Abstract
本发明公开了一种水性分散体产品的制备方法,属于聚氨酯发泡材料技术领域。一种水性分散体产品的制备方法,包括以下原料按百分比组成:(a)至少一种或多种烃类化合物;(b)分散剂;(c)助剂;(d)水;包括如下步骤:S1、将所述(a)烃类化合物、(b)分散剂、(c)助剂投入到反应容器内,加热搅拌混合;S2、将(d)水加热到80~100 oC加入上述S1中制得的混合物中,进行均质分散;S3、将上述S2中均质分散制得的混合物经降温、过滤;用本方法制备的水性分散体产品在聚氨酯模塑制品脱模、离型、防粘、表面开孔性能优异,可以用于聚氨酯模塑制品的离型、防粘,同时该水性分散体产品能够实现聚氨酯模塑制品表面开孔。

技术领域
本发明涉及聚氨酯发泡材料特别是制备聚氨酯模塑材料,聚氨酯软泡材料,聚氨酯高回弹材料等表面防粘、脱模、离型、模塑产品表面开孔的水性分散体产品及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯泡沫材料主要由多异氰酸酯与含羟基化合物聚醚、聚醚多元醇、聚酯化合物,发泡剂、催化剂、稳泡剂等通过专用设备充分混合反应聚合而成的高分子聚合物。主要涉及如下反应:1)多异氰酸酯与含羟基化合物反应生成氨基甲酸酯产物;
2)异氰酸酯与水反应,先生成不稳定的氨基甲酸,然后立即分解,放出二氧化碳,生成胺基化合物。
目前普遍使用的一步法聚氨酯发泡工艺将聚酯或聚醚多元醇、异氰酸酯、水、催化剂和表面活性剂等,在加热或常温下进行发泡,该工艺的重要原理是生成二氧化碳。
聚氨酯发泡材料可以分为聚氨酯软泡、硬泡和半硬泡材料。聚氨酯软泡为开孔结构,开孔结构是指发泡材料存在泡孔,泡孔和泡孔之间,相互连通或完全连通,单维或多维都能通过气体或液体,孔径大小可以根据需要进行调整,一般用途的软泡材料孔径约为3mm。
聚氨酯软泡材料的分子量较大,具有优越的压缩性、可回弹性。广泛应用于缓冲材料、沙发、枕头、坐垫、汽车座椅、服装和隔音内衬等。软泡材料可以细分为结皮和不结皮,所谓结皮是指材料表面布满连续的一层膜,通常情况下该膜有一定的厚度。不结皮是指材料表面能观察到明显的开孔结构。表面结皮材料使用在表面需要耐磨的应用领域如汽车方向盘、座椅扶手等;不结皮的产品应用于高回弹座椅、坐垫、海绵过滤等应用领域。
聚氨酯硬泡指结构强度较高的聚氨酯发泡材料,主要应用于冰箱、喷涂太阳能热线管、建筑保温层等应用领域。半硬泡材料指性能介于软泡和硬泡之间的泡沫材料,其特点是分子量或交联密度大于软泡但小于硬泡,半硬泡材料用于制作减震和吸音材料。
聚氨酯软泡、聚氨酯硬泡和半硬泡材料在制备模制品时都需要使用到脱模剂。脱模剂是指施工在模具表面起到防粘、离型作用的;能够使得模具表面不会与聚氨酯反应混合物接触,这样使得聚氨酯模制品能够容易的从模具上移去。脱模剂的基本功能是离型、防粘,但聚氨酯脱模的实际应用中有需要脱模剂能够使得聚氨酯模塑制品表面开孔、聚氨酯模塑制品表面结皮。现有的技术基本上能满足聚氨酯表面结皮的应用要求,根据行业应用表面表面结皮的脱模剂配方是不能够应用于表面开孔制品。
现有技术如专利CN101260236A使用氧化聚乙烯蜡、酯蜡、合成酸蜡,带羟基的硅聚合物,用壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚,使用高压反应釜进行乳化。制备出一种聚氨酯水性脱模剂硅蜡乳液。该技术使用带羟基的硅烷聚合物,在高模温条件下和高活性的异氰酸酯为原料,制备的聚氨酯模塑制品中会出现严重的表面缺陷,硅烷聚合物的羟基会参与异氰酸酯的反应。
专利CN200710142769.7选用皂类、油类、蜡类和聚硅氧烷,乳化剂,至少一种羧酸铋和水制备出水性分散体聚氨酯模制品脱模剂。专利CN200710109940.4使用皂类、油类、蜡类和聚硅氧烷,添加至少一种羧酸铋,有机溶剂,和助剂制备出聚氨酯脱模剂。专利CN200810098558.2使用皂类、油类、蜡类和聚硅氧烷,添加至少一种碱金属或碱土金属的羧酸盐,和水制备出聚氨酯脱模剂。这三项技术使用至少一种羧酸铋,和碱金属或碱土金属的羧酸盐,羧酸铋和碱金属或碱土金属的羧酸盐为异氰酸酯与聚醚多元醇的催化剂,根据专利技术描述该催化剂能够加聚醚多元醇与异氰酸酯的反应,可以改善聚氨酯模制品表面光滑,但该技术无法满足聚氨酯制品对表面开孔性的要求,存在严重的技术缺陷。
专利CN200810135854.5用至少一种具有脱模活性的蜡,和至少一种脱模活性的油制备了不含溶剂的聚氨酯制品脱模剂,该脱模剂实现了无有机挥发气体,但是该脱模剂施工过程中要进行加热喷涂,否则无法施工,同时该技术产品在模具表面累积严重,严重影响模具使用效率。
