Abstract
The invention discloses an automatic dish-splicing device for four sets of sterilized tableware, which comprises a frame, a conveyer belt with a partition board, guide bars and a driving motor, wherein the frame comprises a conveyer belt driving wheel, a conveyer belt driven wheel and a conveyer belt supporting plate, the conveyer belt with the partition board is used for conveying spaced tableware, the guide bars are used for limiting and changing the movement path of each tableware, and the driving motor is used for providing power for the whole device. The invention utilizes the principle that one driving wheel drives a plurality of conveying belts to realize synchronous conveying of tableware, realizes the vertical drop of each tableware on the conveying belt through the height difference of the bottom conveying belt supporting plates of the conveying belts of each belt partition plate, uses the guide strip to limit and change the movement path of each tableware, and completes the process of automatically loading four sets of sterilized tableware under the driving of the conveying motor.
