The tobacco particles for low-temperature non-combustible cigarettes have a core-shell structure, wherein an inner core of the core-shell structure comprises a porous material, and the porous material is loaded with a smoke agent; the outer shell of the core-shell structure comprises a tobacco powder material. The smoke agent in the tobacco particles provided by the invention is uniformly distributed, and the smoke stability and uniformity are better; the tobacco particles are of a core-shell structure, the inner core adsorbs the atomizing agent and the tobacco extract, and the tobacco powder material is wrapped outside, so that contact between internal components of the particles and the outside is prevented to a great extent, storage is facilitated, and the problem of leakage of liquid is effectively solved; in addition, the tobacco particle core material is a non-tobacco material with strong adsorption capacity, nicotine is not released in the heating process, the problems of overhigh nicotine and overlarge irritation in the process of smoking and easily occurring when the particles are all tobacco materials are avoided, and the smoking experience is better.

Further, the smoke body is of a porous and breathable structure, and the effective porosity of the inside of the smoke body is 65-95%. Detailed Description

Example 1
The preparation method of the low-temperature non-combustible smoke body comprises the following steps: 1) weighing 5 parts of tobacco extract, 10 parts of glycerol and 5 parts of glycerol according to the mass parts, and uniformly mixing to obtain a smoke agent; 2) weighing 50 parts of corn cob particles of 40-60 meshes, spraying the smoke agent on the corn cob particles, and uniformly mixing; 3) weighing 100 parts of 100-200-mesh tobacco powder, and preparing a 2% carboxymethyl cellulose aqueous solution as a first adhesive; 4) taking the corncob particles adsorbed with the liquid components as kernels, wrapping the tobacco powder material on the surfaces of the corncob particles by adopting a general method under the action of a first adhesive, drying until the moisture content reaches 10%, and sieving to obtain 20-40-mesh tobacco particles for later use; 5) preparing 5% hydroxypropyl cellulose aqueous solution as a second adhesive for forming, spraying the second adhesive on the surfaces of the prepared tobacco particles, uniformly mixing, placing the tobacco particles into a special cylindrical cavity die, properly pressurizing, rapidly heating to 100 ℃, keeping the temperature for a certain time to control the water content in the particles to be about 10wt%, rapidly cooling to room temperature, bonding the tobacco particles in the die into a stick, and taking out to obtain the required low-temperature smoke body.

Example 2
The preparation method of the low-temperature non-combustible smoke body comprises the following steps: 1) weighing 10 parts of tobacco extract, 5 parts of glycerol and 10 parts of glycerol according to the parts by mass, and uniformly mixing; 2) weighing 40 parts of 40-60-mesh active carbon particles, spraying the mixed solution on the active carbon powder, and uniformly mixing; 3) weighing 100 parts of 100-200-mesh tobacco powder, and preparing a 2% carboxymethyl cellulose aqueous solution as a first adhesive; 4) taking the activated carbon particles adsorbed with the liquid components as an inner core, wrapping tobacco powder on the surface of the activated carbon under the action of a binder by adopting a general method, drying until the moisture content reaches 10wt%, and sieving to obtain 20-40-mesh tobacco particles for later use; 5) preparing 5% PVP aqueous solution as a second adhesive for forming, spraying the PVP aqueous solution on the surface of the prepared tobacco particles, uniformly mixing, placing the tobacco particles in a specially-made cylindrical cavity die, properly pressurizing, quickly heating to 100 ℃, keeping the temperature for a certain time to control the water content in the particles to be about 9wt%, quickly cooling to room temperature, bonding the tobacco particles in the die into a rod, and taking out to obtain the required low-temperature smoke body.

Claims (12)

1. A preparation method of tobacco particles for low-temperature non-combustible cigarettes is characterized in that a smoke agent is sprayed on a porous material and is uniformly mixed; taking a porous material loaded with a smoke agent as an inner core, taking a mixture of a tobacco powder material and a first adhesive as a shell raw material, granulating, drying and sieving to obtain a tobacco particle finished product;
wherein the tobacco particles have a core-shell structure, and the porous material is loaded with a smoke agent; the outer shell of the core-shell structure comprises a tobacco powder material.

5. The production method according to claim 1, wherein the particle size of the porous material is 40 to 80 mesh; the particle size of the tobacco powder material is 100-200 meshes.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the smoking agent comprises a tobacco extract and a nebulizing agent.
