Abstract

本发明涉及一种具有车辆内室和可变的车辆结构的机动车辆,该车辆内室可借助该可变的车辆结构而变化。本发明还涉及一种用于运行这种类型的机动车辆的方法。
背景技术
从澳大利亚标准专利AU 2008258189 B2中已知一种车辆,其具有固定底座、可升降顶部和在固定底座与顶部之间延伸的柔性壁板、以及一个或多个可充气容器,该容器与柔性壁板相连接并且适合于在充气时膨胀,以促使可升降的顶部相对于固定的底座升高并且由此增大房车的内部空间。从欧洲公开申请EP 1 595 756 A2中已知一种可气动充气的部件,该部件位置固定地安装在车辆上,其中该部分安装在车身的外部位置上,并且在充气后产生对车辆或针对事故的防护功能和/或其他功能(例如车辆的空气动力学改变和/或车辆的有用容积的改变和/或增大车辆的安全性和可靠性的类似功能)。从美国公开申请US2002/0163221 A1中已知一种皮卡,可以灵活地增大其装载区域。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,改善在自动驾驶运行中的舒适性。
在具有车辆内室和可变的车辆结构(该车辆内室可借助该可变的车辆结构而变化)的机动车辆中该目的以如下方式实现:在自动驾驶运行中扩展该车辆内室。由此,在车辆的内室中提供更多空间。由此使得在自动驾驶运行中停留在车辆内室中的人员更加舒适。
该机动车辆的优选的实施例的特征在于,在自动驾驶运行中通过该可变的车辆结构增大车辆内室高度。该车辆内室高度是车辆内室在z方向上的尺寸。z方向垂直于由机动车辆的x方向和y方向扩展出的平面。x方向也称为车辆纵向方向。y方向也称为车辆横向方向。
该机动车辆的另一个优选的实施例的特征在于,该可变的车辆结构包括流体***,尤其气动***。借助该流体***,尤其气动***,可以快速且简单可逆地改变该可变的车辆结构。
该机动车辆的另一个优选的实施例的特征在于,该车辆内室在由驾驶员控制的驾驶运行中具有比在自动驾驶运行中更小的车辆内室高度。只要车辆由驾驶员手动控制,该车辆就有利地为小型且运动型,使得驾驶员专注于驾驶。只要车辆转入自动驾驶运行或者处于自动驾驶运行中,就例如自动地或在驾驶员的期望下通过可变元件增大内室,尤其向上增大,使得车辆乘员获得更大的运动自由度,例如更直立或更放松的乘坐位置。
该机动车辆的另一个优选的实施例的特征在于,在自动驾驶运行中通过该可变的车辆结构如此增大该车辆内室高度,使得与由驾驶员控制的驾驶运行中相比,该车辆内室中的至少一个人员能够占据直立和/或更放松的乘坐位置。在自动的或自动化的驾驶运行中,驾驶员还可以有利地在车辆内室占据直立的或更放松的乘坐位置或坐姿。
该机动车辆的另一个优选的示例性实施例的特征在于,在自动驾驶运行中通过该可变的车辆结构如下增大该车辆内室高度,使得与由驾驶员控制的驾驶运行中相比,该车辆内室中的至少一个人员能够具有更多的运动自由度。由此可以进一步提高驾驶舒适性。
在一种用于运行上述机动车辆的方法中,上述目的替代地或附加地通过以下方式来实现:在自动驾驶运行中自动地扩展该车辆内室。可以有利地通过合适的信号、尤其光学和/或声学信号、有利地以语音的形式提示车辆乘员,该车辆内室在自动驾驶运行中被扩展。
在一种用于运行上述机动车辆的方法中,上述目的替代地或附加地通过以下方式来实现:在自动驾驶运行中以驾驶员的意愿来扩展该车辆内室。之后,该驾驶员可以在适当时指示坐在车辆内室的人员,车辆内室在自动驾驶运行中被扩展。
本发明还涉及一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序产品,该计算机程序产品包括程序代码,该程序代码被处理器执行时实现本发明所述的方法。
本发明还涉及一种具有用于执行前述方法的程序代码的计算机程序产品。该计算机程序产品包括计算机程序,该计算机程序例如在机动车辆的控制设备中运行和/或在智能电话应用的范围内运行。
