接近机构

可听指示器机构100的支撑托架106限定多个开口120,其定位成收纳安装组合件102的安装杆110a(图6)。所述多个开口120的每个开口120收纳将支撑托架106紧固到安装组合件102的安装杆110a的紧固件(未示出)。支撑托架106进一步限定收纳支撑销118的孔口122,以将弹簧组合件104紧固到支撑托架106。
可听指示器机构100的凸轮构件108限定具有近侧部分124a和远侧部分124b的中心槽道124。凸轮构件108包含从凸轮构件108向近侧延伸的凸轮翅片126。凸轮构件108进一步包含凸轮销128,其从凸轮构件108的近侧部分侧向延伸且在延伸位置与缩回位置之间可滑动地定位于安装主体110的凸轮槽道112中。凸轮构件108还包含弯管130(图3),其从凸轮构件108的远侧部分侧向延伸且联接到弹簧116的远侧端部分116b。
如图10到12中所见,手柄组合件12的击发触发器20的致动使得在由图11中的箭头“A”所指示的方向上朝向可听指示器机构100的凸轮构件108枢转击发连杆44,使得击发连杆44的翼形部构件44c朝向凸轮构件108的凸轮翅片126移动。击发连杆44的持续枢转移动使翼形部构件44c接合凸轮翅片126且朝上驱动凸轮翅片126,如由箭头“A”所指示(图11)。当凸轮翅片126朝上驱动时,凸轮销128从凸轮槽道112的第二支腿112b朝上驱动且沿着凸轮槽道112的第一凸轮表面112d向远侧驱动。凸轮销128的远侧移动向远侧驱动凸轮构件108,使得弯管130相对于支撑销118向远侧延伸弹簧116,以张紧弹簧116。
参看图11和12,当在进一步致动击发触发器20后凸轮销128经过凸轮槽道112的第一凸轮表面112d时,弹簧116向近侧偏置凸轮构件108以在弹簧116中产生增大的张力,使得凸轮销128搭扣到凸轮槽道112的第一支腿112a中并接近凸轮构件108的第一近侧内壁112g。当凸轮销128搭扣到凸轮槽道112的第一支腿112a中时,凸轮翅片126在接触臂129的上部段129U处接触手柄组合件12的接触臂129,以提供可听声音(例如,咔嚓)。可听声音指示手术钉合装置10的击发完成。接触臂129和/或凸轮翅片126或其部分可包含任何合适的陶瓷、金属和/或聚合材料,以增强由凸轮翅片126与接触臂129之间形成的接触所产生的声音,使得声音可被人听到(例如,在约20Hz到约20kHz的频率范围内)。
参看图13到16,在手术钉合装置10的击发完成后,接近机构的旋钮22可被旋转以分开砧座和壳体组合件30、31,使得向远侧推进螺杆止动件58。螺杆止动件58的远侧移动使螺杆止动件58的主体60的翼形部60a接合凸轮构件108,使得翼形部60a的第二对接表面58b接触凸轮构件108的近侧表面108a。如由箭头“B”所指示(图14),螺杆止动件58的持续远侧推进向远侧驱动凸轮构件108,使得弯管130相对于支撑销118向远侧延伸弹簧116,以增大弹簧116中的张力。当凸轮构件108向远侧移动时,凸轮销128从凸轮槽道112的第一支腿112a中向远侧移动,如由箭头“C”所指示(图14),沿着第三凸轮表面112f向远侧且朝下移动,如由箭头“D”所指示(图15),以到凸轮槽道112的第三支腿112中,使得螺杆止动件58的主体60的翼形部60a从凸轮构件108脱离。在凸轮构件108从螺杆止动件58脱离的情况下,凸轮构件108被弹簧116向近侧偏置,使得凸轮销128沿着第二凸轮表面112e向近侧且朝下移动,如由箭头“E”所指示(图16),且扣回到凸轮槽道112的第一支腿112a中。当凸轮销128扣回到凸轮槽道112的第一支腿112a中时,随着凸轮销128接近凸轮槽道112的第二近侧内壁112h,凸轮翅片126在接触臂129的下部段129L处接触手柄组合件12的接触臂129,以提供另一可听声音(例如,咔嚓),其指示砧座倾斜和可听指示器机构100被复位。可听声音可以是不同的(例如,音量、声音类型、持续时间等,或其组合,例如这由于当接触臂129涉及其在手柄组合件12内的相对定位时接触臂的部分的材料、材料尺寸和/或位置声学的差异),且在一些实施例中,可以是相同的。

