Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于制造模型车身的方法,以及借此制造的模型车身。
背景技术
按照惯例,车式模型(迷你车)作为儿童的玩具或供成人在美学上欣赏的装饰品而广泛流行。为此,存在精细制造迷你车来尽可能接近地模仿真车的需求。因此,存在为观赏目的提供的迷你车,其复刻真车内部和外观。
一般来说,通过模制来制造塑料模型车身。用于模制塑料模型车身的钢模包括具有内部核心的核心板、顶板以及两个侧板。在制造塑料时,核心板、顶板和两个侧板彼此组合,使得钢模闭合,且在钢模中形成腔,且接着将熔化的塑料注入到模具的腔中。在熔化的塑料填满模具的腔之后,熔化的塑料将固化,以便形成塑料模型车身。在熔化的塑料已固化,且塑料模型车身已硬化成形之后,打开模具,且将塑料模型车身从模具的核心板剥离。
模型车身通常在其腰线上最宽,且朝上部和下侧逐渐变窄。如果核心板的内部核心的车身腰线比核心板的内部核心的下部部分大得多,那么注入塑料模型车身无法从核心板的内部核心容易地剥离。因此,塑料模型车身应配置成在其内部具有拔模角,使得塑料模型车身在已硬化成形之后,可从核心板的内部核心容易地剥离。同样地,核心板的内部核心应相应地逐渐变窄。
当塑料模型汽车包括可打开的车门时,塑料模型车身应分别在车门开口周围具有框架,且每一框架应比塑料模型车身面板厚,以便容纳车门。通常,塑料模型车身和较厚的框架将通过模制一起制造,且具有较厚框架的塑料模型车身应配置成具有拔模角。然而,在注入之后,在熔化塑料的凝固期间,塑料将收缩,且塑料零件越厚,收缩率越高。如果塑料模型汽车应具有平滑的外表面,但其内表面配置成在各个零件上具有不均匀的厚度,以便在塑料模型车身的内部形成拔模角,那么熔化塑料的凝固的不同收缩率将导致塑料模型车身的外表面不均匀。
发明内容
高价可收藏塑料模型车身在外表面上必须完全光滑,为此,塑料模型车身,尤其侧门的壁厚必须保持最小,以避免任何收缩。如果为了从内部核心容易剥离车身而需要使壁较厚,那么将附接单独的一条塑料块来形成必要的厚度。通过名为“夹物模制”的方法来执行塑料块的附接。夹物模制是塑料制造工业中常用的方法,但在塑料模型汽车制造中是独特的。
根据本发明的一个示范性实施例,一种用于制造模型车身的方法包括:制备钢模,其包括具有内部核心的核心板,以及顶板和两个侧板;将至少一个预制塑料块附接到核心板的内部核心的一侧;将核心板、顶板和侧板彼此组合,其中在顶板、侧板、核心板的内部核心以及至少一个预制塑料块之间形成腔;将熔化的塑料材料注入到所述腔中,其中所述熔化的塑料材料填充所述腔,且所述至少一个预制的塑料块被熔化的塑料材料包覆;使熔化的塑料固化,以便形成模型车身,其中所述至少一个预制塑料块与塑料模型车身整合;将核心板、顶板和侧板彼此分离;以及将具有至少一个预制塑料块的模型车身从模具剥离。
根据本发明的另一示范性实施例,一种塑料模型车身包括与车身的内表面整合的至少一个塑料块,其中所述至少一个塑料块和车身的对应于所述至少一个塑料块的部分的总厚度大于车身的另一部分的壁厚。

图1示出用于制造塑料模型车身的钢模1。钢模1包括顶板11、至少两个侧板12和核心板13,其中核心板13包括基极131,且布置在基极131和内部核心132上方的内部核心132从其底部向其顶部逐渐变窄。顶板11和至少两个侧板12是可移动的,且核心板13是固定的。顶板11和至少两个侧板12可移动成邻近于核心板13,使得它们彼此组合。
图2A到2E示出根据本发明的实施例的塑料模型车身的一个实施例的制造工艺。首先,参看图2A,至少一个预制小塑料块2附接到核心板13的内部核心132,其中所述至少一个预制小塑料块2定位成对应于塑料模型车身的将形成所需壁厚的部分,例如塑料模型车身的门开口的框架。如图2A所示,两个预制小塑料块2分别附接到核心板13的内部核心132的两侧。