专利200810145617.7用至少一种金属皂作为脱模活性剂和一种聚亚烷基二醇制备出含水聚氨酯模制品脱模剂。金属皂是发泡聚氨酯材料的催化剂,同时聚亚烷基二醇也是可以与异氰酸酯反应的物质,在聚氨酯软泡和半硬泡使用该技术产品容易出现表面缺陷,该技术无法实现对聚氨酯模塑制品有效脱模。
专利CN200910048867.3用乳化蜡,甲基硅油乳液,改性硅油乳液,去离子水,乳化剂,添加剂,防腐剂。制备出一种聚氨酯水性脱模剂。专利CN200910048868.8用甲基硅油,羟基硅油,改性氨基硅油,氯代烷烃和添加剂制了一种油性聚氨酯脱模剂。这两项专利技术主要应用在聚氨酯硬泡和半硬泡脱模,在聚氨酯软泡和表面需要开孔的模塑制品中无法使用。现有的技术产品大多含有有机溶剂使用过程中存在严重的有机挥发性气体严重影响环境与现场工人的健康。如专利CN201210249651.5一种溶剂型的聚氨酯脱模剂,专利CN201710845347.X一种聚氨酯高回弹脱模剂。现有水性脱模剂技术如专利CN201410370841.1一种聚氨酯水性脱模剂,专利 201510305346.7一种聚氨酯脱模剂,专利CN201510435666.4一种聚氨酯鞋底用有机硅脱模剂,专利CN201510746473.0一种高回弹聚氨酯制品专用脱模剂及其制备,专利CN201610934114.2一种聚氨酯弹性体的脱模剂,专利CN201611044003.0一种聚氨酯用水性脱模剂,现有水性脱模剂技术在使用时存在烧泡现象,即聚氨酯表面会出现孔、洼、硬皮等表面缺陷。不能解决聚氨酯软泡产品表面开孔性,现有技术产品在模具上存在严重的堆积问题,影响聚氨酯模塑制品表面平整,无法满足生产与应用需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决为了克服上述问题,本发明公开了一种水性分散体产品,该产品可以用于聚氨酯模塑制品的离型、防粘、同时该水性分散体产品能够实现聚氨酯模塑制品表面开孔。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种水性分体产品,包括:
(a)至少一种或多种烃类化合物0.5~40%;
(b)分散剂0.001~20%;
(c)助剂0.0001~30%;
(d)水10~99.4989%;
其中,该分散体产品含有至少一种平均粒度为0.005-100μm和多分散性为小于5的粒子。
优选的,所述烃类化合物熔点范围为55~140℃;
所述烃类化合物为结晶性化合物,所述结晶性化合物结晶度为10~100%;
所述烃类化合物具体为聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯丙烯共聚物、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯丙烯共聚物、聚1,4-丁二烯、费托合成烃类化合物、石油烷烃化合物、α烯烃共聚物或均聚物,中的一种或多种;所述α烯烃共聚物或均聚物的聚合单体可以是、丙烯、丁烯、乙烯、 1-丁烯、十二烯、3-甲基-1-丁烯、4-甲基-1-戊烯中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述分散剂具体为一种或多种复配,包含:非离子表面活性剂、阴非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、丙二醇嵌段聚醚、马来酸酐共聚丁烯、苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物、聚苯乙烯磺酸、聚苯乙烯磺酸盐中的一种或多种混合物,或其中一类物质中的一种或多种混合,或多类物质中的一种或多类种混合物。
优选的,所述非离子表面活性剂HLB值为0~40;所述非离子表面活性剂包含以下几类中的一种或多种混合物:
a)脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,结构式为R1O(C2H4O)nH,R1为直链烷烃、非直链烷烃、或直链烷烃和非直链烷烃混合物,R1的平均碳数为 3~200个碳元素。n为平均个数n=1~100,n为实数;
b)脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯,结构式为R2OO(C2H4O)nH,R2为直链烷烃、非直链烷烃、或直链烷烃和非直链烷烃混合物,R2的平均碳数为 3~200个碳元素,n为平均个数n=1~100,n为实数;
c)烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,结构式为R3可以在苯环的任意位置,R3为直链烷烃、非直链烷烃、或直链烷烃和非直链烷烃混合物,R3的平均碳数为3~200个碳元素,n为平均个数 n=1~100,n为实数;
