Abstract
一种基于人脸识别的交友方法与装置,所属社交的信息化***技术领域。本发明的方法可以通过智能手机App来实现,用户打开App时,可以调用智能手机的相机启动交友扫描功能,对准感兴趣的交友对象,然后用户点击其头像发出与其进行交友接触的指令,该指令以及影像或照片或截取的头像被发送到后台,后台程序通过人脸识别在本社交App中搜索该交友对象的账户,搜索到交友对象账户后,向其账户发送交友请求,并附送用户的真实头像或照片以及简短说明,若搜索不到该交友对象的账户,则回复找不到此人账户。本发明提出一种基于人脸识别的交友方式,从一开始就见到真人并感兴趣才开始进行接触,更符合人们自然交往的过程,减少交友的盲目性,避免或减少交友过程中虚假、欺骗事件的发生。同时也避免了人们见到心仪交友对象时冒昧当面索取电话号码的尴尬。

本发明涉及社交的信息化***。
背景技术
现时的网上交友因未见到真人往往存在盲目性,而且经常出现欺骗、造假等事件。本发明提出一种基于人脸识别的交友方式,从一开始就见到真人并感兴趣才开始进行接触,更符合人们自然交往的过程,减少交友的盲目性,避免或减少交友过程中虚假、欺骗事件的发生。同时也避免了人们见到心仪交友对象时冒昧当面索取电话号码的尴尬。
发明内容
本发明的方法可以通过智能手机App来实现,用户打开App时,可以调用智能手机的相机启动交友扫描功能,对准感兴趣的交友对象,然后用户点击其头像发出与其进行交友接触的指令,该指令以及影像或照片或截取的头像被发送到后台,后台程序通过人脸识别在本社交App中搜索该交友对象的账户,搜索到交友对象账户后,向其账户发送交友请求,并附送用户的真实头像或照片以及简短说明,该简短说明可以由用户输入,也可以是标准问候语;若搜索不到该交友对象的账户,则回复找不到此人账户。用户在本App创建帐户时须对自己拍照上传,创建帐户后可以用本人满意的头像或照片进行代替,App将通过后台的人脸识别进行验证。待交友对象在接收到交友请求之后,可以根据情况,接受邀请,成为朋友;或者拒绝请求。
在本发明的另一种实施方案中,本App并不强制要求用户拍照或者提供真实照片或头像,当用户调用智能手机的相机启动交友扫描功能,对准感兴趣的交友对象,然后点击其头像发出交友接触指令时,利用待交友对象的照片或头像在本App数据库、有合作的交友平台会员数据库或/和公共头像数据库里进行搜索,搜索得到该交友对象的不完全信息,包括电话号码,交友对象在本App的账户,交友对象在有合作的社交平台的账户,比如QQ号、微信号、抖音号、Facebook号等,这些信息被返回到用户界面上,由用户选择交友对象的接触账号,如果选择的接触账号是有合作的社交平台的账号,则用户需填上其在该有合作的社交平台的账号,同时由用户选择是否附上自己的拍照或头像,接着向选定的交友对象的账户发送交友接触请求。若搜索不到该交友对象的账户信息,则返回找不到此人账户的信息。待交友对象在接收到交友请求之后,可以根据情况,接受邀请,成为朋友,或者拒绝请求。
在本发明的一种实施方案中,若两位用户同时打开该交友App启用交友扫描功能并对准对方,在一定时间内(比如10秒内)同时或相继点击对方头像,同时或相继发出请求与对方交友的指令,则直接交友成功,设置双方为好友。
实现本发明基于人脸识别交友方法的装置或***,包括智能手机,或者计算机终端或者Pad以及服务器主机,可以是云服务器主机,也可以是一般服务器主机,主机上运行App后台程序,人脸识别程序以及会员头像或照片数据库,或可以连接到有合作的交友平台会员数据库或/和公共头像数据库,智能手机或者计算机终端或者Pad可以通过5G或者其他无线通信技术与服务器主机连接。
上述技术方案包含本发明的最佳技术方案,但本发明同时也包括遵循本发明创新思想的上述技术方案的各种变种,比如,用户在该App上创建帐户时,可以选择进行自身拍照,提供本人的头像或照片,之后可以用本人满意的头像或照片经过后台进行人脸识别验证后予以替换;用户也可以在创建帐户时,选择不进行自身拍照,在提交交友指令再进行自身拍照提供本人真实头像或照片并随交友指令发送给拟交友对象;用户也可以选择不进行自身拍照,发交友指令时不附送用户的真实头像或照片;上述技术方案中的信息***可以是云计算***A/S(App/Server***),也可以是B/S***(Browser/Server***),也可以是C/S***(Client/Server***)等等。
