Abstract

本发明涉及一种可定点热封可回收的轻量化高速包装膜及其生产工艺。该轻量化高速包装膜包括BOPP印刷膜,BOPP印刷膜上定点涂布有热封胶涂层,热封胶涂层由以下重量比配方的热封胶形成:73‑77%的乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物EVA、9‑10%乙醇、4‑6%聚酰胺酸、0.4‑0.6%消泡剂以及9‑11%去离子水;所述乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物EVA中醋酸乙烯含量在13‑17%。本发明实现包装膜满足产品包装的要求,具有稳定的走机性能和热封性能,热封温度低且大大减少了包装膜材料的使用量。涂布的热封胶为水性环保热封胶,使得包装膜满足食品安全要求,也更加利于塑料软包装材料的回收利用。

Description

一种可定点热封可回收的轻量化高速包装膜及其生产工艺
技术领域
本发明属于膜包装材料领域,具体是涉及一种可定点热封可回收的轻量化高速包装膜及其生产工艺。
背景技术
塑料软包装行业在我国国民经济中占有重要地位,与人民生活息息相关。随着塑料软包装行业的不断发展,过度包装和包装材料的不可回收利用,造成的环境影响越来越受到大家的重视。现有一般的软包装材质结构为19BOPP/30CPP,其主要缺点为热封材料使用过多,过度包装浪费,热封温度较高,包装时能源消耗多,且复合材质结构不利于回收。如何使用更少的包装材料以及如何实现材料的可回收利用,成为软包装行业急待解决的问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种可定点热封可回收的轻量化高速包装膜及其生产工艺。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种可定点热封可回收的轻量化高速包装膜,包括BOPP印刷膜,所述BOPP印刷膜上定点涂布有热封胶涂层,所述热封胶涂层由以下重量比配方的热封胶形成:
73-77%的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物EVA、9-10%乙醇、4-6%聚酰胺酸、0.4-0.6%消泡剂以及9-11%去离子水;所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物EVA中醋酸乙烯含量在13-17%。
进一步的技术方案:热封胶涂层上胶量为5-6g/m2
一种所述的可定点热封可回收的轻量化高速包装膜的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、将BOPP薄膜进行印刷获得BOPP印刷膜;
S2、将所述热封胶定点涂布在所述BOPP印刷膜上,经干燥后获得所述轻量化高速包装膜。
本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明在单层的BOPP膜对所需要热封的区域进行热封胶的定点涂布,实现包装膜满足产品包装的要求,具有稳定的走机性能和热封性能,热封温度低且大大减少了包装膜材料的使用量。涂布的热封胶为水性环保热封胶,使得包装膜满足食品安全要求。另外,单一的BOPP膜更加利于塑料软包装材料的回收利用。
(2)随着CO2等气体的排出导致的大气污染问题,消防法、劳动安全卫生方面的强制规定及为防止臭气排出而减少有机溶剂的使用量等社会要求越来越高,本发明使用的热封胶无需进行干式复合,可大幅度减少有机溶剂的使用量。

下面结合实施例对本发明技术方案做出更为具体的说明:
本发明包装膜涂布生产工艺见下表1:

本发明所述的可定点热封可回收的轻量化高速包装膜的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、将BOPP薄膜进行印刷获得BOPP印刷膜;所述BOPP印刷膜购为市售产品;
S2、将热封胶定点涂布在所述BOPP印刷膜上,经干燥后获得所述轻量化高速包装膜。
所述热封胶由以下重量比配方形成:
75%的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物EVA、9.5%乙醇、5%聚酰胺酸、0.5%消泡剂以及10%去离子水;所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物EVA中醋酸乙烯含量在15%。
热封胶涂层上胶量为5.5g/m2
实施例2
本实施例制备方法同实施例1,仅热封胶配方进行了调整,具体如下:
73%的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物EVA、10%乙醇、6%聚酰胺酸、0.6%消泡剂以及10.4%去离子水;所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物EVA中醋酸乙烯含量在13%。
热封胶涂层上胶量为5g/m2
实施例3
本实施例制备方法同实施例1,仅热封胶配方进行了调整,具体如下:
77%的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物EVA、9%乙醇、4%聚酰胺酸、0.4%消泡剂以及9.6%去离子水;所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物EVA中醋酸乙烯含量在17%。
热封胶涂层上胶量为6g/m2
按照以上实施例生产所得的包装膜的性能参数如下表2所示:

从上表可以看出,本发明剥离强度十分稳定,另外本发明较传统的19BOPP/30CPP薄膜可在降低40℃情况下获得基本相同的热封强度。

1.一种可定点热封可回收的轻量化高速包装膜,其特征在于:包括BOPP印刷膜,所述BOPP印刷膜上定点涂布有热封胶涂层,所述热封胶涂层由以下重量比配方的热封胶形成:
73-77%的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物EVA、9-10%乙醇、4-6%聚酰胺酸、0.4-0.6%消泡剂以及9-11%去离子水;所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物EVA中醋酸乙烯含量在13-17%。
2.如权利要求1所述的可定点热封可回收的轻量化高速包装膜,其特征在于:热封胶涂层上胶量为5-6g/m2
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的可定点热封可回收的轻量化高速包装膜的生产工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
S1、将BOPP薄膜进行印刷获得BOPP印刷膜;
S2、将所述热封胶定点涂布在所述BOPP印刷膜上,经干燥后获得所述轻量化高速包装膜。