d)聚氧乙烯脂肪胺,结构式为R4为直链烷烃或非直链烷烃、直链烷烃和非直链烷烃混合物,R4的平均碳数为3~200个碳元素,优选的碳数为8~100个碳元素,优选的碳数为 10-80个碳元素,x=0~100,y=0~100,x,y为平均数且为实数;
e)聚氧乙烯酰胺,结构式为R5为直链烷烃、非直链烷烃、或直链烷烃和非直链烷烃混合物,R5的平均碳数为3~200个碳元素,x1=0~100,y1=0~100,x1,y1为平均数, x1,y1为实数;

一种水性分散体产品的制备方法,包括以下原料按百分比组成:
(a)至少一种或多种烃类化合物:0.5~40%;
(b)分散剂:0.001~20%;
(c)助剂:0.0001~30%;
(d)水:10~99.4989%;
其中,该水性分散体产品的生产方法包括如下步骤:
S1、将所述(a)烃类化合物、(b)分散剂、(c)助剂投入到反应容器内,加热搅拌混合;
S2、将(d)水加热到80~100℃加入上述S1中(a)烃类化合物、 (b)分散剂、(c)助剂各自单独或组合后进行均质分散,后再混合;
S3、将上述S2中均质分散制得的混合物经降温、过滤即得到水性分散体产品。
优选的,所述烃类化合物为聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯丙烯共聚物、聚1,4-丁二烯、费托合成烃类化合物、石油烷烃化合物、α烯烃共聚物或均聚物,中的一种或多种;所述α烯烃共聚物或均聚物的聚合单体可以是、丙烯、丁烯、乙烯、1-丁烯、十二烯、3-甲基-1-丁烯、4-甲基-1-戊烯中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述分散剂具体为一种或多种复配,包含:非离子表面活性剂、阴非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、丙二醇嵌段聚醚、马来酸酐共聚丁烯、苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物、聚苯乙烯磺酸、聚苯乙烯磺酸盐中的一种或多种混合物,或其中一类物质中的一种或多种混合,或多类物质中的一种或多类种混合物。
优选的,所述助剂可以是一种或多种复配,包含:成膜助剂、助乳化剂、消泡剂、润湿剂、流平剂、防腐剂、助脱模剂、助润滑剂、助防水剂、稳泡剂、开孔剂、抗氧剂、抗紫外线剂、催化剂、交联剂、增稠剂、附着力促进剂、颜料的一种或多种混合物,或其中一类中的一种或多种混合,或多类物质的一种或多类种混合。
优选的,所述水为去离子水或蒸馏水。
优选的,所述S1中加热温度为80-120℃。
优选的,所述S2中均质分散具体采用均质分散机进行常压下均质分散或加压下均质分散;均质分机可以是高剪切旋转式均质机、离心式均质机、喷射式均质机、胶体磨式均质机、高压均质机、薄膜乳化均质机、高压微通道射流均质机、机械搅拌机、超声波均质机、的一种或多种混合。
优选的,所述常压条件下均质分散步骤S1中加热温度为 70-120℃,均质分散转速为200-40000转/min,均质分散时间为 1-120min;
所述加压条件下均质分散步骤S1中反应容器的反应压力为 101.325~1114.575KPa,反应温度为100~183.2℃,均质分散转速为 10~20000转/min;
所述高压均质分散机,分散压力为0~600MPa;高压均质分散温度为-15~100℃;
所述超声波均质机,超声波功率为0.5-18KW,超声波振幅为 20-120μm,超声波频率为15-1000KHZ。
优选的,所述S2中均质分散为间隙式或连续式混合中的一种或多种,S2均质分散结束后,可以选择再进行高压均质分散。
优选的,所述步骤S3中降温采用自然降温或降温媒介降温;所述过滤采用HIP超高压高精密过滤器、高压袋式过滤器、常压滤网或滤袋过滤器、高压陶瓷过滤器、高压滤膜过滤器、高压玻璃纤维过滤器、聚碳酸酯滤膜过滤的一种或几种;所述过滤工艺为可选项。

本发明公开了一种水性分散体产品及其制备方法,用该方法制备的水性分散体产品水性分散体产品在聚氨酯模塑制品脱模、离型、防粘、表面开孔性能优异,可以用于聚氨酯模塑制品的离型、防粘,同时该水性分散体产品能够实现聚氨酯模塑制品表面开孔。该水性分散体除上述应用外还可以用于聚氨酯模塑制品表面润滑、消音等;该水性分散体产品不局限于聚氨酯领域的应用,还可用于水性涂层表面改性,如表面防水、耐磨、防滑等应用。

一种水性分体产品,包括:
(a)至少一种或多种烃类化合物0.5~40%;
(b)分散剂0.001~20%;
(c)助剂0.0001~30%;
(d)水10~99.4989%;
其中,该分散体产品含有至少一种平均粒度为0.005-100μm和多分散性为小于5的粒子。
