Description

Porous aerosol-generating substrate rod with channel structure, method for preparing same and aerosol-generating article comprising same
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of heating non-combustion cigarettes, and particularly relates to a porous aerosol generating substrate rod with a channel structure, a preparation method of the porous aerosol generating substrate rod and an aerosol generating product containing the porous aerosol generating substrate rod.
Background
With the improvement of living standard, people pay more and more attention to their health problems, and in recent years, the attention on the health problems of smoking is high. In order to meet the changing consumption requirements of various large enterprises at home and abroad, various completely hollow tobacco products for replacing the traditional cigarettes are developed in a dispute. Among these growing completely hollow tobacco products, electronic cigarettes and heat-not-burned cigarettes are superior.
The electronic cigarette serving as an electronic product is expanded and applied in the tobacco industry, and has the advantages that the smoking variability is strong, the smoke smoking taste can be randomly regulated and controlled by adjusting components of tobacco tar, but the taste, particularly the heat sensation, of the smoke is generated mainly through an electronic atomizer, and is still different from the traditional cigarette which generates smoke through heating, so that the acceptance of old smokers is poor.
The heating non-combustion cigarette is characterized in that the smoking section of the heating cigarette generates smoke, the acceptance of the smoke taste is good, the smoking section of the existing commercialized cigarette is a reconstituted tobacco sheet filled in an unordered manner or bulk smoking particles, and the smoking section in the form of the reconstituted tobacco sheet filled in the unordered manner has the problem of insufficient smoke in the smoking process. The insufficient amount of flue gas is mainly due to the following reasons: (1) The reconstituted tobacco lamina used as the smoking segment requires a certain processing strength during the filling process, and also results in a small amount of added flavors and smoke agents; (2) The reconstituted tobacco sheets added with the spices and the smoke agents also need to be subjected to multiple high-temperature treatment procedures, so that the added spices and the smoke agents are seriously volatilized; (3) Because the reconstituted tobacco sheets are closely arranged in the smoking section, smoke generated at the front end of the smoking section far away from the filter section can be greatly intercepted at the rear end. The latter smoking segment in the form of bulk smoking particles is an improvement over the former in smoke volume, but has new problems: because the bulk fuming particles can not be fixed, the particles are required to be filled into the outer tube in a filling mode, and the particles are required to be fixed on two sides of the fuming particle section in a mode of sealing paper and a sealing piece, so that the production efficiency is low, and the defective rate is high.
Therefore, the smoking unit which has the advantages of large smoke amount, rich fragrance, simple preparation method and no need of sealing paper and a plugging piece is hoped to be provided.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
According to the invention, the foam-shaped substrate main body with the channel structure is prepared, and then the foam-shaped substrate main body is used as a carrier to adsorb smoke substances, flavoring substances and tobacco substances, and during adsorption, a mixed liquid containing the smoke substances, the flavoring substances and the tobacco substances is applied from the channel structure 222 of the foam-shaped substrate main body 111 and then is diffused to the periphery of the foam-shaped substrate main body. The aerosol generating substrate rod obtained by the preparation method has high porosity, and the smoke generating substances, the aroma enhancing substances and the tobacco substances are uniformly distributed in the pore structure, so that the aerosol generating substrate rod has the advantages of large smoke quantity, high smoke comfort and proper smoke temperature when being used in aerosol generating products.

The method for preparing the foam-like matrix body is preferably as above, but other methods (such as extrusion) for preparing the foam-like matrix body with the porosity of 50% -85% and the channel structure in the prior art can also be applied to the present invention.
In a third aspect the invention provides an aerosol-generating article comprising an aerosol-generating substrate rod 1 according to the first aspect of the invention, a gas-permeable hollow tube 2 and a filter rod 3; the air-permeable hollow pipe 2 is provided with an air vent 21 which radially penetrates through the pipe wall of the air-permeable hollow pipe 2; the aerosol-generating substrate rod 1, air-permeable hollow tube 2 and filter rod 3 are wrapped with a paper former and then with a tipping paper to give the aerosol-generating article.
In the actual preparation process, only one aerosol generating substrate rod 1, the air-permeable hollow tube 2 and the filter rod 3 can be wrapped by forming paper, or a plurality of aerosol generating substrate rods 1, air-permeable hollow tubes 2 and filter rods 3 can be sequentially wrapped to obtain a plurality of aerosol generating products wrapped by tipping paper, and then the aerosol generating products are cut and then wrapped by the tipping paper. That is, the aerosol-generating substrate rod 1, the air-permeable hollow tube 2, the filter rod 3, the air-permeable hollow tube 2, and the aerosol-generating substrate rod 1 may be sequentially wrapped with a paper, and then the filter rod 3 may be cut into two sections, and then the wrapping paper may be removed, or the aerosol-generating substrate rod 1 may be cut at a place where the aerosol-generating substrate rod is connected.
