Abstract
The invention discloses a vehicle vibration damping buffer seat based on a four-connecting-rod adjusting mechanism, which comprises a slide rail assembly, a seat, a mounting side plate, an oil-gas spring and a four-connecting-rod adjusting mechanism, wherein the slide rail assembly is arranged on the seat; the left side and the right side of the seat are installed on the installation side plate through the slide rail assembly, the upper end and the lower end of the four-bar adjusting mechanism are hinged to the vehicle body and the installation side plate respectively, the upper end and the lower end of the hydro-pneumatic spring are hinged to the middle of the four-bar adjusting mechanism and the bottom of the vehicle body respectively, the four-bar adjusting mechanism achieves height adjustment of the seat through stretching of the hydro-pneumatic spring, and damping force of the hydro-pneumatic spring achieves vibration reduction, buffering and anti-explosion functions of the seat.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a component for a vehicle, in particular to a vehicle seat with vibration reduction and impact buffering functions and a large height adjusting function.
Background
The current engineering vehicles and special vehicles such as tank armored vehicles passenger seats generally only have lifting mechanisms without damping mechanisms, particularly tank and military armored vehicles, so that the vehicle passengers can not meet the requirements on the operation convenience and the riding comfort at the same time. Firstly, the height adjusting mechanism has larger adjusting step length and can not meet the requirements of comfortable driving of passengers with different heights; secondly, as no vibration damping mechanism is arranged, the vibration born by the carrier is large, the fatigue work efficiency is greatly reduced, and the fighting capacity is reduced; thirdly, no special anti-explosion design is carried out on most of domestic tank or armored vehicle seats, the seat has poor shock resistance, the seats have no large-impact buffering function when the vehicles encounter landmine explosion, and some foreign advanced tank seats have an anti-explosion function but no vibration reduction function; fourth, some seats are equipped with anti-knock devices such as extension tube type energy absorbers or coil spring energy absorbers, but these devices are disposable products, and when the vehicle is exposed to a second impact after the vehicle is impacted by a landmine explosion, these devices cannot provide a secondary impact protection.
Therefore, the conventional tank armored vehicle passenger seat lacks a vibration and explosion reduction function, and the vibration and the impact of the chassis are main factors influencing the riding comfort, the observing and aiming control efficiency and the life safety of a passenger. For passengers such as a driver, a vehicle length and the like, the seat has two working conditions, the seat needs a large-range height adjusting function, and the height of the passengers with different heights is different, so that the height adjusting step length is as small as possible; in addition, because the road surface on which the armored vehicle runs is mostly a bad off-road surface, the seat needs better damping performance; meanwhile, in the process of off-road driving with closed windows, in order to prevent the damage to the human body lumbar vertebrae and other skeleton parts caused by large impact (more than 0.5 g) when the vehicle passes through a pit or a bank at high speed and large impact when the vehicle encounters a mine, the seat preferably has a certain impact buffering function so as to protect the joints of the passengers such as the lumbar vertebrae and the like in the cabin from large impact to the greatest extent and avoid the passengers from being injured and killed.

In view of the above, the invention provides a vehicle vibration damping and buffering seat based on a four-bar linkage adjusting mechanism, which can simultaneously realize the functions of height adjustment, vibration damping, buffering and anti-explosion in a large range.
A vehicle vibration damping buffer seat based on a four-bar linkage adjusting mechanism comprises a slide rail assembly, a seat, a mounting side plate, an oil-gas spring and the four-bar linkage adjusting mechanism;
the left side and the right side of the seat are installed on the installation side plate through the slide rail assemblies, the upper end and the lower end of the four-bar adjusting mechanism are hinged to the vehicle body and the installation side plate respectively, the upper end and the lower end of the hydro-pneumatic spring are hinged to the middle of the four-bar adjusting mechanism and the bottom of the vehicle body respectively, the four-bar adjusting mechanism achieves height adjustment of the seat through stretching of the hydro-pneumatic spring, and damping force of the hydro-pneumatic spring achieves vibration reduction, buffering and anti-explosion functions of the seat.
Furthermore, the four-bar linkage adjusting mechanism comprises two upper connecting bars and two lower connecting bars, the upper connecting bars and the lower connecting bars are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the seat, two ends of the upper connecting bars and two ends of the lower connecting bars are respectively movably connected with the vehicle body and the mounting side plate, and the plane where the upper connecting bars and the lower connecting bars are located on the same side is mutually perpendicular to the plane where the seat back is located.
Furthermore, a supporting beam is connected between the two lower connecting rods, and the upper end of the hydro-pneumatic spring is movably connected with the supporting beam.
Further, a four-point safety belt is installed on the seat, the rear two points of the four-point safety belt are installed on the vehicle body behind the seat, and the front two points of the four-point safety belt are installed on the left side and the right side of the seat.
Furthermore, the left side and the right side of the seat are respectively provided with a pull-down safety belt, the upper end of the pull-down safety belt is connected to the seat, and the lower end of the pull-down safety belt is connected to the vehicle body.

