Description

Toe sewing device of hosiery machine
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textile machines, in particular to a toe sewing device of a hosiery machine.
Background
The technique is known of automatically closing a tubular knitted article, in particular a hosiery item, at the end of its production cycle on a circular hosiery knitting machine, at its axial end, i.e. in the case of a hosiery item, the toe. In the prior art, scissors are arranged inside a stitching device and are close to a stitching needle, when the scissors extend out, the scissors are easy to collide with the knitting needle, particularly, the scissors are close to a steel needle which plays a role in supporting stitches, the length of the needle of the steel needle is designed to be short slightly, the knitted stitch can only be kept to be short, the stitch with a certain length needs to be kept before formal stitching, for some socks with large elasticity, the kept stitch can be short, the stitch is easy to be off, the scissors are only arranged when the stitching of one sock is finished, the scissors only cut the stitch once, for some socks with small elasticity, the stitch is long before the stitch, and attractiveness is affected.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention is directed to a toe-stitching device of a hosiery knitting machine, which can solve the problems in the prior art that parts are easily interfered and collided, and the stitch of the toe-stitching part of the hosiery knitting machine cannot be adjusted.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
a toe sewing device of a hosiery machine comprises a toe sewing part, a scissor part and a conveying part, wherein the scissor part and the toe sewing part are sequentially arranged along the circumferential direction of the conveying part, and the toe sewing part is provided with a knitting needle which interacts with each other and can knit a chain stitch line; the scissors part is provided with a stretching and retracting thread cutting device and a stretching and retracting thread cutting device, and can cut off the chain stitch thread; the conveying part is provided with two half ring pieces, one of the two half ring pieces can turn 180 degrees around a diameter axis to coincide with the other half ring piece, and the socks can be driven to periodically rotate along the central axis after the coincidence, and are matched with the head sewing part for sewing.
The scissors part and the sewing head part are arranged, so that the knitting needle at the sewing head part can be avoided, and the collision is avoided; the tubular air suction device is arranged, so that the thread cutting of the thread cutting device can be assisted, and the cut thread head is sucked away to keep the production environment clean.
Further, the carrying portion rotates for one cycle along the central axis, and the scissors portion performs two thread cutting actions. The first thread trimming needs to cut the thread end of the chain stitch thread reserved at the front end of the sock head sewing and knitting, and the second thread trimming cuts the chain stitch thread at the rear end of the sock head sewing and knitting, so that the length of the thread ends at the front end and the rear end of the sock head is proper.
Furthermore, the thread cutting device (21) is driven by an air cylinder to extend out and retract under the action of a spring, and comprises a first blade and a second blade, wherein the first blade and the second blade axially rotate relatively around the tail part, and a plane formed by the relative rotation of the first blade and the second blade is a cutting plane.
Furthermore, the cutting plane and the plane where the side wall of the sewing head on the left side of the sewing head part is arranged to form an included angle which is 0-90 degrees. The stitch portion can be matched with the conveying portion for knitting, the thread cutting device is arranged to be close to the conveying portion as far as possible and close to a knitting needle of the stitch portion, so that the length of the stitch can be reserved according to needs, and excessive waste of yarns is avoided.
Furthermore, the cutting plane is parallel to the axis of the end part of the tubular air suction device. The collision between the thread trimming device and the tubular air suction device when the thread trimming device extends out for cutting is avoided.
Furthermore, the head part comprises a first knitting needle, a second knitting needle and a supporting needle, the first knitting needle and the second knitting needle can knit chain stitch lines along corresponding knitting paths, and the supporting needle supports the knitted chain stitch lines through a tip part and orients along the knitting direction of the sock head.
Furthermore, the plane of the supporting needle forms an included angle with the cutting plane, and the included angle is 90-180 degrees. The direction of the plane of the supporting needle is the moving direction of the conveying part when the sock head is sewn and knitted.
Furthermore, the end part of the tubular air suction device is arranged between the thread trimming device and the support needle. The port of the tubular air suction device keeps the chain stitch line, assists the thread cutting device to cut the thread, and keeps the chain stitch line between the thread cutting device and the supporting needle before the toe is sewn and knitted, and prevents the chain stitch line from being wound into the conveying part.
Furthermore, the distance between the tip of the supporting needle and the cutting plane is 10 mm-60 mm. The distance between the tip of the support needle and the cutting plane is large, the support needle can be provided with a long needle and can support a long chain stitch line, and the thread trimming device can trim the thread according to the elastic requirement of the sock so that the sock head is kept at the thread end with a proper length.
The conveying part is provided with an upper half ring and a lower half ring, the lower half ring can be overturned relative to the diameter axis of the upper half ring to be arranged face to face, the upper half ring is provided with upper spokes, the lower half ring is provided with lower spokes, and after the lower half ring is overturned, the lower spokes are aligned with the upper spokes, so that the knitting coils penetrate through the spokes of the upper half ring to the spokes of the lower half ring. Half of the stitches of the same row of knitting of the toe are arranged in pairs with the other half of the stitches, thus ensuring that the pair of stitches is stitched by the knitting needles.
Compared with the prior art, the toe sewing device of the hosiery machine has the following beneficial effects:
according to the toe sewing device of the hosiery machine, the scissors portion is arranged on one side of the toe sewing portion and is far away from the knitting needle and the supporting needle, the thread cutting device is not prone to interference with the knitting needle to cause collision, the supporting needle can be provided with a longer tip portion, the longer thread end for knitting can be supported, meanwhile, one sock is cut twice, the thread end of the toe sewing portion of the sock can be adjusted according to needs, the length of the thread end before the toe sewing can be controlled according to elasticity of the sock, the problem that the sock with the small elasticity is not attractive due to the fact that the sock with the long thread end is too long is avoided, and meanwhile, the problem that the thread end of the sock with the large elasticity is.