Since the aerosol-generating substrate rod 1 of the present invention is integral, it can be combined with the air-permeable hollow tube 2 and the filter rod 3 etc. and the efficiency of the pumping is greatly improved relative to the prior art where the units are filled individually by a filling process.
Preferably, there is also a fluted corrugated member 4 between the aerosol-generating substrate rod 1 and the air-permeable hollow tube 2. The construction of the fluted corrugated members 4 may be referred to in the patent application entitled particulate aerosol-generating article having fluted corrugated members, having application number 2022102553475, filed by the present applicant at 2022-03-15, the description of which is incorporated herein by reference.
The air-permeable hollow tube 2 in the present invention may be a paper tube or an acetate hollow tube, and preferably the air-permeable hole 21 is axially close to the filter rod 3 and its axial distance to the upstream end of the filter rod 3 is 1/2-1/3 of the axial length of the filter rod 3. Upstream and downstream in the present invention are defined in the flow direction of the aerosol.
The filter rods 3 of the present invention may be any type of filter element known in the art, such as conventional acetate filter cotton.
It is within the scope of the present application for the aerosol-generating article of the present invention to comprise other structures, provided that it comprises an aerosol-generating substrate rod according to the first aspect of the present invention.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the present invention uses for the first time a porous foam-like material made from a powder of a polysaccharide substance as the body of an aerosol-generating substrate rod. The foaming mainly comprises 3 processes of gelation, heating foaming and freezing forming. The polysaccharide substance powder forms a three-dimensional network structure under the action of a coagulant, namely gel is formed; then heating and foaming are carried out, and the foaming agent in the gel is decomposed to generate bubbles, so that a porous structure is formed; finally, the porous gel is frozen, water in the gel forms ice crystals to be separated out, the concentration of solid matters is correspondingly increased, plant molecules are more tightly combined by the extrusion of the ice crystals, so that the foam-shaped substrate main body with the pore structure is obtained by fixed forming, a large number of pore structures ensure that the aerosol generating substrate rod can adsorb and bear more smoke substances, aroma substances and tobacco substances, the pore structure of the foam-shaped substrate main body is further favorable for releasing smoke, the problem that the smoke generated at the upstream of the aerosol generating substrate rod is intercepted by the downstream is avoided, and the smoke quantity and the smoke aroma quality are improved from two aspects.
2. The invention prepares a foam-shaped substrate main body, then uses the foam-shaped substrate main body as a carrier to adsorb smoke substances, aroma substances and tobacco substances, and does not directly foam the smoke substances, the aroma substances, the tobacco substances, polysaccharide substance powder, a foaming agent and the like together, and the reason is that: firstly, the addition of smoke generating substances, aroma enhancing substances and tobacco substances during the foaming process greatly affects the foaming effect, and particularly, when the added tobacco substances are tobacco powder, a foam-shaped substrate main body with high porosity is difficult to obtain. Secondly, because the temperature during the foaming process is relatively high, typically between 160 ℃ and 240 ℃, such high temperature causes most of the smoke and aroma substances to be volatilized during the foaming process, and the really prepared foam substrate has few smoke and aroma substances, so that the aerosol generating substrate rod has the problems of small smoke amount during the smoking process and poor aroma sensory evaluation.
