在此,支架角形件4、5和桥架3表示制动施加侧。对应地,在制动器支架1的反作用侧上一体成型有输入侧的支架角形件7、输出侧的支架角形件8以及桥架6。
在进一步的描述中详细描述在制动施加侧上的衬片安装槽的构型。
在此,反作用侧的衬片安装槽可以以相同的方式实施。但也可设想,反作用侧的衬片安装槽构造成至少略微不同于制动施加侧的衬片安装槽。
桥架3的邻接于支架角形件4、5的区域形成用于径向支承制动衬片9的支承面31、32,其中,制动衬片的下侧96在推入的状态下放置在支承面31、32上。制动器支架1的反作用侧的桥架6也具有这样的支承面61、62。
在制动衬片9的与所述下侧96相对置的上侧上优选地保持有衬片保持弹簧10。在此,所述衬片保持弹簧10优选在制动衬片9的衬片支架板91上侧的外边缘处固定在保持凸起部98上。
支架角形件4、5分别具有一个朝向衬片安装槽的内侧41、51,在制动衬片已装配的状态下制动衬片9的衬片支架板91的侧面92、93的至少一些区段如在图1中示出的贴靠面97支承到所述内侧上。
在支架角形件4、5的背离制动盘的侧面42、52上设置有相应的引导轮廓44、54,这些引导轮廓用于将制动衬片9引导到在衬片安装槽侧向的推入位置中。在此,这样的位置被称为推入位置,在该推入位置中制动衬片9可以在(未示出的)车轴的轴向上或制动盘旋转轴线的轴向上被推入到位于各支架角形件4、5之间的衬片安装槽中。
所述引导轮廓44、54(如在图2至5中示出的)优选作为支架角形件4、5的材料加厚部一体成型在支架角形件4、5的侧面42、52上。
由此能够实现,沿制动盘旋转轴线的径向方向(方向z)沿支架角形件4、5的梁件的侧面47、57引导的衬片支架板91(该衬片支架板在沿径向导入时不是精确地、而是侧向错开地移动)在沿z方向径向运动时利用下边缘碰撞到引导轮廓44、45上并且沿所述引导轮廓被引导到其定心的位置中,直到制动衬片9(如在图3中示出的)被置于装配区域33上。
所述装配区域33定义桥架3的邻接于支架角形件4、5的区域的相应支承面31、32的附加支承面,该装配区域被提供用于防止制动衬片9在衬片安装槽边上太远地在制动盘的旋转轴线方向上移动。
代替引导轮廓44、54一体成型在支架角形件4、5的侧面上,原则上也可设想,所述引导轮廓44、54作为单独的、例如板形的构件固定在相应的支架角形件上。
此外,支架角形件4、5的制动施加侧的侧面42、52具有接纳孔43、53,这些接纳孔用于滑动支承未示出的制动钳。
此外如在图1至图5中示出的,衬片安装槽的支架角形件4、5的引导轮廓44、54成形为朝向桥架3彼此汇聚。
因此,如在图2至图4中可特别好地看出的那样,引导轮廓44、54具有两个彼此成角度的直线区域。
在此,第一直线区域与推入方向z成角度地定向并且用于将制动衬片9引导到其在各支架角形件4、5之间的中央位置中。
第二直线区域沿径向、也就是说沿推入方向z定向,使得制动衬片9在达到装配区域33之后可以在制动盘旋转轴线的轴向上沿推入方向y被推入到各支架角形件4、5之间。
在图1至图5中示出的制动器支架1的变型方案中,在支架角形件4、5的相应内侧41、51上一体成型有突出部45、55,这些突出部用于径向固定制动衬片9,其具有带有侧向凹部94的相应成形的衬片支架板91。
在支架角形件4、5的突出部45、55下方分别一体成型有一个接纳部46、56,该接纳部用于接纳衬片支架板91的相应突出部95,其中,引导轮廓44、54分别在相应接纳部46、56的一个侧边缘处结束。在此,突出部95的高度h2优选对应于支架角形件4、5的接纳部46、56的高度h1,使得制动衬片沿径向固定在接纳部46、56中。
在图6和图7中示出的制动器支架100的替代的实施变型方案中,引导轮廓144、154以与借助之前所述制动器支架1描述的相同的方式实施。
所述制动器支架100与之前所述制动器支架1的主要区别在于支架角形件140、150的直线的内面141、151,使得在这样构造的制动器支架100中除了将制动衬片9直接导入到各支架角形件140、150之间之外也可以简单地实现侧向错开地推入制动衬片,因为将制动衬片9精确地定向在中心也在此通过引导轮廓144、154和在桥架130的支承面131、132上的装配区域131得以简化。
在这里示出的实施变型方案中,制动器支架100也这样实施,使得该制动器支架骑跨(未示出的)制动盘,从而支架角形件140、150和桥架130构成制动施加侧的衬片安装槽并且支架角形件170、180和桥架160构成反作用侧的衬片安装槽。