烃类化合物熔点范围为55~140℃;
烃类化合物为结晶性化合物,结晶性化合物结晶度为10~100%;
烃类化合物具体为聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯丙烯共聚物、聚1,4- 丁二烯、费托合成烃类化合物、石油烷烃化合物、α烯烃共聚物或均聚物,中的一种或多种;所述α烯烃共聚物或均聚物的聚合单体可以是、丙烯、丁烯、乙烯、1-丁烯、十二烯、3-甲基-1-丁烯、4-甲基-1-戊烯中的一种或多种。
分散剂具体为一种或多种复配,包含:非离子表面活性剂、阴非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、丙二醇嵌段聚醚、马来酸酐共聚丁烯、苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物、聚苯乙烯磺酸、聚苯乙烯磺酸盐中的一种或多种混合物,或其中一类物质中的一种或多种混合,或多类物质中的一种或多类种混合物。
非离子表面活性剂HLB值为0~40;非离子表面活性剂包含以下几类中的一种或多种混合物:
a)脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,结构式为R1O(C2H4O)nH,R1为直链烷烃、非直链烷烃、或直链烷烃和非直链烷烃混合物,R1的平均碳数为 3~200个碳元素。n为平均个数n=1~100,n为实数;
b)脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯,结构式为R2OO(C2H4O)nH,R2为直链烷烃、非直链烷烃、或直链烷烃和非直链烷烃混合物,R2的平均碳数为 3~200个碳元素,n为平均个数n=1~100,n为实数;
c)烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,结构式为R3可以在苯环的任意位置,R3为直链烷烃、非直链烷烃、或直链烷烃和非直链烷烃混合物,R3的平均碳数为3~200个碳元素,n为平均个数 n=1~100,n为实数;
d)聚氧乙烯脂肪胺,结构式为R4为直链烷烃或非直链烷烃、直链烷烃和非直链烷烃混合物,R4的平均碳数为3~200个碳元素,优选的碳数为8~100个碳元素,优选的碳数为 10-80个碳元素,x=0~100,y=0~100,x,y为平均数且为实数;
e)聚氧乙烯酰胺,结构式为R5为直链烷烃、非直链烷烃、或直链烷烃和非直链烷烃混合物,R5的平均碳数为3~200个碳元素,x1=0~100,y1=0~100,x1,y1为平均数, x1,y1为实数;
f)聚氧乙烯蓖麻油、炔二醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇、聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯、聚乙二醇油酸酯、聚氧乙烯 -聚氧丙烯共聚物、烷基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、烯丙基聚乙二醇、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、有机氟改性表面活性剂、全氟聚醚、有机硅改性表面活性剂、聚乙氧基三硅氧烷、聚醚有机硅表面活性剂、脂肪酸酸、脂肪醇、脂肪胺、油酸、异构油酸、嵌段聚醚有机硅表面活性剂、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙嵌段聚合物、高分子乳化剂、聚异丁烯基丁二酸酐、聚异丁烯基丁二酸酐酯化物、聚异丁烯基丁二酸酐改性物、马来酸酐接枝聚丁二烯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮改性物中的一种或多种混合物。
阴非离子表面活性剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚羧酸、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸、醇醚羧酸、脂肪醇醚磷酸酯、酚醚磷酸酯TXP-4、酚醚磷酸酯TXP-10、异十三醇磷酸酯、月桂基磷酸酯、脂肪醇醚磷酸酯钾盐、酚醚磷酸酯钾盐、酚醚磷酸酯钾盐、异十三醇醚(6)磷酸酯钾盐、月桂基磷酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯(4) 醚硫酸铵盐中的一种或几种混合物;