本发明提出一种基于人脸识别的交友方式,从一开始就见到真人并感兴趣才开始进行接触,更符合人们自然交往的过程,减少交友的盲目性,避免或减少交友过程中虚假、欺骗事件的发生。同时也避免了人们见到心仪交友对象时冒昧当面索取电话号码的尴尬。
具体实施方式
下面结合两个实施例对本发明做进一步阐述。
实施例一:本发明的方法可以通过智能手机App来实现,用户打开App时,调用智能手机的相机启动交友扫描功能,对准感兴趣的交友对象,然后用户点击其头像发出与其进行交友接触的指令,该指令以及影像或照片或截取的头像被发送到后台,后台程序通过人脸识别在本社交App的数据库中搜索该交友对象的账户,搜索到交友对象账户后,向其账户发送交友请求,并附送用户的真实头像或照片以及简短说明,该简短说明可以由用户输入,也可以是标准问候语;若搜索不到该交友对象的账户,则回复找不到此人账户。用户在本App创建帐户时须对自己拍照上传,创建帐户后可以用本人满意的头像或照片进行代替,App将通过后台的人脸识别进行验证。待交友对象在接收到交友请求之后,可以根据情况,接受邀请,成为朋友,或者拒绝请求。若两位用户同时打开该交友App启用交友扫描功能并对准对方,在10秒内同时或相继点击对方头像,同时或相继发出请求与对方交友的指令,则直接交友成功,设置双方为好友。
实施例二:在本发明的另一种实施方案中,本App并不强制要求用户拍照或者提供真实照片或头像,当用户打开App时,调用智能手机的相机启动交友扫描功能,对准感兴趣的交友对象,然后点击其头像发出与其进行交友接触的指令,该指令以及影像或照片或截取的头像被发送到后台,后台利用待交友对象的照片或头像运行人脸识别算法在本App数据库、有合作的交友平台会员数据库或/和公共头像数据库里进行搜索,搜索得到该交友对象的不完全信息,包括电话号码,交友对象在本App的账户,交友对象在有合作的社交平台的账户,比如QQ号、微信号、抖音号、Facebook号等,这些信息被返回到用户界面上,由用户选择交友对象的接触账号,如果选择的接触账号是有合作的社交平台的账号,则用户需填上其在该有合作的社交平台的账号,同时由用户选择是否附上自己的拍照或头像,接着向选定的交友对象的账户发送交友接触请求。若搜索不到该交友对象的账户信息,则返回找不到此人账户的信息。待交友对象在接收到交友请求之后,可以根据情况,接受邀请,成为朋友,或者拒绝请求。

Claims (10)
1.一种基于人脸识别的交友方法,包括:
用户启动交友扫描功能调用智能手机或者Pad的相机对准拟交友对象;
点击拟交友对象的头像发出交友接触指令;
拟交友对象的照片或头像被发送到主机,主机启动人脸识别在本App数据库、有合作交友App数据库和公共头像数据库中的一个或若干个数据库里搜索拟交友对象的账号并向其发出交友请求;
若找不到对应的账号,则回复找不到该拟交友对象的账号。
2.如权利要求1所述的交友方法,其特征在于用户发出交友指令时,让用户选择是否附上用户的真实照片或头像以及交友附言便于拟交友对象浏览。
3.如权利要求1所述的交友方法,其特征在于用户发出交友指令时,若用户账户里面尚未提供用户的真实照片或头像,则询问是否拍摄用户自身照片或头像,拍摄之后保存,用户之后可以提供更好的照片或头像予以代替,后台主机将启动人脸识别算法予以验证。
4.如权利要求1所述的交友方法,其特征在于当搜索到拟交友对象在不同交友APP的一个或多个账号时,把这些账号返回给用户供其选择一个账号发送交友请求,如果选择的接触账号是有合作的社交平台的账号,则用户需填上其在该有合作的社交平台的账号。
5.如权利要求1所述的交友方法,其特征在于若两位用户同时打开该交友App启用交友扫描功能并对准对方,在一定时间内(比如10秒内)同时或相继点击对方头像,同时或相继发出请求与对方交友的指令,则直接交友成功,设置双方为好友。
6.实现一种基于人脸识别的交友方法的装置,包括安装了具有交友扫描功能以及点击头像发出交友指令功能的交友App的智能手机或者Pad以及运行交友App后台程序并存储相关会员数据库的主机,后台程序还包括人脸识别模块,用于识别交友对象和用户,并在数据库中搜索拟交友对象的账号,智能手机或者Pad可以通过5G或者其他无线通信技术与主机通信。
7.如权利要求6所述的交友装置,其特征在于用户发出交友指令时,让用户选择是否附上用户的真实照片或头像以及交友附言便于拟交友对象浏览。
8.如权利要求6所述的交友装置,其特征在于用户发出交友指令时,若用户账户里面尚未提供用户的真实照片或头像,则询问是否拍摄用户自身照片或头像,拍摄之后保存,用户之后可以提供更好的照片或头像予以代替,后台主机将启动人脸识别算法予以验证。
