugal fan 56.
The discharge port 41 of the adsorption casing 39 is provided with a partition plate 34 which swings perpendicular to the flow direction thereof.
The box body 1 is also provided with a control mechanism for controlling the displacement of the floating air duct 55.
The avoiding mechanism comprises a hinged seat 24, a connecting rod 28 is arranged on the hinged seat 24 in a swinging mode along the horizontal direction, and the other end of the connecting rod 28 is hinged with a sweeping disc seat 29.
The inlet of the centrifugal fan 56 is connected with the pruning device 57 and the ground collecting device 58, and the outlet 41 of the centrifugal fan 56 is also provided with the box body 1.

Articulated on the frame 18 have partition panel cylinder 35, and partition panel 34 level articulates on frame 18, and the one end of partition panel 34 still extends the rigid coupling and has the drive end, and the telescopic link of partition panel cylinder 35 articulates in the drive end, has seted up along its radial direction on the fixed tuber pipe 33 and has separated the groove, and partition panel 34 swings in separating the inslot.
The front end of the adsorption box body 39 is also hinged with a support rod 45 and is connected to the frame 18 through the support rod 45.

The screw comprises a nut 49 and a bolt 51, a feed inlet is formed in the box body 1, the floating air duct 55 slides in the feed inlet, the nut 49 is fixedly connected to the edge of the feed inlet, the column end of the bolt 51 penetrates through the floating air duct 55 to be connected to the nut 49 in a threaded mode, and the handle end of the bolt 51 is abutted to the floating air duct 55.
The second mounting plate 52 is arranged around the feed end of the floating air duct 55, the second mounting plate 52 and the edge of the feed inlet are respectively and oppositely fixedly connected with a support 54, and the bolt 51 and the nut 49 are correspondingly mounted on the support 54.
The positioning element comprises a compression spring 50, the compression spring 50 is sleeved on a bolt 51, and two ends of the compression spring are respectively abutted against a nut 49 and a support 54 provided with the bolt 51.
The second mounting plate 52 is further surrounded by a sealing rubber pad 53.
The second mounting plate 52 is also surrounded by mounting holes.
The hinge seat 24 is fixedly connected to the frame 18, the mounting seat 32 is mounted on the hinge seat 24 in a swinging manner, the mounting seat 32 and the sweeping disk seat 29 are respectively and fixedly connected with a protruding portion, and two ends of the connecting rod 28 are correspondingly hinged to the protruding portions.
The outer part of the frame 18 is further connected with a first tension spring 26, the side wall of the connecting rod 28 is further fixedly connected with an extension rod 31, and the other end of the first tension spring 26 is connected with the extension rod 31.
The positioning component comprises a second driving cylinder 20 which is obliquely hinged on the rack 18, the telescopic rod of the second driving cylinder 20 is connected with a first zipper 21, the other end of the first zipper 21 is fixedly connected with the side wall of a connecting rod 28, and the second driving cylinder 20 can pull the sweeping disc 30 to the position of the second driving cylinder 20 and lift the sweeping disc upwards, so that the passing performance of the vehicle in a non-operation state is ensured.
The mounting base 32 and the sweeping tray base 29 are respectively fixedly connected with a hinged part, and an adjusting pull rod is hinged between the two hinged parts.
The frame 18 is also connected with a second tension spring 22 in an inclined way, the lower end part of the tension spring is connected with a second zipper 23, and the lower end part of the second zipper 23 is connected with the end part of the connecting rod 28 close to the sweeping disc seat 29.
The two sides of the hinged seat 24 are also respectively connected with a limiting bolt 25 in parallel in a threaded manner, when the mounting seat 32 swings to one side, the mounting seat abuts against the limiting bolt 25 on the side, the limiting bolt 8 can be adjusted in a threaded manner, and the swing angle of the sweeping disc 30 is further limited.
The frame 18 and the connecting rod 28 are further correspondingly and fixedly connected with a second ear plate 19, and the first tension spring 26, the second tension spring 22, the first zipper 21 and the second zipper 23 are correspondingly connected to the second ear plate 19.
The sliding assembly comprises a telescopic rod, the upper end part of the telescopic rod is connected with the telescopic end of the driving cylinder, and the lower end part of the telescopic rod is inserted into the locking seat in a sliding mode.
The locking seat comprises first lug plates 4 which are fixedly connected on the box body 1 in parallel, two positioning plates 6 which are perpendicular to the two first lug plates 4 are fixedly connected between the two first lug plates 4 in parallel, and a locking groove is formed between the two positioning plates 6 and the two first lug plates 4.
An adjusting pull rod is further arranged between the telescopic rod and the telescopic end of the first driving cylinder 9, so that the extension amount of the telescopic rod can be controlled, and the difference compensation of different vehicles is met;

The power output end of the centrifugal fan 56 is connected with an automobile engine 59 through a belt.
The inlet of the centrifugal fan 56 is connected with a main air pipe 61 for connecting with the pruning device 57, and the main air pipe 61 is further branched with an auxiliary air pipe 62 for connecting with the ground auxiliary collecting device.