阴离子表面活性剂为脂肪酸盐、油酸钠、油酸钙、硬脂酸钠、硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸铝、N-油酰基多缩氨基酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、α-烯烃磺酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、琥珀酸酯磺酸盐、琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐、二丁基萘磺酸钠、脂肪醇硫酸(酯)盐、脂肪醇硫酸酯单乙醇胺盐、脂肪酸的磺烷基酰胺、脂肪酸的磺烷基酯、仲烷基硫酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯盐、烷基磷酸酯盐、烷基磷酸酯盐中的一种或多种混合物;
阳离子表面活性剂为N-烷基单乙醇胺盐、N-烷基二乙醇胺盐、烷基季铵盐、C12~C18烷基三甲基氯(溴)化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵、双烷基季铵盐、通过酰胺、酯、醚等基团连接的铵盐如 Sapamine类表面活性剂、双季铵盐和多季铵盐如迪恩普结构、吡啶盐、C12~C18烷基吡啶氯(溴)化物咪唑啉、咪唑啉酸化物、咪唑啉季铵化物、2-烷基咪唑啉与硫酸二甲酯或卤代烷烃生成的季铵盐、2- 烷基咪唑啉的脂肪酸络物、2-烷基乙酰胺基乙基咪唑啉、2-烷基-1-羟基乙基咪唑啉衍生物、2-烷基苯并咪唑衍生物中的一种或多种混合物;
两性表面活性剂为羧基甜菜碱、十二烷基甜菜碱、磺基甜菜碱、羟基磺丙基甜菜碱、硫酸基和亚硫酸基甜菜碱、聚氧乙烯改性甜菜碱、氨基酸、长链烷基氨基酸、N-烷基多氨乙基甘氨酸、烷基多胺多氨基酸、烷基低聚氨基酸中的一种或多种混合物。
助剂可以是一种或多种复配,包含:成膜助剂、助乳化剂、消泡剂、润湿剂、流平剂、防腐剂、助脱模剂、助润滑剂、助防水剂、稳泡剂、开孔剂、抗氧剂、抗紫外线剂、催化剂、交联剂、增稠剂、附着力促进剂、颜料的一种或多种混合物,或其中一类中的一种或多种混合,或多类物质的一种或多类种混合。
成膜助剂可以为醇醚溶剂、丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇甲醚、三丙二醇甲醚、二丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、丙二醇丁醚、二丙二醇丁醚、乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯、二乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯、二乙二醇二甲醚、1-(2-甲氧基-1- 甲基乙氧基)异丙醇、丙二醇二甲基醚、丙二醇二甲基醚、三丙二醇基甲基乙基醚、乙醇、甲醇、乙酸乙酯、混合醇醚溶剂、醇酯溶剂、 2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇单异丁酸酯、碳氢溶剂、异构烷烃溶剂、脱芳烃溶剂油、异构十二烷基、异构十六烷、异构二十烷、氟碳溶剂、全氟三丙胺、全氟己酮、十氟戊烷、氢氟醚HFE、1,1,2,2-四氟乙基 -2,2,3,3-四氟丙基醚、氟氯烷烃HCFC中的一种或多种混合物;
助乳化剂可以为脂肪酸、脂肪胺、脂肪醇、18烷酸、异构烷酸、异构烷醇、丁醇、辛醇、苯甲醇、脂肪酸甲酯、脂肪酸乙酯中的一种或多种混合;
消泡剂可以为矿物油类消泡剂、有机硅消泡剂、粉末消泡剂、聚醚消泡剂、非有机硅消泡剂中的一种或多种混合物;
润湿剂可以为有机硅类润湿剂、非有机硅类润湿剂、有机氟表面活性剂、殊醇类表面活性剂中的一种或多种混合物;
流平剂可以为聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷溶液、含氟表面活性剂、改性丙烯酸、氟改性丙烯酸、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙嵌段聚醚、炔二醇改性表面活性剂、有机硅改性表面活性剂、聚氨酯改性流平剂中的一种或多种混合物;
防腐剂可以为1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、甲醛、卡松凯松防腐剂 5-氯-2-甲基-1-异噻唑啉-3-酮、2-甲基-1-异噻唑啉-3-酮、2-甲基-4-异噻唑-3-酮、2-甲基-1-异噻唑啉-3-酮、山梨酸钾、丙酸钠、苯甲酸钠、苯甲醇、对羟基苯甲酸酯、富马酸、戊二醛、氢氧化铜、醋酸铜、有机铜、氧化亚铜、二氧化钛、银粉、亚硝酸盐中的一种或多种混合物;
