The apparatus of claim 4, wherein the mis-trigger mechanism is a shear pin, the middle of the shear pin is connected with the metal strip fixing block in an interference manner, two ends of the shear pin are fixed in the inner groove of the buffer breaker outer box, when the impact force is greater than the breaking strength of the shear pin, the shear pin is broken, and the metal strip fixing block and the buffer breaker outer box can move up and down.

The device as claimed in claim 5, further comprising an upper cushion frame and a lower cushion frame which are rotationally connected at the front ends, wherein the adjusting mechanism comprises an elastic connecting rod, a connecting rod volute spring and an angle adjusting mechanism of the lower cushion frame of the upper cushion frame;
the lower cushion framework is connected with the lower seat beam through a slide rail, and the slide rail moves in the vertical direction to restrict the movement of the metal belt;

7. The device of claim 6, wherein the upper surface of the lower cushion frame is provided with an upper cushion frame limiting pad for limiting the upper cushion frame.

The device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the upper cushion frame and lower cushion frame angle adjusting mechanism comprises cushion frame rotating discs, connecting pin shafts, cushion frame volute springs, spring sleeves and a frame mounting plate which are arranged on two sides of the front end of the cushion frame in pairs;

9. The device of claim 8, wherein the locking mechanism comprises a double-ratchet mechanism which is arranged at two sides of the front end of the cushion framework in pairs, an elastic pull ring arranged on the framework mounting plate, a volute spring limiting bolt and a manual adjusting handle;

and (4): the buffer partition device mechanism is reset by restoring the adjusting handle, pulling the elastic pull ring and manually adjusting the elastic connecting rod, so that repeated use is realized.