参看图2C,在封闭模具1之后,将熔化的塑料3注入到模具1内的腔15中。当熔化的塑料3填满腔15时,预制塑料块2被熔化的塑料3包覆。在熔化的塑料3填满腔15之后,使熔化的塑料3固化,以形成塑料模型车身。由于腔15较薄,且腔15的厚度大体上恒定,所以填满腔15的熔化的塑料3将具有大体上统一的薄厚度,且在熔化的塑料3的凝固期间不存在收缩。
参考图2D,在熔化的塑料3凝固之后,使塑料模型车身5硬化成形,且预制塑料块2与塑料模型车身5整合,且成为塑料模型车身5的部分。接着,顶板11和侧板12分别在箭头的方向上移动,使得顶板11、侧板12和核心板13彼此分离,且模具1打开。
由于塑料块2与塑料模型车身5整合,且成为塑料模型车身3的部分,因此模型车身5的与塑料块2整合的部分将具有比塑料模型车身5的不与塑料块2整合的其它部分大的壁厚。也就是说,使用塑料块2来形成塑料模型车身5的额外壁厚,且因此塑料模型车身5可在各个部分具有不同壁厚。
此外,与塑料模型车身5的内表面整合的塑料块5还将在塑料模型车身的内部形成“拔模角”,使得塑料模型车身5可从核心板13的内部核心132容易地剥离。
参看图2E,在打开模具1之后,将塑料模型车身5从核心板13的内部核心132剥离。
图3示出根据本发明的实施例的塑料模型车身5。如图3所示,塑料块2与塑料模型车身5的内表面整合,且它们位于塑料模型汽车5的门开口的框架处。一般来说,塑料模型车身5的壁厚尽可能地减小,其可在0.5mm到3.0mm的范围内,塑料块5用于在塑料模型车身3的内表面上形成额外壁厚,使得塑料模型车身3在与塑料块2整合的部分具有较大的壁厚。参看图3,塑料模型车身3在门开口的框架处具有较大的壁厚。
另外,如果模型车身5具有任何需要过多壁厚的特定区域,那么塑料块2可位于上述的特定区域,如前部和后部减震器的内侧,或车顶面板下面。
如上文所提到,通过***预制塑料块2,而不是熔化的塑料3的凝固,来形成塑料模型车身5的增加的壁厚。当熔化的塑料3固化时,塑料模型车身5的具有较大壁厚的部分将不收缩。因此,在塑料模型车身5硬化成形之后,塑料模型车身5的整个外表面可保持光滑。

Claims (12)
1.一种制造模型车身的方法,其包括
制备钢模,其包括具有内部核心的核心板、顶板和至少两个侧板;
将至少一个预制塑料块附接到所述核心板的所述内部核心的一侧;
将所述核心板、所述顶板和所述至少两个侧板彼此组合,其中在所述顶板、所述侧板、所述核心板的所述内部核心以及所述至少一个预制塑料块之间形成腔;
将熔化的塑料材料注入到所述腔中,其中所述熔化的塑料材料充满所述腔,且所述至少一个预制塑料块被所述熔化的塑料材料包覆;
使所述熔化的塑料固化以便形成所述模型车身,其中所述至少一个预制塑料块与所述塑料模型车身整合;
使所述核心板、所述顶板和所述至少两个侧板彼此分离;以及
将具有所述至少一个预制塑料块的所述模型车身从所述模具剥离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述至少一个预制塑料块定位成大体上对应于所述模型汽车的其中将形成所需壁厚的部分。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述至少一个预制塑料块定位成大体上对应于所述模型车身的门开口的框架。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述核心板是固定的,且所述顶板和所述至少两个侧板是可移动的。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中当所述核心板、所述顶板和所述至少两个侧板彼此组合时,所述顶板与所述核心板的所述内部核心之间的距离、所述至少两个侧板与所述核心板的所述内部核心之间的距离,以及所述至少两个侧板与所述至少一个预制塑料块之间的距离尽可能小。