3. The invention notices that in the foaming process, bubbles in the foam matrix main body are merged in the releasing process, so that pores which extend along the radial direction of the aerosol generating matrix rod and are close to the central axis are smaller, and the pores which are close to the periphery are larger, if the obtained porous foam matrix main body is directly soaked in the flavoring substances or the smoke generating agents by using an infiltration method, or the flavoring substances and the smoke generating agents are directly coated on the outer surface of the porous smoke generating agents by using a spraying method, because the peripheral pores are larger, the adsorption capacity is stronger, the pores of the inner layer are smaller, the adsorption capacity is weak, so that the mode of applying the mixed liquid from the periphery and then diffusing the mixed liquid to the inner layer is larger, a large amount of the mixed liquid is adsorbed by the peripheral pore structure, the mixed liquid is difficult and rarely diffuses to the inner layer, even the mixed liquid cannot be contacted at the central axis, and in order to avoid the problem, the amount of the mixed liquid can be further increased, or the soaking time is prolonged until the pore structure of the inner layer can adsorb the mixed liquid, but the amount of the mixed liquid is too large, the mixed liquid of the outer layer is excessive, the mixed liquid is easy to seep out, and the smoke temperature can be too hot. Therefore, the method of applying the mixed liquid from the outer periphery has a problem that the amount of the mixed liquid is large or the distribution of the mixed liquid is not uniform. To further solve the problem, the porous aerosol-generating substrate rod of the present invention has an axially extending channel structure, and the mixed liquid is applied in such a manner that the mixed liquid flows through the channel structure or directly coats the surface of the channel structure, i.e., the mixed liquid diffuses from the center to the periphery, and the peripheral pores are larger, so that the adsorption capacity is stronger, while the pores in the inner layer are smaller, so that the adsorption capacity is weaker, and the diffusion resistance is lower when the mixed liquid diffuses from the inside to the outside, thereby ensuring that the mixed liquid is uniformly distributed in the pore structure even when the amount of the mixed liquid is less.
4. The aerosol generating substrate rod has simple production process, high production efficiency of aerosol generating products and controllable cost.
5. The aerosol-generating substrate rod 1 of the present invention is integral and therefore can be combined with the air-permeable hollow tube 2 and the filter rod 3, etc., and the efficiency of each unit is greatly improved compared to the prior art in which each unit is individually filled by a filling process, while the suction quality is improved.

Example 1
As in figure 1, the aerosol-generating article is a ternary structure comprising an aerosol-generating substrate rod 1, a gas-permeable hollow tube 2 and a filter rod 3; the air-permeable hollow pipe 2 is provided with an air vent 21 which radially penetrates through the pipe wall of the air-permeable hollow pipe 2; the aerosol-generating substrate rod 1, air-permeable hollow tube 2 and filter rod 3 are wrapped with a paper former and then with a tipping paper to give the aerosol-generating article. The ventilation aperture 21 is axially adjacent the filter rod 3 and is axially spaced from the upstream end of the filter rod 3 by 1/2 of the axial length of the filter rod 3.
An aerosol-generating substrate rod comprising: a foam-like substrate body 111 having a pore structure and a channel structure 222 extending axially within the foam-like substrate body 111, the channel structure 222 and the pore structure surface having a smoking substance, a flavouring substance and a tobacco substance; the porosity of the foamed matrix body 111 was 80%. The flavouring substance comprises menthol; the smoking material comprises propylene glycol; the tobacco material comprises tobacco water extract.
The channel structures 222 are one or more, and the cross section of each channel structure is circular; the channel structure 222 extends axially through the foam-like matrix body 111. The channel structure is located at a central axis of the foamed substrate body. The outer side of the foam-shaped matrix main body is provided with a seepage-proof layer; the pore structure 3 is plural.
A method of making an aerosol-generating substrate rod comprising the steps of:
(1) Preparing a foamed matrix body 111 with said channel structure 222 and a porosity of 80%;
(2) Preparing a mixed solution of a smoking substance, a flavoring substance and a tobacco substance, and then applying the mixed solution to the channel structure 222 of the foamed substrate body 111 obtained in step (1);
(3) Drying to obtain the aerosol-generating substrate rod.
In the step (1), the preparation method of the foamed substrate body 111 includes:
11 Mixing polysaccharide substance powder, foaming agent, dispersant, and coagulant, and dissolving in an alcohol solution with a volume concentration of 10% v/v to prepare a foaming slurry;
12 Loading the foaming slurry obtained in the previous step into a mold with a channel structure, and foaming for 20 minutes at a high temperature to obtain a foamed composition;
13 Placing the foamed composition obtained in the previous step into a refrigerator at about-20 ℃ for freezing for 36 hours, taking out, dehydrating, and naturally drying or baking to obtain the foamed matrix main body 111.
In the step (11), the polysaccharide substance powder is selected from konjac flour; the foaming agent is selected from foaming agent AC; the dispersant is selected from Span80; the coagulant is selected from sodium carbonate. In the step (12), the foaming condition is foaming in an oven at a temperature of 200 ℃.
Preferably, in step (2), the manner of applying the mixed liquid to the channel structure 222 is as follows: directly coating the mixed liquid on the surface of the channel structure 222; in step (2), the flavouring substance comprises menthol; the smoking material comprises propylene glycol; the tobacco material comprises tobacco water extract, and the proportion of each material in the mixed solution is 25% of essence and spice, 20% of smoke agent and 55% of tobacco water extract. In the step (3), the drying mode is low-temperature drying, and the low-temperature drying condition is as follows: the drying temperature was 65 ℃ and the drying time was 0.5 hours, drying to a moisture content of 12% in the aerosol-generating substrate rod.