特别优选地,仅制动施加侧的支架角形件4、5、140、150可以构造有这样的引导轮廓44、54、144、154,这些引导轮廓用于将制动衬片9在衬片安装槽侧向的推入位置中引导。
反作用侧支架角形件7、8、170、180优选构造成没有这样的引导轮廓。同样,反作用侧的桥架6、160的支承面61、62、161、162这样构造,使得其在制动盘旋转轴线方向上的宽度对应于支架角形件7、8、170、180的宽度。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于商用车的能被气动或电动地操纵的盘式制动器的制动器支架(1、100),该制动器支架包括:
连接区域(2、120),以用于固定在车轴上;
至少一个衬片安装槽,以用于接纳和支承至少一个制动衬片(9),
其中,所述衬片安装槽由输入侧的支架角形件(4、140)、输出侧的支架角形件(5、150)以及连接所述输入侧的支架角形件(4、140)和输出侧的支架角形件(5、150)的桥架(3、130)构成,
其中,所述桥架(3、130)的邻接于支架角形件(4、5、140、150)的区域形成用于径向支承所述至少一个制动衬片(9)的支承面(31、32、131、132),
其特征在于,
在支架角形件(4、5、140、150)的侧面(42、52、142、152)上设置有相应的引导轮廓(44、54、144、154),以用于将制动衬片(9)引导到在衬片安装槽侧向的推入位置中,在该推入位置中制动衬片(9)能够在车轴的轴向上被推入到支架角形件(4、5、140、150)之间的衬片安装槽中,其中衬片安装槽的支架角形件(4、5、140、150)的引导轮廓(44、54、144、154)成形为朝向桥架(3、130)彼此汇聚。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制动器支架(1、100),其特征在于,所述用于径向支承所述至少一个制动衬片(9)的支承面(31、32、131、132)被侧向地扩大一个装配区域(33),以用于限定制动衬片向在衬片安装槽侧向的推入位置中的推移运动。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的制动器支架(1、100),其特征在于,所述引导轮廓(44、54、144、154)作为支架角形件(4、5、140、150)的材料加厚部一体成型在支架角形件(4、5、140、150)的侧面(42、52、142、152)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制动器支架(1、100),其特征在于,所述引导轮廓(44、54、144、154)分别具有至少一个直线的引导区域。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制动器支架(1、100),其特征在于,第一直线引导区域与支架角形件(4、5)的内侧(41、51)的平面成角度地定向,并且第二直线引导区域位于相应支架角形件(4、5)的内侧(41、51)的平面中。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的制动器支架(1、100),其特征在于,在支架角形件(4、5)的相应内侧(41、51)上一体成型有突出部(45、55),以用于径向固定具有相应成形的衬片支架板(91)的制动衬片(9),所述衬片支架板具有侧向凹部(94)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制动器支架(1、100),其特征在于,在所述突出部(45、55)的下方分别一体成型有接纳部(46、56),以用于接纳衬片支架板(91)的相应的突出部(95),其中,引导轮廓(44、54)分别在相应接纳部(46、56)的一个侧边缘处结束。
8.一种商用车的能被气动或电动地操纵的盘式制动器,该盘式制动器包括骑跨制动盘的可移动的制动钳和在制动盘两侧设置在制动器支架(1、100)的衬片安装槽中的制动衬片(9),所述制动衬片具有衬片支架板(91)以及固定在所述衬片支架板上的摩擦衬片,其中,所述制动衬片(9)在输入侧和输出侧在制动盘旋转轴线的径向上形锁合地保持在制动器支架(1、100)的支承角形件(4、5、140、150)上,其特征在于,该制动器支架(1、100)根据权利要求1至7中任一项构成。
9.根据权利要求8所述的盘式制动器,其特征在于,仅作用侧的支架角形件(4、5、140、150)具有引导轮廓(44、54、144、154),以用于将制动衬片(9)引导到在衬片安装槽侧向的推入位置中。
