在若干变型中,同步器94可以选择性地将输出差速器25、39从电机122断开以提供空挡模式,并且可以将电动机122与差速器25、39连接以提供动力传递的两种操作模式(低和高)。在第一模式中,同步器轮毂96可以选择性地轴向向左换挡,这可以引起第一行星齿轮组70的环齿轮84换挡,使得环齿轮84可以接地到壳体130,使得其可以固定而不旋转。当环齿轮84可以接地时,第一行星齿轮组70的行星架82的转速可以降低并且扭矩可以增加,使得减速齿轮系60可以在低挡位操作模式下执行。在第二模式中,同步器轮毂96可以选择性地轴向向右换挡,这可以引起第一行星齿轮组70的环齿轮84换挡,使得环齿轮84可以通过中心线支撑轴120可操作地连接到第一行星齿轮组70的行星架82,使得其可以与可操作地连接到中心线支撑轴120的行星架82一起旋转。当环齿轮84通过中心线支撑轴120连接到行星架82时,可以保持太阳齿轮72的转速,使得减速齿轮系60可以在高挡位操作模式下执行。
在若干变型中,来自第一行星齿轮组70的输出可以被传递到第二行星齿轮组98,以驱动输出差速器25、39。第二行星齿轮组98可以包括太阳齿轮100和可操作地连接到太阳齿轮100的第一和第二行星齿轮102、104,使得第一和第二行星齿轮102、104驱动太阳齿轮100或被其驱动。第一和第二行星齿轮102、104可以分别地通过第一和第二销106、108可操作地附接到行星架110,并且可以在环齿轮112内旋转。应当注意的是,根据设计要求,可以使用两个以上的行星齿轮。在若干变型中,第二行星齿轮组98的环齿轮112可以在由壳体130的表面限定的延伸环形壁132处接地到壳体130,使得其可以固定而不旋转。第二行星齿轮组98可以包括任何类型的齿轮,包括但不限于斜齿轮。在若干变型中,挡位选择器94可以将第一行星齿轮组70的环齿轮84从第一行星齿轮组70的行星架82和壳体130断开,使得环齿轮84从第二行星齿轮组98的太阳齿轮100断开,以提供空挡模式。
在若干变型中,加油***134可以与链传动装置62的链68流体连通。加油***134可以被构造和布置成在链68的内表面69上喷射油,以润滑链68。在一种变型中,加油***134可以包括第一导管136和垂直于第一导管136的第二导管138。在若干变型中,第一导管136和/或第二导管138可以被限定在壳体130的内表面131内,或者可以是管道。在若干变型中,第一导管136可以与油槽148流体连通,并且第二导管138可以延伸到链68的内表面69。第一道管136可以从油槽148汲取油,并且可以引导油通过第二道管138,使得油可以从第二道管138喷射到链68的内表面69上。上述加油***仅用于说明的目的,并且应当注意的是,可以使用任何数量的加油***来润滑链条。
在若干变型中,一个或多个特征可以结合到电气化轴组件18中,以管理油槽水平并且减少剪切损失,诸如在专利申请14/824,724号中公开的,该专利申请通过引用结合于本文。

变型18可以包括如变型17中所述的方法,进一步包括使用挡位选择器将环齿轮换挡到第三位置,以将电机与轴差速器断开连接。
变型19可以包括如变型17-18中任一变型所述的方法,进一步包括使用加油***润滑链***的链的内表面。
变型20可以包括如变型17-19中任一变型所述的方法,还包括经由来自轴差速器、第二行星齿轮组、第一行星齿轮组和用于再生制动的链***的输出来驱动电机。

Claims (20)