Claims (15)
1.一种手术钉合装置,其包括:
近侧手柄组合件,其包含接触臂;
细长中心主体部分,其从所述近侧手柄组合件向远侧延伸到远侧端部分;
工具组合件,其支撑于所述细长中心主体部分的所述远侧端部分上;以及
可听指示器机构,其由所述近侧手柄组合件支撑且包含凸轮构件,所述凸轮构件配置成当所述凸轮构件在远侧位置与近侧位置之间移动时接触所述近侧手柄组合件的所述接触臂,以生成指示击发了所述工具组合件的可听声音,
其中所述可听指示器机构包含限定凸轮槽道的安装主体,且所述凸轮构件包含凸轮销,所述凸轮销在所述凸轮槽道内可滑动地定位以使所述凸轮构件能够在所述近侧位置与所述远侧位置之间移动,
其中所述安装主体限定支撑弹簧的细长槽道,所述弹簧通过支撑销联接到支撑托架,
其中所述弹簧是压缩弹簧,其响应于所述压缩弹簧中的张力而推动所述凸轮构件接触所述接触臂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手术钉合装置,其中所述凸轮构件包含凸轮翅片,其定位成接触所述近侧手柄组合件的所述接触臂以生成所述可听声音。
3.根据权利要求2所述的手术钉合装置,其中所述接触臂包含上部段和下部段,所述凸轮翅片配置成接触所述上部段和所述下部段中的一个以指示击发了所述工具组合件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的手术钉合装置,其中所述凸轮槽道包含多个支腿,当所述凸轮构件在所述近侧位置与所述远侧位置之间移动时所述凸轮销能够收纳在所述多个支腿的每个支腿内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的手术钉合装置,其中所述弹簧通过从所述凸轮构件延伸的弯管联接到所述凸轮构件。
6.根据权利要求1所述的手术钉合装置,其中所述凸轮构件限定中心槽道,所述支撑销延伸穿过所述中心槽道,以使所述凸轮构件能够在所述凸轮构件在所述近侧位置与所述远侧位置之间移动时相对于所述支撑销竖直且轴向地移动。
7.根据权利要求1所述的手术钉合装置,其中所述工具组合件包含圆形砧座和圆形壳体组合件,所述圆形砧座和圆形壳体组合件定位成在分开位置与接近位置之间移动。
8.根据权利要求1所述的手术钉合装置,其中所述凸轮构件定位成从所述远侧位置移动到所述近侧位置以生成所述可听声音。
9.一种用于手术钉合装置的可听指示器机构,所述可听指示器机构包括:
安装组合件;
弹簧组合件,其由所述安装组合件支撑;
支撑托架,其安装到所述安装组合件;以及
凸轮构件,其联接到所述弹簧组合件且支撑于所述支撑托架与所述安装组合件之间,所述凸轮构件被支撑以用于相对于所述支撑托架在远侧位置与近侧位置之间移动,以生成指示击发了所述手术钉合装置的可听声音,
其中所述安装组合件包含限定凸轮槽道的安装主体且所述凸轮构件包含凸轮销,所述凸轮销在所述凸轮槽道内可滑动地定位,以使所述凸轮构件能够在所述近侧位置与所述远侧位置之间移动,
其中所述弹簧组合件包含弹簧且所述安装主体限定支撑所述弹簧的细长槽道,所述弹簧通过支撑销联接到所述支撑托架。
10.根据权利要求9所述的可听指示器机构,其中所述凸轮构件包含凸轮翅片,所述凸轮翅片定位成当所述凸轮构件从所述远侧位置移动到所述近侧位置时生成所述可听声音。
11.根据权利要求9所述的可听指示器机构,其中所述凸轮槽道包含多个支腿,当所述凸轮构件在所述近侧位置与所述远侧位置之间移动时所述凸轮销能够收纳在所述多个支腿的每个支腿内。
12.根据权利要求9所述的可听指示器机构,其中所述弹簧是压缩弹簧,其响应于所述压缩弹簧中的张力而朝向所述近侧位置推动所述凸轮构件。
13.根据权利要求9所述的可听指示器机构,其中所述弹簧通过从所述凸轮构件延伸的弯管联接到所述凸轮构件。
14.根据权利要求9所述的可听指示器机构,其中所述凸轮构件限定中心槽道,所述支撑销延伸穿过所述中心槽道,以使所述凸轮构件能够在所述凸轮构件在所述近侧位置与所述远侧位置之间移动时相对于所述支撑销竖直且轴向地移动。
15.根据权利要求9所述的可听指示器机构,其中所述凸轮构件定位成从所述远侧位置移动到所述近侧位置以生成所述可听声音。