助脱模剂可以为有机硅油、改性有机硅油、氨基硅油、苯基硅油、含氢硅油、硅脂、硅树脂、MQ有机硅树脂、长链烷基硅油、长链烷基苯基硅油、有机硅蜡、聚甲基硅氧烷和有机硅树脂混合物、聚四氟乙烯改性聚乙烯蜡、聚四氟乙烯、聚偏氟乙烯、氟化硅油、氟化硅脂、氟化聚乙烯蜡、全氟化油、全氟化聚醚油中的一种或几种混合物;
助润滑剂可以为白油、环烷油、合成润滑油、聚1,4-丁二烯、聚异丁烯、氢化聚异丁烯、氟碳表面活性剂、全氟化油、全氟化聚醚油的一种或多种混合物;
助防水剂可以为聚丙烯酸树脂、聚酚醛树脂、碳五石油树脂、碳九石油树脂、聚氨酯树脂、聚合松香、聚乙烯醋酸乙烯酯、聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚苯乙烯丁二烯共聚物、SEBS聚苯乙烯(S)-聚乙烯(E)- 聚丁烯(B)-聚苯乙烯(S)、三元乙丙橡胶中的一种或多种混合物;
稳泡剂可以为十二烷基二甲基氧化胺、烷基醇酰胺、十二烷基硫酸钠,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、α-烯基磺酸钠、有机硅类改性聚氧乙烯聚氧丙共聚物中的一种或多种混合物;
开孔剂可以为液体石蜡、聚丁二烯、甲基聚硅氧烷、有机硅树脂、聚氧化丙烯聚氧化乙烯共聚醚、聚氧化烯烃聚硅氧烷共聚物、中的一种或多种混合物;
抗氧剂可以为抗氧剂1010、四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯、抗氧剂300、4,4'-硫代双(6-叔丁基-3-甲基苯酚)、抗氧剂1076、β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸十八碳醇酯、抗氧剂168、三[2.4-二叔丁基苯基]亚磷酸酯、抗氧剂2246、2,2'-亚甲基双-(4-甲基 -6-叔丁基苯酚)、N,N'-二甲苯基对苯二胺中的一种或多种混合物;
抗紫外线剂可以为双(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶)癸二酸酯、双 (2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)癸二酸酯、羟基三嗪衍生物、四-羟基-2,2,6,6- 四甲基-1-哌啶乙醇双甲基丁二酸聚合物、2-(2H-苯并***-2-基)-4,6- 二特戊基苯酚、苯并三氮唑混合物中的一种或多种混合物;
催化剂可以为有机胺路易斯碱、五甲基二乙烯三胺、N,N-二甲基环己胺、二甲胺基丙胺二异丙醇、二甲胺基乙氧基乙醇、三甲基羟乙基乙二胺、双(二甲胺基乙基)醚、1,3,5三(二甲氨基丙基)六氢三嗪、三乙烯二胺、金属有机化合物路易斯酸、三丁基氢化锡、二月桂酸二辛基锡、辛酸亚锡、烯丙基三丁基锡、乙烯基三丁基锡、二丁基醋酸锡、有机铋、有机锌、螯合铋、铋锌混合物中的一种或多种混合物;
催化剂可以为有机胺路易斯碱、五甲基二乙烯三胺、N,N-二甲基环己胺、二甲胺基丙胺二异丙醇、二甲胺基乙氧基乙醇、三甲基羟乙基乙二胺、双(二甲胺基乙基)醚、1,3,5三(二甲氨基丙基)六氢三嗪、三乙烯二胺、金属有机化合物路易斯酸、三丁基氢化锡、二月桂酸二辛基锡、辛酸亚锡、烯丙基三丁基锡、乙烯基三丁基锡、二丁基醋酸锡、有机铋、有机锌、螯合铋、铋锌混合物中的一种或多种混合物;
交联剂可以为氮丙啶交联剂、三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯、聚碳化二亚胺、有机钛酸酯交联剂、二(乙酰丙酮基)二异丙氧基钛酸酯、有机铝交联剂、柠檬酸铝交联剂、乙酰丙酮铝、有机硅交联剂中的一种或多种混合;
增稠剂可以为无机增稠剂、气相法白炭黑、钠基膨润土、有机膨润土、硅藻土、凹凸棒石土、分子筛、硅凝胶、纤维素醚、甲基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠、羟乙基纤维素、天然高分子及其衍生物、淀粉、明胶、海藻酸钠、干酪素、瓜尔胶、甲壳胺、***树胶、黄原胶、大豆蛋白胶、天然橡胶、羊毛脂、琼脂、合成高分子、聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚氧化乙烯、卡波树脂、聚丙烯酸、聚丙烯酸钠、聚丙烯酸酯共聚乳液、顺丁橡胶、丁苯橡胶、聚氨酯、改性聚脲、络合型有机金属化合物、氨基醇络合型钛酸酯、缔合型聚氨酯类增稠剂、聚氨酯增稠剂、疏水改性非聚氨酯增稠剂中的一种或多种混合物;
附着力促进剂可以为环氧基硅烷低聚物、环氧基的水性硅烷低聚物、双(乙酰丙酮基)二异丙基钛酸酯、LTH树脂、封闭型异氰酸酯交联剂、环氧磷酸酯、甘油有机聚合物、有机硅、亚胺改姓聚合物、丙烯酸改性氯化聚烯烃中的一种或多种混合物;
颜料为水性色浆,水性色浆可以为一种颜色或多种颜色的混合物;