1. the invention realizes the functions of stepless adjustment, vibration reduction and impact buffering of the sitting height by combining the hydro-pneumatic spring with the four-bar adjusting structure, can greatly reduce the vibration and the impact of vehicle passengers, improves the vibration comfort and the operation work efficiency, and avoids the casualties caused by the huge impact when encountering the landmine explosion.
2. The four-point safety belt and the pull-down safety belt are arranged on the seat, so that the seat can be restrained to generate an upward impact effect relative to a vehicle body, and the head of a passenger is prevented from being impacted greatly and touching the top of a tank or a compartment of an armored vehicle to generate casualties.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in the attached figure 1, the invention provides a vehicle vibration damping and buffering seat based on a four-bar linkage adjusting mechanism, wherein the seat in the vibration damping and buffering seat is arranged on a seat installation side plate 5 through a slide rail assembly 8, the seat installation side plate 5 is arranged on a four-bar linkage adjusting mechanism with a large-range seat height adjusting function, and the seat is composed of a seat cushion assembly 9, an angle adjuster 10 and a backrest assembly 11.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the left side and the right side of the seat are respectively provided with an upper fixed auxiliary seat 1, an upper connecting rod 3, a lower connecting rod 4 and a seat installation side plate 5, the upper fixed auxiliary seat 1 on each side of the seat is fixed on a vehicle body 13 through bolts or a connection welding mode, the upper end of the upper connecting rod 3 is hinged with a point a on the upper fixed auxiliary seat 1, the lower end of the upper connecting rod 3 is hinged with a point B on the seat installation side plate 5, the upper end of the lower connecting rod 4 is hinged with a point D on the fixed auxiliary seat 1, and the lower end of the lower connecting rod 4 is hinged with; the four-bar linkage adjusting mechanism can rotate around two points AD on the upper fixed auxiliary seat 1, so that the seat installation side plate 5 and the seat installed on the seat installation side plate are driven to lift, and the function of adjusting the height of the seat is realized.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the four-bar linkage adjusting mechanism provides a lifting function by an oil-gas spring 7 installed between the seat support base 2 and the support beam, the lower end of the oil-gas spring 7 is hinged on the seat support base 2 through a bolt connecting assembly, the upper end of the oil-gas spring is hinged in the middle of the support beam 6 through a bolt connecting assembly, the support beam 6 is connected between the left lower connecting rod 4 and the right lower connecting rod 4 through a bolt connecting assembly, and the seat support base 2 is fixed on the vehicle body 13 through a bolt or a connection welding mode.
The installation schematic diagram of the vibration reduction buffer seat on the tank or armored vehicle is shown in figure 3, personnel enter the vehicle body 13 through a hatch cover 12 at the top of the vehicle body, and the hydro-pneumatic spring 7 is internally provided with high-pressure gas and a damping valve, so that the vibration reduction buffer seat has certain elasticity and damping functions and can provide vibration reduction and buffer functions for the seat; the hydro-pneumatic spring is stretched by charging and discharging oil to drive the four-connecting-rod adjusting mechanism and the vibration damping buffer seat to lift, so that the height adjusting function of the vibration damping buffer seat is realized; when the mine is encountered, the impact generated by explosion is more than 200g, and the hydro-pneumatic spring 7 needs to provide larger damping force, which is realized by setting the internal damping valve opening pressure. The valve opening pressure can be set as the product of the impact acceleration born by the human body and the mass of the seat and the human body.
In order to prevent the injury caused by the huge impact under the explosion impact and in the middle bullet, as shown in fig. 4, a four-point safety belt is arranged on the seat to firmly restrain the human body on the seat and avoid serious casualties caused by the impact. The rear two points of the four-point seat belt are all mounted on the vehicle body 3 behind the seat, wherein the transverse seat belt, which is transversely arranged on the thighs of the human body, is tied on the seat and plays a role of restraining the human body under the condition that the transverse seat belt and the seat belt are combined.
However, when the first shock wave generated by the landmine explosion is over, the seat faces the shock of the second wave, the shock acceleration of the second wave is upward, the seat is accelerated upward relative to the vehicle body, the hydro-pneumatic spring is in a stretching state, and the hydro-pneumatic spring cannot meet the requirement of anti-explosion shock easily. Therefore, as shown in fig. 4, the invention not only sets a four-point safety belt for the passengers, but also sets two pull-down safety belts for the seats, wherein the two pull-down safety belts are respectively arranged at the left and right sides of the seat, the upper ends of the pull-down safety belts are connected on the seat, the lower ends of the pull-down safety belts are connected on the vehicle body 13, the pull-down safety belts can stretch and retract under small tension, but are self-locked under large impact, the performance of the pull-down safety belts is similar to that of the automobile safety belts, and the function of the pull-down safety belts is to restrain the seats to generate upward impact action relative to the vehicle body when the seat is subjected to large impact generated by landmine explosion.

the left side and the right side of the seat are installed on the installation side plate through slide rail assemblies, the upper end and the lower end of the four-bar adjusting mechanism are respectively hinged with the vehicle body and the installation side plate, the upper end and the lower end of the hydro-pneumatic spring are respectively hinged with the middle of the four-bar adjusting mechanism and the bottom of the vehicle body, the four-bar adjusting mechanism realizes the height adjustment of the seat through the expansion and contraction of the hydro-pneumatic spring, and the damping force of the hydro-pneumatic spring realizes the functions of vibration reduction, buffering and anti-explosion of the seat;
the four-connecting-rod adjusting mechanism comprises two upper connecting rods and two lower connecting rods, the upper connecting rods and the lower connecting rods are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the seat, two ends of the upper connecting rods and two ends of the lower connecting rods are respectively movably connected with the vehicle body and the mounting side plate, and the plane where the upper connecting rods and the lower connecting rods are located on the same side is mutually vertical to the plane where the seat back is located;
and a supporting beam is connected between the two lower connecting rods, and the upper end of the hydro-pneumatic spring is movably connected with the supporting beam.