1.一种传动系,包括:
电机;
链传动装置,其可操作性地连接到所述电机上;
第一行星齿轮组,其具有可操作地连接到所述链传动装置的多个传动比;
第二行星齿轮组,其具有可操作地连接到所述第一行星齿轮组的固定传动比;
挡位选择器,其可操作地连接到所述第一行星齿轮组并且定位于所述第一行星齿轮组和所述第二行星齿轮组之间;
差速器,其可操作地连接到所述第二行星齿轮组;
轴组件,其可操作地连接到和延伸通过所述链传动装置、所述第一行星齿轮组、所述挡位选择器、所述第二行星齿轮组以及所述差速器;
其中所述电机被构造和布置成通过所述链传动装置、所述第一行星齿轮组和所述第二行星齿轮组选择性地向所述差速器传递动力,或者通过所述链传动装置、所述第一行星齿轮组、所述第二行星齿轮组和所述差速器选择性地接收动力;以及
其中所述挡位选择器被构造和布置成选择性地将所述传动系换挡到高挡位模式、低挡位模式和空挡模式。
2.根据权利要求1所述的传动系,其中所述电机的旋转轴线偏离所述轴组件的旋转轴线。
3.根据权利要求1所述的传动系,进一步包括围绕所述电机、所述链传动装置、所述第一行星齿轮组、所述挡位选择器、所述第二行星齿轮组、所述差速器和所述轴组件的至少一部分的壳体。
4.根据权利要求3所述的传动系,其中所述挡位选择器包括轮毂,其中所述轮毂可操作地附接到第一行星齿轮组的环齿轮,并且其中所述挡位选择器被构造和布置成轴向地换挡所述轮毂以将所述环齿轮移动到第一位置、第二位置和第三位置,其中在所述第一位置,所述环齿轮接地到所述壳体以实现所述低挡位模式,其中在所述第二位置,所述环形齿轮可操作地连接到所述第一行星齿轮组的行星架以实现所述高挡位模式,并且其中在所述第三位置,所述环齿轮从所述壳体和所述第一行星齿轮组的行星架断开以实现所述空挡模式。
5.根据权利要求1所述的传动系,其中所述链传动装置包括可操作地连接到所述电机的轴的第一齿轮、可操作地连接到所述第一行星齿轮组的太阳齿轮的第二齿轮、以及可操作地连接到所述第一齿轮和所述第二齿轮的链。
6.根据权利要求5所述的传动系,其中所述链是高容量、高速度和渐开线齿链。
7.根据权利要求3所述的传动系,进一步包括所述壳体内的加油***,其被构造和布置成润滑所述链传动装置的链的内表面。
8.根据权利要求7所述的传动系,其中所述加油***包括与油槽流体连通的第一导管和与所述第一导管流体连通的第二导管,其被构造和布置成利用来自所述油槽的油喷射所述链的内表面。
9.根据权利要求1所述的传动系,其中所述第一行星齿轮组和所述第二行星齿轮组包括斜齿轮。
10.根据权利要求1所述的传动系,其中所述挡位选择器是同步器。
11.一种传动系,包括:
轴组件,其包括第一轴和与所述第一轴同轴的第二轴;
链传动装置,其可操作性地连接到所述轴组件上;
第一螺旋行星齿轮组,其包括太阳齿轮、可操作地连接到所述太阳齿轮的至少两个行星齿轮、环齿轮和行星架,其中所述第一螺旋行星齿轮组可操作地连接到所述链传动装置和所述第一轴;
挡位选择器,其可操作地连接到所述第一螺旋行星齿轮组和所述第一轴;
第二螺旋行星齿轮组,其包括太阳齿轮、可操作地连接到所述太阳齿轮的至少两个行星齿轮、环齿轮和行星架,其中所述第二螺旋行星齿轮组可操作地连接到所述第一螺旋齿轮组;
差速器,其可操作地连接到所述第二螺旋行星齿轮组、所述第一轴和所述第二轴;
电机,其具有可操作地连接到所述链传动装置的轴,所述轴被构造和布置成选择性地驱动所述链传动装置或被其驱动;
壳体,其围绕所述轴组件、所述链传动装置、所述第一螺旋行星齿轮组、所述挡位选择器、所述第二螺旋行星齿轮组和所述差速器的至少一部分;以及
其中所述挡位选择器被构造和布置成轴向移动所述第一螺旋行星齿轮组的所述环齿轮,以将所述传动系换挡到高挡位模式、空挡模式和低挡位模式。
12.根据权利要求11所述的传动系,其中在所述高挡位模式下,所述第一螺旋行星齿轮组的所述环齿轮可操作地连接到所述第一螺旋行星齿轮组的行星架,其中在所述低挡位模式下,所述第一螺旋行星齿轮组的所述环齿轮接地到所述壳体,并且其中在所述空挡模式下,所述环齿轮从所述壳体和所述第一螺旋行星齿轮组的所述行星架断开。
13.根据权利要求11所述的传动系,进一步包括在所述壳体内延伸的加油***,其被构造和布置成润滑所述链传动装置的链。
14.根据权利要求11所述的传动系,其中所述壳体被构造和布置成容纳润滑剂。
15.根据权利要求11所述的传动系,其中所述链传动装置包括可操作地连接到所述电机的所述轴的第一齿轮、可操作地连接到所述第一螺旋行星齿轮组的所述太阳齿轮的第二齿轮、以及可操作地连接到所述第一齿轮和所述第二齿轮的链。
16.根据权利要求15所述的传动系,其中所述链是大容量、高速度和渐开线齿链。
17.一种驱动轴差速器的方法,包括:
提供具有可旋转轴的电机;
使用所述电机驱动可操作地连接到所述可旋转轴的链***;
从所述链***向具有太阳齿轮、至少两个行星齿轮、环齿轮和行星架的第一行星齿轮组提供输出;
使用挡位选择器将所述环齿轮换挡到第一位置以将所述环齿轮接地到壳体以实现低挡位模式,或者使用所述挡位选择器将所述环齿轮换挡到可操作地将所述环齿轮连接到所述行星架以实现高挡位模式的第二位置;
通过所述挡位选择器利用来自所述第一行星齿轮组的输出驱动第二行星齿轮组;以及
利用所述第二行星齿轮组的输出驱动所述轴差速器。
18.根据权利要求17所述的方法,进一步包括使用所述挡位选择器将所述环齿轮换挡到所述第三位置,以将所述电机从所述轴差速器断开。
19.根据权利要求17所述的方法,进一步包括使用加油***润滑所述链***的链的内表面。
20.根据权利要求17所述的方法,进一步包括经由来自所述轴差速器、所述第二行星齿轮组、所述第一行星齿轮组和用于再生制动的所述链***的输出来驱动所述电机。