此外,本发明还涉及包括先前描述的计算机程序产品的控制设备或智能电话应用。该控制设备布置在机动车辆中并且例如由计算机程序产品控制,使得在自动驾驶运行中自动扩展车辆内室。根据设计,在自动驾驶运行中车辆内室的扩展也可以通过智能电话应用由对应的智能电话来控制。

具体实施方式
在图1和图2中简化地以侧视图示出了设计为乘用车的带有车身4的机动车辆1。在所示的侧视图中通过两个圆圈表示两个车轮5、6。在图1和图2的左侧,车身4包括前部8。在图1和图2的右侧,乘用车1的车身4包括后部9。
在前部8和后部9之间,车身4向上由车顶10封闭。前车窗11从车顶10的前边缘向车身4的前部8的方向延伸。未详细标号的后车窗从车顶10的后边缘向乘用车1的后部9的方向延伸。
在车辆内室13中布置至少一个车辆座位。例如,在车辆内室13中布置两个或四个车辆座位。通过可变的车辆结构14,由箭头15指示的车辆内室高度是可变的。车辆内室高度15的变化有利地通过流体***16、尤其气动***来进行,使用该流体***,车辆内室高度15可以借助于可变的车辆结构14可逆地改变。
当机动车辆1在比较运动型的驾驶运行中由驾驶员操作时,车辆内室高度15(如图1所示)较小,以免以不期望的方式影响机动车辆1的空气动力学作用。
当机动车辆1在自动驾驶运行中比较缓慢地行驶时,可以增大车辆内室高度15,如图2中极度夸张地示出的那样,使得车辆内室空间13中的至少一个人员可以占据具有大得多的运动自由度的直立乘坐位置。
通过集成在机动车辆1中的控制装置18,或者通过合适的智能电话应用19,车辆内室高度15可以借助于流体***16通过可变的车辆结构14可逆地改变。
当机动车辆1自动运行时,可以通过控制装置18自动引起车辆内室高度15的改变。当驾驶员将机动车辆1切换到自动驾驶运行时,车辆内室高度15的变化也可以由车辆1的驾驶员启动。
Claims (10)
1.一种机动车辆(1),其具有车辆内室(13)和可变的车辆结构(14),该车辆内室(13)能够借助该可变的车辆结构而变化,其特征在于,该车辆内室(13)在自动驾驶运行中被扩展。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机动车辆,其特征在于,在自动驾驶运行中通过该可变的车辆结构(14)增大车辆内室高度(15)。
3.根据前述权利要求之一所述的机动车辆,其特征在于,该可变的车辆结构(14)包括流体***(16),尤其气动***。
4.根据前述权利要求之一所述的机动车辆,其特征在于,该车辆内室(13)在由驾驶员控制的驾驶运行中具有比在自动驾驶运行中更小的车辆内室高度(15)。
5.根据前述权利要求之一所述的机动车辆,其特征在于,在自动驾驶运行中通过该可变的车辆结构(14)增大该车辆内室高度(15),使得与由驾驶员控制的驾驶运行中相比,该车辆内室(13)中的人员能够占据直立和/或更放松的乘坐位置。
6.根据前述权利要求之一所述的机动车辆,其特征在于,在自动驾驶运行中通过该可变的车辆结构(14)增大该车辆内室高度(15),使得与由驾驶员控制的驾驶运行中相比,该车辆内室(13)中的至少一个人员能够具有更多的运动自由度。
7.一种用于运行如以上权利要求之一所述的机动车辆(1)的方法,其特征在于,在自动驾驶运行中自动扩展车辆内室(13)。
8.一种用于运行如权利要求1至6之一所述的机动车辆(1)的方法,其特征在于,在自动驾驶运行中根据驾驶员的意愿来扩展车辆内室(13)。
9.一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序产品,该计算机程序产品包括程序代码,其特征在于,该程序代码被处理器执行时实现根据权利要求7或8所述的方法。
10.一种控制设备(18)或智能电话应用(19),其包括根据权利要求9所述的计算机可读存储介质。
