技术领域
本发明属于汽车安全气囊技术领域,特别涉及一种低透气率一次成型安全气囊及其生产工艺。
背景技术
随着的汽车普及率越来越高,消费者对汽车要求不再只满足于出行需求,更加关注汽车安全性配置。汽车被动安全配置,越来越受到消费者关注。一次成型安全气囊在汽车中配置率也在逐年上升,一次成型安全气囊是在侧面撞击或翻滚起保护作用,故对一次成型安全气囊有保压或气密性要求。行业中通常过对织物进行涂覆有机硅胶,使织物具有符合要求的保压性或气密性。有保压要求的一次成型安全气囊织物有机硅涂层65~80克每平方米,有机硅使用量大。虽然说有机硅涂层过种中环保无毒害,但是有机硅胶原料在提取合成过程中还是有一定污染。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种低透气率一次成型安全气囊及其生产工艺,在达到汽车行业性能要求的同时,可减少一次成型安全气囊织物有机硅涂层量23~31%。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种低透气率一次成型安全气囊,包括双层织物,所述双层织物的边缘连续地接结在一起,使双层织物内部形成腔体。所述双层织物的纤维表面均匀覆盖有一层润湿层,所述的润湿层由润湿层处理剂制成。所述的润湿层处理剂包括按重量配比的如下组分:0.5~10份脂肪醇与环氧乙烷的缩合物,0.5~10份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,0.5~10份脂肪醇乙二醇醚,70~97.5份水,所述润湿层的正反表面均匀涂覆有一层涂层。
进一步地,所述双层织物为由经纱和纬纱交织而成的双层织物,经纱和纬纱的强度均大于6.5g/D,所述经纱的密度为400~480条/10cm,所述纬纱的密度为340~420条/10cm。
进一步地,所述双层织物的边缘通过接结点形成缝线组织,所述的缝线组织为双层表里换层接结组织。
进一步地,所述润湿层的重量占双层织物总重量的0.1~1.5%。
进一步地,所述的涂层为有机硅胶涂层,所述有机硅胶的用量为40~48g/㎡。
本发明还公开了上述低透气率一次成型安全气囊的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、通过织机织出双层织物,将双层织物的边缘连续地接结在一起并使得双层织物的内部形成腔体,得到气囊基布。
S2、将气囊基布浸入润湿层处理剂中,使得双层织物的表面形成润湿层,将浸润完毕的气囊基布进行热风烘干,烘干时间1~1.5min,烘干温度120~160℃,得到带润湿层的气囊基布。
S3、将带润湿层的气囊基布进行热处理,热处理温度120~160℃,热处理时间0.5~1.8min。
S4、将热处理完成的气囊基布的正反表面分别进行压光处理,压光处理温度90~110℃,压光处理速度10~35m/min,压光线压力600~700N/mm。
S5、在压光处理后的气囊基布的正反表面分别涂覆一层涂层并烘干,烘干温度120~190℃,烘干时间1~3min。
进一步地,所述步骤S3中,采用锡林烘筒对带润湿层的气囊基布进行热处理。
进一步地,所述步骤S5中的涂层为有机硅胶涂层,有机硅胶的用量为40~48g/㎡。
本发明具有如下有益效果:在达到同等保压性能的前提下,可以减少23~31%的涂层量,减少化工原料有机硅胶的使用量,节省成本,生产过程更加环保。

如图1所示,一种低透气率一次成型安全气囊,包括双层织物,双层织物由经纱1和纬纱2按照双层平纹组织进行交织,双层织物的边缘连续地接结在一起,通过接结点形成缝线6,缝线6组织采用经纱1和纬纱2按照双层表里换层接结组织进行交织,从而使双层织物内形成腔体5。润湿层3均匀覆盖在双层织物的表面,涂层4均匀覆盖在润湿层3的表面,涂层4为有机硅胶层。
润湿层3由润湿层处理剂制成,润湿层处理剂包括按重量配比的如下组分:0.5~10份脂肪醇与环氧乙烷的缩合物,0.5~10份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,0.5~10份脂肪醇乙二醇醚,70~97.5份水。脂肪醇与环氧乙烷的缩合物为海安国力化工有限公司生产,品名JFC-2;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为海安国力化工有限公司生产,品名JFC-E; 脂肪醇聚乙二醇醚为拓纳化学生产,品名ERKANTOL ® NR。
实施例一
低透气率一次成型安全气囊的织物层经纬纱由高强聚酯纤维编织而成,经纬纱线密度500D,经纱1密度440条/10厘米,纬纱2密度380条/10厘米,强度7.5g/D 。织物表面增加润湿层3,织物经过JFC-2 :0.5份, JFC-E:0.6份, ERKANTOL ® NR :1.2份,水:97.7份,过压榨棍后织物带液率40% ,130℃烘干织物,形成润湿层3。织物经过锡林热烘筒处理温度130℃,处理时间1.5分钟。织物经过压光处理,温度100℃,速度15m/min,线压力620 N/mm,有机硅涂层处理,正反面涂层克重45±3克每方米,涂层烘干温度175℃,涂层烘干时间2.5min 。所得产品记作A1。
比较例一
低透气率一次成型安全气囊的织物层经纬纱由高强聚酯纤维编织而成,经纬纱线密度500D,经纱1密度440条/10厘米,纬纱2密度380条/10厘米。织物表面未增加润湿层3,织物经过锡林热烘筒处理温度130℃,处理时间1.5分钟。织物经过压光处理,温度100℃,速度15m/min,线压力620 N/mm。有机硅涂层处理,正反面涂层克重45±3克每方米,涂层烘干温度175℃,涂层烘干时间2.5min 。所得产品记作B1。

由表1可知,本发明的一种低透气率一次成型安全气囊,织物表面增加润湿层,锡林热烘筒处理,压光处理后45克涂层重量,便可达到65克涂层的保压效果,减少30.8% 有机硅胶使用量。从上表数据中可以看出增加润湿层对保压带来的有益效果最明显,压光和锡林热烘筒处理对保压效果起辅助作用。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种低透气率一次成型安全气囊,其特征在于:所述双层织物为由经纱和纬纱交织而成的双层织物,经纱和纬纱的强度均大于6.5g/D,所述经纱的密度为400~480条/10cm,所述纬纱的密度为340~420条/10cm。

S1、通过织机织出双层织物,将双层织物的边缘连续地接结在一起并使得双层织物的内部形成腔体,得到气囊基布;
S2、将气囊基布浸入润湿层处理剂中,使得双层织物的表面形成润湿层,将浸润完毕的气囊基布进行热风烘干,烘干时间1~1.5min,烘干温度120~160℃,得到带润湿层的气囊基布;
S3、将带润湿层的气囊基布进行热处理,热处理温度120~160℃,热处理时间0.5~1.8min;
S4、将热处理完成的气囊基布的正反表面分别进行压光处理,压光处理温度90~110℃,压光处理速度10~35m/min,压光线压力600~700N/mm;
S5、在压光处理后的气囊基布的正反表面分别涂覆一层涂层并烘干,烘干温度120~190℃,烘干时间1~3min。
7.如权利要求6所述的低透气率一次成型安全气囊的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S3中,采用锡林烘筒对带润湿层的气囊基布进行热处理。
8.如权利要求6所述的低透气率一次成型安全气囊的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S5中的涂层为有机硅胶涂层,有机硅胶的用量为40~48g/㎡。