The resulting aerosol-generating article was prepared and referred to as sample 1.
Example 2
The difference from the embodiment 1 is that the smoke substance, the flavoring substance, the tobacco substance, the polysaccharide substance powder, the foaming agent and the like are directly foamed together, and the specific steps are as follows:
11 Uniformly mixing polysaccharide substance powder, foaming agent, dispersing agent, coagulating agent, flavoring substance menthol, smoke substance propylene glycol and tobacco powder, and dissolving into alcoholic solution with volume concentration of 10% v/v to prepare foaming slurry;
12 Uniformly dispersing the foaming slurry obtained in the previous step, then filling the mixture into a mold, and foaming the mixture for 20 minutes at a high temperature to obtain a foamed composition;
13 Placing the foamed composition obtained in the previous step into a freezer at about-20 ℃ for freezing for 36 hours, taking out, dehydrating, and naturally drying or baking to obtain the foam matrix main body;
the tobacco powder can be called as tobacco dry material, which is made by crushing tobacco stem, tobacco stalk, tobacco powder and other cigarette industry waste into 80-120 mesh tobacco powder.
The other steps were identical to example 1.
The resulting aerosol-generating article, designated sample 2, had a porosity of only 35% of the aerosol-generating substrate rod.
Example 3
The difference from example 1 is that the foamed substrate body 111 is not provided with the channel structure 222, and the prepared foamed substrate body is directly soaked in the mixed liquid containing the smoking substance, the flavoring substance and the tobacco substance, which is the same as the procedure of example 1. The resulting aerosol-generating article was prepared and referred to as sample 3.
Example 4
The difference to example 1 is that there is also a fluted corrugated member 4 between the aerosol-generating substrate rod 1 and the air-permeable hollow tube 2, and the resulting aerosol-generating article is referred to as sample 4.
Example 5
The aerosol generating product samples 1-4 were each smoked under equivalent conditions with a matched heat non-combustible cigarette smoking article, the temperature of the aerosol generating product aerosol generating substrate rod 1 being around 200 ℃ during smoking. Carrying out sensory evaluation on the aerosol generating product by a plurality of sensory evaluation personnel, and mainly investigating 6 indexes of smoke amount, aroma, smell, strength, harmony, irritation and taste; the scoring values of the 6 quality detection indexes are respectively as follows: the total score of 6 evaluation indexes is 100, the higher the score of 5 evaluation indexes, the stronger the feeling of the evaluation index in the smoking process, the higher the score of the irritation evaluation index, the less obvious the feeling of the evaluation index in the smoking process, and the higher the total score of 6 evaluation indexes, the better the smoking feeling of the aerosol generating product. The sensory evaluation scores for aerosol-generating article samples 1-4 are shown in table 1.
Mainly according to Q/YNZY.J07.022.
Table 1 sensory evaluation scores on smoking of different aerosol-generating article samples
Figure BDA0003807275250000101
As can be seen from the data in table 1 comparing aerosol-generating article sample 1 and aerosol-generating article sample 2, by directly foaming together a smoking material, a flavouring material and a tobacco material with a polysaccharide material powder, a foaming agent, etc., the porosity of the resulting aerosol-generating substrate rod is only 35%, which directly results in sample 2 having significantly lower smoke and aroma and flavour scores than sample 1.
Comparing aerosol-generating article sample 1 and aerosol-generating article sample 3, it is also important for the sensory evaluation of smoking thereof whether the foamed substrate body has a channel structure and whether the means of adsorbing the smoking, flavouring and tobacco materials is by diffusion from the periphery to the interior or from the interior to the periphery. The prepared foam substrate main body is directly soaked in the mixed liquid containing the smoke substance, the aroma-enhancing substance and the tobacco substance without a channel structure, the mixed liquid is diffused from the periphery of the foam substrate main body to the inside, the mixed liquid in the prepared aerosol generation substrate rod is not uniformly distributed, and the smoke amount and the coordination score of the sample 2 are obviously lower than that of the sample 1.
In addition, the sample aerosol-generating article 1 had a smoke temperature of 39.2 ℃ entering the mouth of the smoker, while the sample aerosol-generating article 4 had a smoke temperature of 38.9 ℃ entering the mouth of the smoker, since the fluted corrugated members had cavities and the air permeable hollow section also had cavities, which allowed the introduced air to better contact and mix with the smoke, further reducing the smoke temperature.