pH调节剂为有机酸、乙酸、乙二酸、柠檬酸、无机酸、盐酸、磷酸、硫酸、有机碱、三乙胺、三乙醇胺、三乙烯二胺、双(二甲氨基丙基)异丙醇胺、氯化铵、碳酸氢铵、无机碱、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、碳酸钠、碳酸钾、柠檬酸钠中的一种或多种混合物。
水为去离子水或蒸馏水。
一种水性分散体产品的制备方法,包括以下原料按百分比组成:
(a)至少一种或多种烃类化合物:0.5~40%;
(b)分散剂:0.001~20%;
(c)助剂:0.0001~30%;
(d)水:10~99.4989%;
该水性分散体产品的生产方法包括如下步骤:
S1、将(a)烃类化合物、(b)分散剂、(c)助剂投入到反应容器内,加热搅拌混合;
S2、将(d)水加热到80~100℃加入上述S1中(a)烃类化合物、 (b)分散剂、(c)助剂各自单独或组合后进行均质分散,后再混合;
S3、将上述S2中均质分散制得的混合物经降温、过滤即得到水性分散体产品。
S1中加热温度为80-120℃。
S2中均质分散具体采用均质分机进行常压下均质分散或加压下均质分散,均质分机可以是高剪切旋转式均质机、离心式均质机、喷射式均质机、胶体磨式均质机、高压均质机、薄膜乳化均质机、高压微通道射流均质机、机械搅拌机、超声波均质机、的一种或多种混合。
常压条件下均质分散步骤S1中加热温度为70-120℃,均质分散转速为200-40000转/min,均质分散时间为1-120min,常压均质分散过程完成后,可以选择再进行高压均质分散;高压均质分散压力为 0-600MPa;高压均质分散温度为-15~100℃;高压均质分散可以选美国BEEDB4000生产型超高压均质机。
加压条件下均质分散步骤S1中反应容器的反应压力为 101.325~1114.575KPa,反应温度为100~183.2℃,均质分散转速为 10~20000转/min;加压均质分散过程完成后,可以再选择进行高压均质分散;高压均质分散压力为0~600MPa;高压均质分散温度为 -15~100℃;高压均质分散可以选美国BEEDB4000生产型超高压均质机。
S2中均质分散为间隙式或连续式中的一种或多种;间隙式分散的均质分机可以是IKA公司生产的ULTRA-TURRAX UTS均质机;连续式的均质机可以是IKA公司生产的DISPAX-DR 2000均质机;均质分散也可以在成套的均质分散设备中进行,如IKA 公司生产的SPP250分散设备。
步骤S3中降温采用自然降温或降温媒介降温;过滤采用HIP超高压高精密过滤器、高压袋式过滤器、常压滤网或滤袋过滤器、高压陶瓷过滤器、高压滤膜过滤器、高压玻璃纤维过滤器、聚碳酸酯滤膜过滤的一种或几种,过滤孔径大小为0.001~100微米;优选的过滤孔径为0.005~50微米;过滤工艺为可选项。
实验例:
下面通过具体的实施例对本发明一种水性分散体产品及其制备方法和应用做进一步详细的说明:
实验材料
高回弹软泡聚氨酯材料组合料A白料,B黑料,A:B为10:6(天津天宇聚氨酯有限公司),模温40~85℃,手工发泡。取A料10份,和B料6份,搅拌混合5s,注入模具中,6分钟后取模。
模具尺寸10×10×3cm。
评价方法
聚氨酯表面开孔性评价方法如下,在10×10cm的模塑制品表面观察开孔情况,记录开孔表面积和非开孔表面积,用开孔表面积(Sk) 与总表面积100的比值,记录成开孔百分数。按下面表格评价

按照表格1和表格4的配方比例,进行加工,加工过程为,把所有原料按比例放入压力反应釜,升温到120℃左右,控制压力约2个大气压,搅拌混合,反应30min,降温、过滤即得到所述水性分散体产品。常压下分散方法为将烃类化学、分散剂、助剂、加热到超过熔点温度5~40℃,将水加热到与其温度相当,后水加入油相中,均质分散后降温、过滤即得到产品。
用喷涂方式,把水性分散体产品喷涂在模具上,干燥后,后注入聚氨酯反应材料,控制模温40~85℃,6分钟后取出模塑制品进行观察评价,测试结果见表3。

表面润滑、消音效果评价方法
测试结果在汽车座椅厂完成,评价方法如下,在聚氨酯高回弹座椅上喷涂水性分散体产品,干燥后,进行与金属架装配,然后试坐与未喷涂水性分散体的座椅对比,没有异响为合格。测试配方和结果如表4。

1.一种水性分散体产品的制备方法,包括以下原料按百分比组成:
(a)至少一种或多种烃类化合物:0.5~40%;
(b)分散剂:0.001~20%;
(c)助剂:0.0001~30%;
(d)水:10~99.4989%;
其特征在于,该水性分散体产品的生产方法包括如下步骤:
S1、将所述(a)烃类化合物、(b)分散剂、(c)助剂投入到反应容器内,加热搅拌混合;
S2、将(d) 水加热到80~100 oC加入上述S1中(a)烃类化合物、(b)分散剂、(c)助剂各自单独或组合后进行均质分散,后再混合;
S3、将上述S2中均质分散制得的混合物、降温、过滤即得到水性分散体产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性分散体产品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述烃类化合物为聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯丙烯共聚物、聚1,4-丁二烯、费托合成烃类化合物、石油烷烃化合物、α烯烃共聚物或均聚物,中的一种或多种;所述α烯烃共聚物或均聚物的聚合单体可以是、丙烯、丁烯、乙烯、1-丁烯、十二烯、3-甲基-1-丁烯、4-甲基-1-戊烯中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性分散体产品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述分散剂具体为一种或多种复配,包含:非离子表面活性剂、阴非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、丙二醇嵌段聚醚、马来酸酐共聚丁烯、苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物、聚苯乙烯磺酸、聚苯乙烯磺酸盐中的一种或多种混合物,或其中一类物质中的一种或多种混合,或多类物质中的一种或多类种混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性分散体产品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述助剂可以是一种或多种复配,包含:成膜助剂、助乳化剂、消泡剂、润湿剂、流平剂、防腐剂、助脱模剂、助润滑剂、助防水剂、稳泡剂、开孔剂、抗氧剂、抗紫外线剂、催化剂、交联剂、增稠剂、附着力促进剂、颜料、pH调节剂的一种或多种混合物,或其中一类中的一种或多种混合,或多类物质的一种或多类种混合。

6.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性分散体产品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S1中加热温度为80-120℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性分散体产品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S2中均质分散具体采用均质分散机进行常压下均质分散或加压下均质分散,所述均质分机可以是高剪切旋转式均质机、离心式均质机、喷射式均质机、胶体磨式均质机、高压均质机、薄膜乳化均质机、高压微通道射流均质机、机械搅拌机、超声波均质机、的一种或多种混合。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种水性分散体产品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述常压条件下均质分散步骤S1中加热温度为70-120℃,均质分散转速为200-40000转/min,均质分散时间为1-120min;
所述加压条件下均质分散步骤S1中反应容器的反应压力为101.325~1114.575KPa,反应温度为100~183.2℃,均质分散转速为10~20000转/min;
所述高压均质分散机,分散压力为0~600MPa;高压均质分散温度为-15~100 oC;
所述超声波均质机,超声波功率为0.5-18KW,超声波振幅为20-120μm,超声波频率为15-1000KHZ。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性分散体产品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S2中均质分散为间隙式或连续式中的一种或多种;所述S2均质分散结束后,可以选择再进行高压均质分散。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性分散体产品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中降温采用自然降温或降温媒介降温;所述过滤采用HIP超高压高精密过滤器、高压袋式过滤器、常压滤网或滤袋过滤器、高压陶瓷过滤器、高压滤膜过滤器、高压玻璃纤维过滤器、聚碳酸酯滤膜过滤的一种或几种,所述过滤工艺为可选项。
